Had a windshield replaced, I picked it up after they closed. The dash had small fragments of glass on it, the window was not cleaned on the inside and there were drips of cleaner on both front door panels. I got a tiny pen tip sized rock chip on the drivers side and the glass started cracking across the windshield and was making 1/2 moon cracks as it went across that are not connected to each other. I have read that it is caused from a faulty windshield or faulty installation. read more

a year ago I got a rear windshield fixed and the guy that did it slammed my trunk so hard it broke it.

Don't take a classic car to them. Had a windshield put in a 58 Chevy. They scratched the hood, dented the trim and chipped the paint. Asked AJ for a quote on a backglass gasket and didn't get it. They said it would take 1 day, they took 2, had to arrange for a ride twice. Fuck them, they don't care. Won't take anything back there ever. I tell everyone I can about my experience, at every car show, all summer long. read more

I called Critelli Glass about a week ago and set up an appointment for my windshield replacement for today June 1 at 1 pm! A little before I got to their business, I put their name into my map quest and it sent me way across town from where I'd had work done numerous times before during the last 35-40 years! After driving a long ways, I finally got an answer when I dialed their number and was told that they hadn't changed the old address yet!?? After checking in (I was quoted $50 More than our agreement) I was told it would take 3-4 hours to finish, so I walked a few blocks away to find some lunch! Within minutes, I received a call from the front desk girl telling me that they didn't have the right window!?...that they could install a different window they had on hand, but a lot more expensive !! I told them I wasn't interested-and after traveling over a hundred miles one way-I would need to come back in a coupla weeks!?? I disgustedly walked back to Critelli-and headed back home in my truck! After traveling about 17 miles, I received another call, telling me they had FOUND my windshield and for me to come back!! The girl apologized lightly, but never offered to maybe lower the price or anything else for my trouble! I'm very disgusted right now, and am quite sure I'll never go back to that place-NEVER! I don't know why the "smoke and mirrors", but it sure isn't the place I did business with in the past!? read more

I hate to post negative reviews but....we broke a mirrored cabinet door on our 5th wheel. it was a very basic 8 x 42 1/8 thick...we called Critelli for a quote....$100. Wow seems high lets try Econo Glass...we paid $27. either they won't waste their time for less than $100 or it was a major screw you...thank you Econo for a fair price. read more

Just drove 4 hours from my home to pick up a door window for my truck. I received a defective window after calling to confirm the window was in good order/correct for the truck before leaving home to pick it up. I even asked the guy to check it was good to go in the office before heading back home with the glass. After the long drive home we discovered the mounting brackets were installed backwards and the window is useless. Now we have to spend another $80 on a tank of gas to return it to Critelli with the response of "that's unfortunate." If your job was to sell one thing, and you can't tell if that one thing is absolutely wrong.... how good can you be? read more

Critelli glass is a full service glass shop. They can fix your windshield, replace your glass in the side of your car or even do shower doors and windows for your house. I've been very satisfied with them. They have excellent service and reasonable prices. read more

Very disappointing, the price was ok and they shuttled me to work but when I got my 2003 Honda crv back from the windshield replacement the moldings on both sides were loose and sticking up enough to let in wind,rain,snow and ice. Replacement and/or refitment of these moldings is part of a proper job and included in the price quote. They never said anything about it read more

Critelli Glass refuses to stand by their product/services. I had a rear window installed by Critelli Glass late June. The window unexpectedly burst Monday evening without impact while the car was parked. Thankfully, my children were not injured. Despite having video proof that there was no impact I was told that because I cannot prove that it was due to the install or the glass they would not warranty the window. read more

My husband called around town for price quotes to have our windshields replaced in advance. Yesterday when we sat down with the front office young lady she offered to call over to the dealership to see if they had the windshield's for one of our vehicles. Since they had one, we went ahead and scheduled our appointments for today. We arrived before our appointment time and was shown to their waiting area. Their waiting area has men and women's restrooms, television with Netflix and beverages for their waiting customers. Our vehicles were completed in their given time frame. This place is the epitome of disorganization. I made an appointment three working days prior to that appointment, drove 65 miles into Billings only to find out from a guy named Chad that they had no record of me or my appointment. Chad had to take care of me because three women in the makeshift office (in fact the whole operation has a makeshift look about it )were otherwise engaged talking on the phone or to each other while twirling their hair. I don't think Chad was a customer relations specialist. After a quick review I decided that a place so disorganized was probably not a good place to have my windshield replaced. I saw no place to wait while repairs were being done so I left with a bad impression. read more
