Had to make special trips,13 miles each way, to find out status, each time was told they have to order (the same) part. Finally said give it back, they took 10 minutes rummaging around trying to figure out which one was mine (they failed to label!) and then handed me pieces in a bag, assured me it all was there. I was SOL, couldn't use it for trade-in worth $250 off a new phone. Also couldn't retrieve some content that would have been on the SIM card but wasn't on Google cloud. Shit-show company, has all the marks of a private-equity scam. Poor work processes, poor training, poor supervision, poor quality control, and they don't have to own a thing, just lease a shop.

The minute I walked up to the kiosk, though the gal was busy, she stopped to address what I needed. I told her what the issues were that I was having with my phone. It had recently been running out of battery very quickly and now would not charge or turn on at all. She said it sounded like it needed a new battery. She popped a new battery in and it charged to 40% in about 5 minutes. The charging port is connecting just fine, the phone is now running MUCH faster and I only paid $43 including the tax. Much better than well over $750 for a new phone! If your phone is having issues, take it here FIRST. You will get HONESTY and polite and very prompt service!

The cellairis tech was able to inspect and install an adhesive strip to fix the trim piece and reaffix the rubber seal - all without charging me a dime. While he could not guarantee the fix would keep my phone watertight, it prevented dirt from entering and saved me several hundred dollars. Honest, resourceful and generous- thanks! She's always like this-rude and condescending to the women, but oh so nice to the men. Its pathetic. Later, as I was paying for my items and my coupon didnt work, Anne came over to help the cashier and said "we're just having one of those days" while giving me a dirty look. Every time I'm in there, she acts like its a personal insult to have to help anyone. Just retire already. While I was waiting, I saw no less than six people working at the store on a Tuesday afternoon, so if any employees actually cared to help out, it would be a well-staffed store. Instead its just a bunch of paid dead weight. There's an older gentleman there, I believe his name is Martin, who is wonderful-very helpful and knowledgeable, but the rest of the staff is miserable. Given the multiple reviews over a span of years about the same issue, its clear that the manager and owner dont care, so now I drive all the way out to Lynden and support that well stocked store and kind and knowledgeable staff. From the moment we arrived every person in there was knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Giovanni and Angela showed us the different options regarding models and the Medicare requirements. We opted for the lighter kind that Medicare does not cover but are much less expensive (under $1,600). If you buy one they will deliver it at no charge. If you decide it won't work for you within ten days they will come and get it at no charge and return your money! What's not to like? Alex was the delivery person and is a pro. I warned him about Dad who is grouchy and VERY difficult to please. I gave it a less than 50% chance that he would accept the chair. Alex stayed professional and to the point, quickly explaining the simple controls and how easy the Pride chair is to maneuver. This was very tricky do to the restrictions of the assisted living rules and Covid. Dad worked his way into the chair and drove it off into the building where we couldn't enter. I was shocked. If I could have I would have hugged Alex. Thank you Giovanni, Alex, Angela and Sam. We will recommend this business to anyone.

The response was similar to what you'd get from a Los Angeles DMV service; unmotivated and passive-aggressive like an ex. While expected from a tired, understaffed customer service representative, this came from sales, haha. It made me snicker; This person is unhappy with their life choices. At the very least, they could've copied and pasted their return policy, but that was too burdensome. **No Google Page = RED FLAG. It's an attempt to hide bad reviews, and it all makes sense now** I'll go with Adorama or B & H because they care about fostering relationships.
