They quoted in 450 to do a complete restoration detail. When we showed up, they left tape on the doors and said their Steamer had broke and couldn't finish cleaning up upholstery but didn't offer any discount. I got out of the car and told him not to take advantage of him that this was ridiculous that you could just look at all the dirt that they have left behind he told my son he doesn't give discounts tried to charge him 400 for a job not done. He ended up paying 350 for a job that I'm having to clean correctly . These are just some of the pictures of all the dirt that's still there. He asked them to get the sticky off of the dash from some double stick tape from the previous owner you can see they didn't even try too ! I do not recommend the shop. The photos of the shop that they used are not even the shop that we went to.! What sad is I have many vehicles and if he would've done a better job and had integrity with the work that he did, he would've had a lot of return business.

It seemed like she may have been dealing with memory issues or dementia, which made their behavior even more upsetting. Everyone deserves to be treated with kindness and dignity, especially elderly customers who may need extra assistance.
