    My girlfriend has been an AT&T customer for a very long time. I have been a straight talk customer…read morefor awhile and wanted better service. So we decided to be on the same plan. We went to the King Ave store and got new phones and I was trying to port my number and had a very difficult time doing that due to my changing sim cards in my old phone. So I left and continued to be on hold to port my number. Straight talk hung up on me like 3 times. Being frustrated I decided to just change my number. So the next day we stopped into the main street store and were greeted by an employee and the store Manger stated to the employee he was off the clock and since he was doing a quote, that the customer would need his help before us. So we waited for about 15 to 20 minutes while the employee stood beside the Manger. We felt that was a little unprofessional, but continued wait. When the manager was finished, he allowed the employee to help us. I explained to the employee what had conspired the day before. The Manger cut me off and said he had the direct number to straight talk, and that the employees at the king Ave store were lazy and never tired to help anyone save money. So he took over and ran our account to see if we had the proper savings. Well, the man at the other store had done that the night befor, and we were up to date. He then tried to activate a new number for me and said that I would have back go to the king Ave store to resolve my issue. So I questioned why would you talk smack on the other store and not be able to help me. Why put your other store down. We left and went to the king Ave store and that gentleman did get my phone number to port. In asking him about the other store I found out that all the other stores in billings beside the king Ave store are franchises, and the king Ave store is a corporate store. So I get we need to support local, but if that is the customer service that a franchise store gives, then please close your doors. Are you trying to exploit your locals? I'll never do business with any other AT&T store but the one on King Ave. Also I have heard from others that this store will remove negative reviews. Please don't remove this one.

    I have a Moto g5 plus and I needed a new screen. I managed to crack it even with armor suit on it…read more Nathan said he could do the job for the same price as other places but he could get the screen faster. The day came when my screen was supposed to arrive and he never called to confirm it was in . I had to call him and instead of him saying he has my screen he asked me if I wanted an OEM replacement. I said yes ,of course, I asked if it was OEM before I gave him the deposit to order it and he confirmed at that time. He NOW says he has to order a different one for OEM and it's going to be a few days longer ( which puts me at the same length of time waiting as other stores quoted me) .he also said he would throw in a custom screen protector for free. The screen comes,he puts it on ,then asks me if I wanted the custom screen protector for 20$. I agreed to pay for it since he is a small business. The next day I notice a mark in the screen that isn't always the same color as the rest of the screen. Mostly it's Stark white. He Calls the people he ordered it from and tells me he will get back to me when a replacement screen comes in. A week goes by and I don't hear from him.i text him and he says the seller of the screen is blaming my phone ,not the screen for the weird white spot. The only way to fix this is for me to buy a 2nd screen and see if it does the same thing. He says I only have to pay for the part and not his labor this time. I take a week or so to think about it and I decided to let it go. It's just a small spot close to the edge of the screen . suddenly, my top right corner of my new screen is coming away from the phone and you can see behind my screen! Also my proximity sensor is not working right. I go to his store. The open sign is on but the door is locked. I call his number and have to leave a message . I included my phone number to call me back. I try texting him in case talking on the phone wasn't good for him. It's a week later and I still have no call or text back from him. I ended up taking my phone to another store and paying them to re seal my entire screen. Also, his 20$ screen protector was the cause of my proximity sensor not working!! No calls or texts back STILL. Im repurchasing my original armour suite screen . ***Beware***
