The minute I walked up to the kiosk, though the gal was busy, she stopped to address what I needed. I told her what the issues were that I was having with my phone. It had recently been running out of battery very quickly and now would not charge or turn on at all. She said it sounded like it needed a new battery. She popped a new battery in and it charged to 40% in about 5 minutes. The charging port is connecting just fine, the phone is now running MUCH faster and I only paid $43 including the tax. Much better than well over $750 for a new phone! If your phone is having issues, take it here FIRST. You will get HONESTY and polite and very prompt service!

After 10 mins of back and forth, the desk attendant had to "check the back," and when she returned, "it turns out it actually is under warranty," I said I KNOW !! I TOLD YOU THAT IN THE FIRST PLACE !!!! Nobody even checked the status, they just wanted me to pay for their services. Felt like a scam. Then she said my data "will maybe get deleted, we don't know," so they wanted $100 to back up my files. Data can be "backed up" with an $8 thumb drive. Say you're an elderly person trying to set up an iPad, or you're just not familiar with modern technology, you could VERY easily be taken advantage of. Can't recommend!

Asks to scan the back of my drivers license (which contains sensitive data). Never even checks the front. Clearly this wasn't about checking my identity. Then tells me that as a pay as you go user, they won't sell my anything but the cheap knock off phones in store. Of course I can buy any phone anywhere and bring it to them, but they no longer do this. I guess you don't want a $1k phone sale from me. Angry at myself I allowed her to scan my drivers license. Every visit to this store is a disappointment. Looking at other providers.

I really enjoy Verizon's response " Thanks for bringing this to our attention " Like they have no idea they're stealing hundreds of thousands of dollars a month from past customers. "allegedly" LOL. Also don't bother leaving a bad review on yelp all they do is remove the review and do nothing to fix the problem that generated the bad review.

They stole $700 and more from my bank account without my consent and it was one thing after another. Things were straightened out and I stayed with them. In February 2022 I called the headquarters and Norman agreed to leave one month's worth of credit in my account and get the outstanding money that I had in my account would be sent to me. Why can't this be simple hence a check. It took quite some time and eventually a credit card in my name was sent to me by a company called North Lane. What an absolute nightmare this company is. 3 days straight I attempted to create an account and log in on a cell phone. Every customer rep that I spoke to said wait until I get onto a desktop computer and I'll be able to log in. On day 4, I attempted this without any success whatsoever. I gave up! Now I have to wait up to 3 weeks to get a live check sent to me. Why couldn't this have been done to begin with?

We recently had an outstanding experience at the new Verizon store on the Guide, thanks to John…read moreTristan (aka J.T.), who is truly a rockstar! We had made an appointment and arrived a little early (after mistakenly going to the old mall location first). Despite that, we only waited about 5 minutes before we were greeted and helped by J.T. Our visit was to replace our son's phone and see if there was any way to save money on our monthly Verizon bill. Not only did J.T. help us with both, but he went above and beyond. He took the time to clearly explain everything we didn't understand, adjusted a few things on our plan, and walked us through new promotions that applied to our son's phone upgrade. J.T. is incredibly detail-oriented -- it's honestly impressive. He didn't just breeze through things or throw a pile of paperwork into a bag and send us on our way. He reviewed every single change with us, made sure we understood each adjustment, and followed up to ensure we were satisfied. He even resolved a few issues we hadn't planned on addressing -- that's how thorough and proactive he is! Verizon Management: if you're reading this, you need to double this guy's salary. Seriously. He's a rare talent. If you're a Verizon customer, do yourself a favor and make an appointment -- it will save you time and ensure you're taken care of. If you're not a Verizon customer yet, their customer service alone (especially with people like J.T. on the team) is a great reason to switch -- not to mention their excellent coverage. Thanks again, John Tristan! You made what could've been a stressful visit easy, informative, and even enjoyable.
