    This is a great store. I especially like the store manager. Jacob did a fantastic job when I got my iPhone 11 Pro at this location!

    Worst experience in a Cell store. Poor customer service. Over priced phones. Long wait. Doing business online is the way to go.

    I have a Moto g5 plus and I needed a new screen. I managed to crack it even with armor suit on it…read more Nathan said he could do the job for the same price as other places but he could get the screen faster. The day came when my screen was supposed to arrive and he never called to confirm it was in . I had to call him and instead of him saying he has my screen he asked me if I wanted an OEM replacement. I said yes ,of course, I asked if it was OEM before I gave him the deposit to order it and he confirmed at that time. He NOW says he has to order a different one for OEM and it's going to be a few days longer ( which puts me at the same length of time waiting as other stores quoted me) .he also said he would throw in a custom screen protector for free. The screen comes,he puts it on ,then asks me if I wanted the custom screen protector for 20$. I agreed to pay for it since he is a small business. The next day I notice a mark in the screen that isn't always the same color as the rest of the screen. Mostly it's Stark white. He Calls the people he ordered it from and tells me he will get back to me when a replacement screen comes in. A week goes by and I don't hear from him.i text him and he says the seller of the screen is blaming my phone ,not the screen for the weird white spot. The only way to fix this is for me to buy a 2nd screen and see if it does the same thing. He says I only have to pay for the part and not his labor this time. I take a week or so to think about it and I decided to let it go. It's just a small spot close to the edge of the screen . suddenly, my top right corner of my new screen is coming away from the phone and you can see behind my screen! Also my proximity sensor is not working right. I go to his store. The open sign is on but the door is locked. I call his number and have to leave a message . I included my phone number to call me back. I try texting him in case talking on the phone wasn't good for him. It's a week later and I still have no call or text back from him. I ended up taking my phone to another store and paying them to re seal my entire screen. Also, his 20$ screen protector was the cause of my proximity sensor not working!! No calls or texts back STILL. Im repurchasing my original armour suite screen . ***Beware***

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life at this AT&T store about three…read moremonths ago. I went in for a basic phone upgrade and ended up wasting over three hours dealing with an employee who was completely unprofessional, rude, and flat-out dishonest. From the moment I sat down, this rep treated me like a nuisance. He got up three or four times during the process to go eat takeout--right in the middle of helping me. At one point, he was more focused on helping his brother get an upgrade using employee perks than helping an actual paying customer. To make matters worse, I accidentally told him the wrong phone model I was looking for. Honest mistake. But instead of working with me, he basically gave me attitude for the rest of the appointment like I had ruined his day. And here's the real kicker: I explicitly told him I did NOT want Next Up Anytime. I said it clearly. What did he do? He signed me up for it anyway--without consent. That's not a mistake; that's dishonest. I've been with AT&T for years, but this visit really made me reconsider staying. If this is the kind of rep they're hiring--someone who's more focused on lunch and hooking up family members than actually listening to customers--then there's a major problem with store management and training. Avoid this store if you value your time, your money, or your sanity.

I am one of "those" people who tend to ask a lot of questions. She was so patient and kind. It was my birthday so she gave me a discount on my phone cover! That was a wonderful surprise. If I go to a Verizon location it's always in the heights. I have only had positive experiences there. Who ever is hiring for that location knows what they are doing. A perfect example, Barbara.

More importantly, I came in following explicit instructions from Verizon to return my 5G Home Internet equipment. The store refused to accept it, yet I am still being charged $1,200 for equipment they claim I haven't returned. On top of that, I'm being threatened with service disconnection for not paying a charge that I've actively tried to resolve. How can I return equipment when your store refuses to take it? This level of service is unacceptable--unhelpful, unprofessional, and completely lacking accountability. I am confident the store could have assisted but chose not to. After 30 years as a Verizon customer, I am beyond frustrated. The way I was treated, combined with the lack of coordination and knowledge across Verizon, is both infuriating and deeply disappointing. No one seems willing to take ownership or resolve the issue. This experience has seriously made me reconsider continuing service with Verizon. Do better--both at the store level and as an organization.
