Went to get my phone fixed- they said they could not help me and needed to call (with my broken phone) to schedule with insurance. Said they could not help - even tho I was about to get a new phone replaced in store last time. I've been a Verizon customer for over 15 years and felt this place was just lazy. I'll be taking my upgrade next month to another Verizon. read more

**Not A Verizon store Authorized Dealer" Had been with Sprint for over 12 years, after making me super mad for the 3rd time in a year. I had had enough, stopped by this Verizon store on my way home from Sprint & masked them about transferring my 5 lines over to them. Anthony Scott was the gentleman that helped us and I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service! And it is $70 less a month for the exact same plan with brand new phones! Take that Sprint! A month in a half later after a hand full of different problems, and no help. I called the customer care number to find out that they are not actually a Verizon company they are an Authorized dealer. Once they have you hooked, they really don't care.... beware... go to the mall! read more

Went in this afternoon to get a new phone, there was two employees one of which was helping the one customer ahead of us. The free employee immediately said he was busy and the other one(one with customer) would be helping us. I stood in line for literally half an hour with zero update or info on when I would be helped. This store will rip you off. They talked us into changing our Verizon plan to what they said would be a cheaper family plan but ended up doubling our monthly bill. They were helpful when they changed our plan but one week later they suddenly didn't have access when we went in to switch back. Thankfully the Verizon store in the mail was extremely helpful and changed our plan back. At best the individuals at this store are uninformed and not well trained. At worst they will do whatever it takes to make a sale, including lying and ripping people off. read more

Nick and Matt are great salesmen! I came in to switch carriers, but the phones I am interested in for my family were not all in stock. Nick ordered the phones for me and I will be back for the phones. While Nick was helping me out, Matt was assisting another customer with her phone and was very patient with her. She had a lot of questions and Matt answered them in a way that she would understand. It was a pleasant interaction to watch and hear. These sales people are so obsessed with selling you a bunch of cr@$ you don't need - they couldn't even set up my new phone right. Got home and it wasn't activated or assigned to my phone number - I was there for an hour while they tried to find a trade in value on my old phone that was literally non functioning - just so I could get a cheap/not free! case, screen protector and cables I didn't want or need. They wouldn't let me leave without checking this. So disappointed in these guys - all about themselves and commission. I will not use a verizon store ever again read more

We recently went to the Verizon store on Bakerview after several friends recommended it. Our past experiences (3) have been w/ the Mall location. We can't say enough good things about the Bakerview store. Kind, courteous, honest and tries to help you get the best plan. Excellent parking as well. Not only do they have the best customer service but they also had much much better promotional deals! Kevin and Matt were so patient and helpful and worked hard to get me the best deal possible.
