I have a Moto g5 plus and I needed a new screen. I managed to crack it even with armor suit on it…read more Nathan said he could do the job for the same price as other places but he could get the screen faster. The day came when my screen was supposed to arrive and he never called to confirm it was in . I had to call him and instead of him saying he has my screen he asked me if I wanted an OEM replacement. I said yes ,of course, I asked if it was OEM before I gave him the deposit to order it and he confirmed at that time. He NOW says he has to order a different one for OEM and it's going to be a few days longer ( which puts me at the same length of time waiting as other stores quoted me) .he also said he would throw in a custom screen protector for free. The screen comes,he puts it on ,then asks me if I wanted the custom screen protector for 20$. I agreed to pay for it since he is a small business. The next day I notice a mark in the screen that isn't always the same color as the rest of the screen. Mostly it's Stark white. He Calls the people he ordered it from and tells me he will get back to me when a replacement screen comes in. A week goes by and I don't hear from him.i text him and he says the seller of the screen is blaming my phone ,not the screen for the weird white spot. The only way to fix this is for me to buy a 2nd screen and see if it does the same thing. He says I only have to pay for the part and not his labor this time. I take a week or so to think about it and I decided to let it go. It's just a small spot close to the edge of the screen . suddenly, my top right corner of my new screen is coming away from the phone and you can see behind my screen! Also my proximity sensor is not working right. I go to his store. The open sign is on but the door is locked. I call his number and have to leave a message . I included my phone number to call me back. I try texting him in case talking on the phone wasn't good for him. It's a week later and I still have no call or text back from him. I ended up taking my phone to another store and paying them to re seal my entire screen. Also, his 20$ screen protector was the cause of my proximity sensor not working!! No calls or texts back STILL. Im repurchasing my original armour suite screen . ***Beware***

Absolute nightmare, worst local service I have received in quite some time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!…read more Broke my phone Thursday Jan 20th, called and they said no problem, quoted me a price and said they had to order a screen which they would do that day. I called the following Monday as I had not heard anything and realized they are only open Wednesday through Saturday. I called Wednesday morning 6 days after my initial call and was told they had no idea, after a while of looking around the manager said he found a note with my name on it, but that nothing had been ordered. He apologized and said he would order that day, but then somewhat scolded me telling me that they usually don't order parts until they can look at the phone. I asked him to verify my phone number which they also had wrong and he said he corrected it. I told him I would drop it off the next day and had my wife do so. After being patient and not hearing anything I called Saturday the 29th and again asked the status of my phone. I was told they were still waiting on the screen and they were hoping to have it repaired by the following Wednesday the 2nd. I again asked to confirm my callback number and they STILL had it wrong. Today Wednesday the 2nd I walked in again this afternoon after not hearing anything and when the associate asked the phone repair person the status he said "oh I was going to order a screen today for it." REALLY?!?! 13 days ago I was told a screen was being ordered and they still hadn't even ordered the part!!! Long story short, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR YOUR REPAIRS!!! Lots of other business you can search and find locally to do the same services. No one seemed to ever have a clue of what was going on and the customer service every time was far from professional. AVOID!!!!

I'm from out of town, and broke my phone late at night. Thankfully, Warren answered his phone after…read moreoffice hours, and he met me at the shop to repair the screen (thanks goodness)!! Once the phone was fixed, I noticed the next day the screen had a yellowish tint, it was noticeably different to me and I went back the next day! WARREN, thankfully, replaced the screen again! We were in touch the whole day via text- he checked in to make sure I was happy with the screen. After a few glitches, he contacted the supplier and told them about the defective screens. I went back the following day, and got a newer/different supplier screen. And was happy with the result! HE WENT WAYYYY ABOVE AND BEYOND!! Strongly, suggest!
