The most recent phone purchase included a screen saver that started cracking within the first 24 hours, and NOT from dropping it. I should have gone in immediately but put it off and when I did call about coming in to have it replaced was informed that they could do it but I would have to pay for them to replace it. What? I've spent thousands with them over the years but when I would like something from them in return they're going to nickel and dime me? To make it even sillier I now see that these particular screen savers are problems mentioned all over on reviews everywhere. So, they pick a bad product, charge me to buy and install it, refuse to stand behind their choice and basically insult me when I call by inferring that surely I must have dropped it to have this problem!
