Yesterday, I arranged an appointment with them to receive a quote for windows at my home, scheduled for 10 am. Disappointingly, by noon, I had not received any communication from the company. At 2 pm, a salesman arrived and introduced himself. I informed him of the 10 am appointment time, to which he explained they were short-handed and apologized for the delay. When I questioned why I hadn't been notified of the delay, he mentioned he thought someone else would have contacted me. I then informed him that I was not interested in their services and asked him to leave my property. DaBella - Roofing Near Me - Billings, Montana

A few weeks ago a few weeks ago, I had an appointment for an estimator to come and check to see how much it would cost to remodel the shower. The two estimators were two females about mid 20s. They wrote an estimate and sign their name and personal phone number in case I had any questions they then left I didn't get a chance to read the estimate until the next day. In reading it it made no sense they scribbled so much that I couldn't understand what it was they were quoting or what item they were talking about. I called their personal cell phone numbers and the first one what's wrong number the second number I got to answer but it was a person that was slamming me about something wanting to get together with her?? Her answer came back to me via my phone? I then called the main office and was told they moved to another location in Billings I went to that location and that business next to him said that they had moved to a third location? All within about 3 months so of course I'm starting to become suspicious as to what kind of Fly by Night business this is going on.? I made an appointment a week after I called the main number which apparently is a central zone to send out numerous contractors the contact potential customers. I asked the lady if she knew who the two ladies that came to my house were and she said yes could not give me their phone number because it was against the rules and I told her that I already had the phone number that were no good but I would like to have them both notified to meet me at my house 5 days. She stated she would give the message to those two appraisers. On the day that they were supposed to come a lady that I never recognized came to the door and stated something about wanting an appraisal? I advised her that I already had an appraisal and that the date that she is come to my house was the same date the two appraisers were supposed to come. She said one was out of town and the other one was somewhere doing an appraisal but she didn't know where? You could tell she was trying to hold back telling me the truth about those two ladies. She wanted me to explain to her what it was I wanted to talk to the two appraisers about and I told her that I would speak with only the two appraisers that came to my house a week earlier. She did some texting on her phone while she was at my house and she says it sounds like one of the appraisers that's out of town will be here to meet with you. She stated that that appraiser was coming from Columbus Montana which is about a 25 minute drive either way to Billings or Columbus. I finally told her after about an hour I had to go and so I escorted her to the door. I then went to the garage to get my car and started the back out of the driveway when a second unknown lady in a different car come running up to me as I was backing up saying she needed to talk to me about that appraisal the two girls gave me I told her I was leaving I waited an hour for two appraisers who were told last week that they were to meet with me but they didn't do it instead I got two Unknown People come to my house want to know what I needed to talk to the appraisers about?? I told that second lady I'm leaving I got a place that I have to be at and as I was backing up she was walking beside my car talking and asked me to stop my car and talk to her I told her I'm done talking after an hour of waiting for the two appraisers I think something funny was going on with this situation don't know what? I will say this to any person that is potentially thinking of hiring this company I would definitely recommend you do not call them. This has got to be a fly by night company the way they're moving from building to building not wanting me to talk to the appraisers sending me two Unknown People out wanting me to tell him everything about my appraisal that I got etc etc their actions were so suspicious I knew they were not reputable. Once again if you're thinking about going to that business for remodeling I would highly recommend that you do not go and walk away from that business. In fact don't walk..RUN from it read more

I can only recommend NOT using this company for Windows! The sales people make promises they can't keep, the installers do not put in the effort to actually do the job right and customer service is nonexistent. They pretend to care until they have their money and then they don't return calls or answer the phone. They promised to fix all their mistakes and never did. Needed to fix my roof due to a leak, and then was going to reroof the house. I used Angi list to find someone! DeBella was first to contact me. I sat for an hour listening and watching how great their roofs are with a 50 year warranty. I told them I'll be seeing this house in 2 years. They never considered anything by fixing the leak they just showed me were the leak was. (I already knew that) then they had to call their supervisor to get me a good deal. The brought the price down from over 20,000 to over 18,000. I told them I'll talk to the others first. I then got told if I gave them a good Review they could get the price down. The next guy from another company came went up on the roof with me I told him the whole roof needs replaced but there's a leak. He told me exactly what he would do and said he would get me a quote in a few days! He also said I'm going to fix these leaking spots now and did it. I asked him how much for that fix. He said nothing you shouldn't go another day or things could get worse. read more

I am giving them a one star simply due to attitude upon door knocking our neighborhood. If you want my or anyone's business, know your business. It should have been obvious to you being in construction I just had new siding and windows put in. A knowledgeable contractor could tell verses yelling at me they wanted to check them. read more

A fellow stopped by to introduce the company and products to me and offer a free inspection. The individual was very polite, and willing to answer my questions as well as making a call for further information. He was not pushy at all. I wish I knew his name so I could pass this information on to his superiors. I decided to get the inspection and within an hour I was contacted by a third party to confirm and answer any questions. I found it to be a professional process. The inspectors came as arranged and did a thorough inspection. Of course they want to sell their product. That is to be expected but I must say that they willingly anwered questions that I had. Again they had a professional demeanor and process that they followed. They were careful as in the case of not wishing to place their ladder against my rain gutter to prevent damage. read more

We had siding and windows replaced by Dabella. Our experience has been awful. The contractors did not replace the sheeting when they did our siding, so we have brand new Hardie board siding with thirty year old underlayment. I'm sure this would affect the hardie board warranty. Our windows were left open with insulation hanging out for months. We had to threaten attorney action just to get them to come finish our job. We were promised a check for poor installation and have yet to receive it. It was sent to the "wrong address ." I would recommend filing a complaint with the DOJ consumer protection division and also reaching out to the contractors association license number 254572. They operate under Reve Exteriors. In no way would I ever work with Dabella again. read more
