Of course, there's still the modern things here, cordless phones, scanners, blue-tooth headsets, drones, and kits to make your own RC toys. I looked for 20 minutes at a pair of headphones that were supposed to be on sale when I called somebody over to get them out of the case I was informed that was the wrong price. He did some quick shuffling on his phone and the price doubled i'm there a little electronic tag under the headphones I was looking at. I said that's not right. That's the price you advertised you're supposed to honor the price advertised. Associate one decided he had had enough and started walking off his other associate. I asked if I could speak to a manager. The manager came over and was fired up and spent about 20 minutes on his phone. To tell me that the price was for a set of headphones, they no longer carried, and the current price was also for a set of headphones they no longer carried. I was like that makes no sense. There was no offer of discount no offer of anything. He next accused me of calling him names got red face kept interrupting me horrible customer service. This is why people shop online so you don't have to deal with idiots like this. Best Buy is slowly dying as a company so unfortunate.

We needed a projector for our parents' 50th wedding anniversary, but none of us live in Billings…read moreanymore. We needed a high-end projector for a big room with a lot of ambient light. The only other place listed in Billings is a group that will UPS your equipment to the city, which isn't ideal if you have any technical problems. Aardvark seems a bit strange as it's run out of the same building as Sunshine Sports, so you walk through a showroom of river rafts when you come in to pick up your projector. But the whole place is very clean and well-organized. We rented the EIKI LC-XG200 projector and an 8'x8' screen. The guys showed us how to set up and run everything. They gave us pointers on clearing the picture. They let us hook up our laptop to make sure everything was compatible. And they also gave us a fair deal: We picked up Saturday morning. The place is closed on Sundays, but they still only charged us for a one-day rental so long as we brought it all back first thing Monday. The projector was great. The screen went up without a problem. Just follow the instructions they give you and you'll be fine. Summary: good equipment, good people, good business.
