Excellent service! Went above and beyond my expectations! I bought a low mileage 10+ years old Honda Civic 4 door sedan that whoever owned it in its history smoked and left greasy hand prints above the driver seat near the visor and dark greasy stains on the drivers seat and arm rest as well as mud around the floor and doors. After the work was done I didn't even recognize it! Even the cigarette smoke smell was gone. Brought in at 10am, it was finished by 2.30pm. When other detailers couldn't fit me in until mid June, he fit me in within the week! Highly recommended! Five stars. read more

I called this morning in a panic to get my car in after spilling an entire bottle of coffee creamer in my vehicle. Not only did the owner get me in quickly, he and his staff far exceeded my expectations. Not only were the spots that had gotten soaked with coffee creamer, COMPLETELY SCRUBBED CLEAN, the rest of my car had been detailed and they even washed my sweatshirt that I had tried to use to soak up some of the creamer, folded it and placed it on my front seat. I heard about this place from several friends about how affordable it was for the extent of the work received. We are getting ready to sell a company vehicle that was pretty thrashed and thought we better give them a shot. I was disappointed to go in and find out that they are fully booked into next month. I was lucky enough to get in on a cancelation though and was shocked at the results. I will not look anywhere else for vehicle detailing. Even a business owner who was bragging about how he was the cheapest in town saying "I've price checked everyone!" came in a little more over priced than these guys .... These folks did a remarkable job. They called to confirm pickup time prior to arrival. They delivered back to me when promised. I felt like I received a brand new car. Every bit of dirt and grime was gone. I had some ground in gum on the passenger floor mat and a jar of jam broke in my hatch area all of this was removed. So happy I went to this place!!! I was hesitant to pay to have my car cleaned bc I would normally clean my car in and out myself, but had all kinds of bugs on the outside, and dirt in all crevices inside, and felt like i couldn't get it perfect....well these guys made my SUV look BRAND NEW. I'm talking immaculate. Looks like I just rolled it off the lot!!! I was so happy with the service (and especially the price). They got every speck of dirt off my car inside and out, cleaned the wheels, waxed, cleaned the plastics as well. Definitely recommend taking your car here. I bought a coupon that was valued at $250. Was very excited to get my car done as I live in the country and on a gravel road. The owner treated me like a royal pain in his ass from the moment it was disclosed I was using one of the coupons their company had offered. The coupon titled "Full Service Car Detail.." He was annoyed I had a screenshot of my coupon on my phone with all the information "instead of printing it out like everyone else does..." Even tho it provided everything he needed (just a confirmation number) He then told me that the coupon didn't cover a "full detail" and in order to get the "full detail" I would have to pay extra. I agreed, and he told me it would be $50 extra. I came to pick up my car at the end of the day and he instantly jumped down my throat that I didn't "warn" him about just how dirty my car was and that he was misinformed and had estimated me the wrong amount as the extra charge. I have no problem paying someone for their work. But my coupon was already supposed to be a $250 value, so along with this $50... It was a detail valued at now over $300!? I asked if he had change if I paid in cash and he said yes, as he pulled open a drawer. And when I pulled out a $100 bill he decided he no longer had cash for the difference and without hesitation told me he does not take debit cards, so unless I had another form of payment..then he stopped and just stared at the $100 bill in my hand. He was even more irritated when I told him I would go get him a check. Ended up writing him a check for $75 to try and compensate him for his work. My car does look great. It smells absolutely terrible, like dirty water/wet dog. But overall I am satisfied with the way it looks... But definitely do not feel that this detail job was a value of $325 or anywhere close to that. read more
