No one wants to feel like they are being over-charged for service (especially repair services for your computer and car...) and I left feeling satisfied that I was charged fairly and appropriately. The thing that impressed me the most about Atlas was the quick turn around for the work they accomplished. I took my broken computer screen in to get it repaired when I was out of town to another computer repair company and they said it would take them 4-6 days to even get around to looking at it! Jason had my computer repaired and up and running again by the time I was done running errands! Super convenient and I'm super satisfied. Update on the iPad Pro Bad Apple failed to repair after replacing the screen leaving dead spots…read more The front camera looks as if it has 1/4" of Vaseline on it. Very fuzzy. So all in all, I gave them a very nice iPad with a bad port and now I have a working port but a bad camera and a bad screen.

Casey was really great! I had accidentally reset my modem to factory reset. He offered to come same…read moredays, but we scheduled for next day am appointment. He called ahead of time, showed up on time, reset 2 routers, and gave me really great insight into the difference between 2.4 and 5ghz work. He showed me how to do speed tests, and we did speed tests throughout the house to see what worked better, where. He also reset my tv streaming services and helped me load another service in my TV.
