This store customer service is poor, unknowledgeable staff, they did not know what they are doing.

A very young girl was employees here who clearly did not care about her job, small figure, slim, mixed complexion. She first said no to my question of the latest iPhone in stock, than admitted she wasn't sure. She then was debating about which model I was looking for, and had an attitude like she did not want to help me. I asked her to help me find the phone at another location, she refused to help me. I then asked for help in calling the other locations and she said she could not help me. I asked her if she worked at her job or not. A special shout-out to Sheen for a quick hassle-free shopping experience. I called the store this morning to ask which iPhone 12 models they have in stock. Since they had exactly what I wanted, I went into the store an hour later. Sheen realized I'm the one who called earlier. To my great surprise, he had already done all the math for me and summarized how much it would cost me with a case and without a case side-by-side. He did not try to up-sell anything. He answered all my questions and helped me set up the phone. I was in and out with a new iPhone in about 15 minutes. I usually go to the Bakerview location and have always had great service there. Came to this store to buy my dad a new phone. I am from the east coast and never once in my life have been to a phone store where there's no phones on display due to theft. Like not even in the hood where they have bars on their doors and windows and have to unlock the door to get you in. Not only that they didn't have any new models to show you. They brought me the old models of the iphone and galaxy and both phones were dead. Like what is even happening? Lol It was a good laugh, but, yeah, do not recommend wasting your time here. read more

Rude management that likes to use racial slurs and back each other up and call the cops on you when you get angry. A phone we turned into this office was reported compromised by Google. Later on T-Mobile claim the phone was never turned in but after I've raised a big stink at their store mysteriously everything clears up with them even the $200 bill I have the receipt for. I don't know what kind of scam these losers are running but I'd avoid this office at all costs before they draw you in to bankruptcy and ruin your credit. T-Mobile's corporate office needs to come in and clean the scum out of the employee roster here in Bellingham. Frankly I don't think the owner of this business is very reputable either since he allows all this to go on. read more

I recently discovered that T-Mobile was charging me for a product and so called promotion I was getting and I never agreed to this promotion yet they charged me for the equipment and monthly charge. When I returned the equipment I was told by the associate the return is instant. The corporation is now telling me it will take 10 days. I was quoted intitially the bill is 73 dollars a month now it's 99. There are several more lies this company has told. They go back on their word at every turn. Not to mention all the dropped calls and not even dialing the number read more

Employees at the counter were very helpful, fast and friendly but the manager of the store was creating a pretty hostile environment in the store by arguing with his employees and being a pretty big hot head, he maybe should have been a bit more professional, but again people at the counter get 5 stars ! read more

The staff at the sunset tmobile are very helpful and friendly.Amanda usually helps me when I come in to pay my bill and she always makes sure I get the right deal being im on prepaid and I use a ridiculous amount of data .They always find a way to work out my issues and explain to me how it all works without confusing me..sometimes im slow !Great staff oh and also Amanda had some pretty nice pink boots loll she was proud of them read more

An average 8+ year T Mobile customer (me) walks into this place to purchase an iPhone 8 with the expectation that I'd be able to buy it and walk out with my new phone all set up on my T Mobile account with no hassle. Well, apparently this a very tall order. 1st visit: after a 20 min wait, nice kid, LOTS of fumbling around on the T Mobile tablet thingy, multiple "system errors", going into the back room to make calls to corporate, consulting with the manager...over an hour later, I had to be somewhere and left with no new iPhone, thinking, "I guess now's not the time, I'll come back." 2nd visit: I was asked if I was paying with cash or card (card, of course, because who carries $750+ cash around?), and was told that I needed to pay with cash for security reasons, as apparently when someone pays with a card and has a T Mobile pay-as-you-go plan (valid, always current, long term, and well suited for me), it can't be tracked. (?!) Called the Bakerview store, explained, asked if this was the case, was told, "No, come on in and we'll get you set up." Went to the Bakerview store, told I had to add $50 to my prepaid account (no problem), got to the point of actually paying...then some mysterious system error that made no sense to the employees and had nothing whatsoever to do with my bank card. I immediately got online and ordered my new iPhone from Apple, will receive it tomorrow (hassle free, 5 minute process), and will never step foot in a T Mobile store again. And you probably shouldn't either in Bellingham, unless you want a non-sensical hassle and a total waste of time with barely competent sales people who can't handle what should have been an amazingly simple sales transaction. Moral of the story (so obvious in retrospect): order your new phone online and skip the T Mobile store. read more
