They gave me a timeline to expect my vehicle to be out of service. The rental car that was set up through my insurance was a few buildings over. They offered to drive me over but I decided to walk over instead. It was a little confusing when we received text message updates from them that gave us a clear date into the future of when our vehicle would be ready for pickup and then a few minutes later getting another text message saying our vehicle was ready for pickup. I like that they guarantee their work as long as you own your vehicle. You even get a certificate. Service was good. I would recommend them.

Made the claim with my insurance and then took it to a few places for an estimate. When I got to American Auto Body, I was impressed with their office, and even more impressed with their staff. My estimator was Wayne. What a great dude. He went above and beyond to get my truck fixed right. He worked with my insurance to get the damage from the 'altercation' fixed, and then he negotiated some warranty work with a body shop in Denver! He didn't have to do it, but he did... I couldn't be more pleased. The paint is flawless, the chrome is blingin', my mirror is fixed; perfection. They even cleaned the interior... it SMELLS like a new car again. I had been driving around with a duct-taped side mirror for months; in fear of the cost and time it would take to replace it. I would drive a few miles; the mirror would fall off (dangling by its wires) and I would have to pull over and reattach it. This went on for months. The Toyota dealership had quoted me over $1,000 dollars for replacement of the mirror and service to install it. I ended up purchasing the mirror online, and then just googled the closest auto repair store to install it. Golden Nugget Body & Paint popped up, so I swung by there during my break to see if I could schedule an appointment to have the online ordered mirror (which did not match in color) installed. The general manager, Dustin Jensen, said "I'll do it right now" and had it ALL DONE in twenty minutes! Not only was the service quick, but he even removed the cover of the new mirror and replaced with the undamaged old cover (so it would match the car) AND took the time to remove the adhesive mess left by the duct-tape. It cost me $80 and 20 minutes. Anyhow, I know this is a long review, but for those of us who have been scarred by the auto-repair process, I had to share my experience with this gem of a business.

I called and spoke to Brad and he said bring it right over and he'd take care of me. He called me the next day and said the estimate was done and had already contacted the insurance co., who sent their own estimator, and agreed with repairs. They started on it a couple days later and was done within 2 weeks. Because it is metallic black, I was skeptical of the paint matching. When I picked it up, it was sunny and the paint matched perfectly! You couldn't tell it was in a wreck or had been painted or that it was even in a body shop! Great work all around!
