We envisioned a significant delay in our travels, along with an expensive repair since it's a BMW run-flat tire. Asked Siri for "Tire Repair near me." Never heard of Rimrock Tire, but Siri said it was very close-by so we went there. A wonderful choice! The knowledgeable lady at the front desk said she suspected it may be a valve core leak, and she asked a technician to look at the tire. Daniel (?) immediately came out with a small tool and he quickly fixed the problem just by tightening-up the core valve. The whole thing, including the drive to Rimrock Tire, delayed us by maybe 15 minutes - and my sleeping dog in the back seat never even woke up. We were beyond delighted!!! We've had no further trouble with the tire since then, and we're thankful that we happened to find Rimrock Tire. I would highly recommend them!

I awoke early the next morning and tried calling multiple tire shops, with most telling me at least a 3 hour wait to get me in. I explained I still had a 7 hour drive over mountain passes, the kids have school the next day, but there was no kindness given. Rimrock was my last resort. I was about in tears talking to the guy who answered. He said bring it right over, we will fit you in. I didn't expect much and figured I would still have a wait. Boy was I wrong! A guy was waiting for me, lifted the garage door as I pulled up, and they had me fixed and out of there in about 20 minutes, for next to nothing. I am so grateful to them. Great service, and 4 months later my tire is still going strong!

Napa auto parts couldn't even find my part when I brought the part into them. The guy at the…read morecounter searched for 15 minutes and said he couldn't find anything. My part had the manufacturers information printed on it, with part number included. I left and used my phone to search the part number, It came right up. I went to autozone to purchase the item. Napa auto parts on Southgate drive in billings has serious issues either with its system or people. Either way you are better off using Amazon, seriously. If you need oil, go to Walmart. If you need advice go anywhere else. If you need anything autoparts, avoid Napa autoparts and save some of your life.

They let us park our car and trailer in front and lent us the necessary tools to change our battery in the parking lot. Everybody was just so nice and it made the world of difference as I was just about my wits end with a trip that was just going so poorly. Both of those locations exceeded my expectations for service. The Cummings in Billing doesn't have the same standards. The New Generator, with 125 hrs on it, quit working while we were in a remote area of Wyoming. We called the Billings location as they were the closest location. They said they would work us in if we showed up the next morning. Erin told me they would need to keep it over night as they weren't sure it was the control board. We checked into a nearby hotel with our two dogs. When I talked with him the next morning they had determined it was the control board. They had to order the board because it wasn't in stock. We stopped by the next day to pick up clothes and miscellaneous items. We found that the tech had shut off the power to the unit to work on it, which also shut off the refrigerator and freezer that we had spent $300.00 to fill with food. If we hadn't stopped by the food in the freezer and refrigerator, it would have been ruined. I was livid. Those technicians work on RVs every day, which have refrigerators; there was no excuse for that mistake. No one bothered to mention that they would have to disconnect the power to everything. I found out later that day that the part wasn't showing up. Erin hadn't mentioned that they had put out a search on their dealer network and hadn't been able to locate another control board. There were numerous times Erin gave me a time he would call me by, and that time came in and went. I expected that when I spent S4,000 for a new generator with a three-year warranty, my experience in Billings would be similar to my first two experiences. I left a message for Rocky, the general manager, explaining my frustration. I expected he would call me. He didn't call.He is an example of poor leadership.
