The guys did a great job on my car. This is the best wash I have found in Billings. Will be coming back.

Just had the oil changed. Brought my own supplies in and they had no problem using them. Cleaned the windows, vacuumed the inside and checked all the fluids. All this just cost me $28.00. In and out in about 20 minutes. Very friendly people. Will definitely use them in the future. Couldn't have been happier. read more

Absolute best Car Wash in town! Bar none. Very friendly young men working here who are all well managed, polite and most important, friendly. The pricing is very good also. Remember, everything is done by "hand". No automatic washing here. Your car is treated very well. I take my Corvette, my wife's MB, and my company car. I might be their biggest customer! If you're doing more than just a simple wash, it may take a little time so either drop it off, or bring something to read. For a wash, interior, and hand wax, it takes about 30-40 minutes. If it's nice I go for a walk or sit outside in the shade. They have a tv on in the waiting room and have the Billings Gazette available daily also. Free coffee and iced cream also! Don't use the restroom for anything other than going #1. Flush the toilet and you'll see what I mean LOL. read more

What a great people!!! I was amazed by their human kindness, I should say simply they are their to help you. I'm from Boise Idaho went their to pick up a car from auction I was looking for the DMV to get a temporary license plate while I came to his shop ask the guy where the DMV was and at this time I realized that my car is also overheating. The guy try to help me whatever he could, he brought coolant and oil from the shelf put in my car and he waste his half hour for us for not a single penny. I offer money for the coolant and oil he said "I had my days too". SO such a people in such a business is absolutely a success. I encourage everyone to support such a business, they have carwash they are changing oil and stuff so please support such people, and such business to exist more. read more

Good hand car wash did not take long and good prices. Had a bunch of bugs on the front of my car and they took care of it, will be back!

For whatever reason, I keep visiting Masterlube and expecting different results--I never get them. Instead, each time I go there, I leave disappointed. My most recent experience was this: I asked for the in & out car wash (interior/exterior). I saw the employee run a vacuum over the carpets quickly. They washed the vehicle. I paid my $36.95. I got in my vehicle and found that whomever did the vacuuming didn't actually vacuum. The small bit of debris that collects on the driver's seat floor was still there, as was the debris in the passenger seat. As was the case with the front seats, the cargo area appeared no cleaner than when I first got there. The workers also failed to dry the car completely, which means I gained some water spots. Awesome--just what I've always wanted! So, basically, Masterlube got my $36.95 (again), and I feel like I got ripped off (again). I think I've learned my lesson this time. read more

Nice people but not a good wash. Paid for #3 -In & Out with Hand Wax for $69.99. Outside was OK except for door jams and lift gate. Knew they couldn't do a detail but expected a much better interior job. Was told it would take about 1.5 Hours and they were done is less than an hour. Now I know why read more

I took my truck in to be washed inside and out. It looks amazing! They did a beautiful job on the inside! I had spilled milk all crusted and nasty in my cup holder and it's all gone!!! The floors are clean and the inside windows are perfect! Thank you!! read more

I brought my Ford Edge in on 11/30/2016. First, I was charged 49.00 and the sign inside said it was 39.00. I had put all the garbage in a sack and asked them to throw it out which they did not. Then, I asked them to roll down the windows to clean the tops and they didn't. The stuff they put on the tires is all over the bottom of the of the car. The windows are still dirty in some places. The very bottom of the car isn't clean either. I won't go back. read more
