As good as it gets!'…read moreBoth of these would be an appropriate way to describe my experience with this business because I am now a fan of Atlas Computer Works and I feel like their service is as good as it gets as far as computer repair companies. No one wants to feel like they are being over-charged for service (especially repair services for your computer and car...) and I left feeling satisfied that I was charged fairly and appropriately. The thing that impressed me the most about Atlas was the quick turn around for the work they accomplished. I took my broken computer screen in to get it repaired when I was out of town to another computer repair company and they said it would take them 4-6 days to even get around to looking at it! Jason had my computer repaired and up and running again by the time I was done running errands! Super convenient and I'm super satisfied. Casey was really great! I had accidentally reset my modem to factory reset. He offered to come same…read moredays, but we scheduled for next day am appointment. He called ahead of time, showed up on time, reset 2 routers, and gave me really great insight into the difference between 2.4 and 5ghz work. He showed me how to do speed tests, and we did speed tests throughout the house to see what worked better, where. He also reset my tv streaming services and helped me load another service in my TV. Jeremy was successful in doing the repair but still wasn't getting video signal, so we opted to order a new ribbon cable and try that. A few months later I called Jeremy on the results and he claimed the laptop was on his bench but he had lost my info and couldn't contact me. So now at least he had my contact, so I thought. A few months later I called again, and now he has no record of my existence, or my laptop. I have security footage of him picking it up at my house and he has call history going back a year and half but insists its my fault and I'm making it up.
