OK I thought it was the rear end and the rear axle may be needed to be rebuilt. My Friend Ross recommended I go in and have these guys look at my vehicle. I'm so glad I did. They opened up the rear differential, found everything fine, looked further and found that my u joints were spent. They quoted me just under $400 to fix both your joints, and put the room back together, with new fluid, and seal it back up. I thought this was a totally fair price for materials and labor. When I got to the shop, courtesy of their driver, I was pleasantly surprised to find the bill at closer to $320. They thanked me for the business and I told them be back shortly with my partner Michelle's vehicle. I purchased a front axle assembly for my f250 from hansers salvage in billings mt that came with a…read moreone year warranty. We had the axle put in and we to get the truck aligned and come to find out that the right upper ball joint was defective. That should be under their warranty but guess, they said they never sold me the axle with the ball joints, we'll that's not true. So instead of keeping their word they refunded me 75.00 towards the ball joint, that should say something that they knew they was wrong and they don't want to own up to that there was issues with the axle. Oh they was as sweet to me when I was buying something from them but when you go back with issues on the parts that you buy they are not very nice. All I have to say is from now on I will look elsewhere for parts even it's out of state. The same thing happened to my daughter on a part for her truck.
