Just used Mr. Junk Removal after some Spring Cleaning in the Garage/House. George (one of the owners) was great to deal with. He came to the house on the same day as I called to actually see the job in advance. Other Companies I called only gave me "approximate quotes" over the phone. This may be efficient for them, but a few companies definitely "over-estimated" and gave me a high quote and probably lost the job over the phone! I ended up narrowing down to a couple companies and in the end Mr. Junk Removal won the job based on excellent customer service (George) and a fair, competitive price. We booked the junk removal for a couple days later, but George ended up having a cancellation the next day and phoned me to see if they could swing by early which worked out perfectly! George used a saw to cut up an old, rusty swing set we had in the backyard that the kids had long outgrown! LOL! George and his crew (who were all friendly and personable) loaded up the truck and were done very quickly! I would highly recommend Mr. Junk Removal...we'll definitely use them again! read more

Mr Junk Removal is a family run business that removed my junk with dispatch and alacrity. The two brothers who came over were very courteous and friendly workers. They charged me a very reasonable fee and tidied up everything before they left. I also asked them in another subsequent visit to put up our gazebo, a very solid but complicated Sojag product that I could not put up on my own. The two brothers put together this very solid all-season product in a very reasonable amount of time - just a few hours. They were again very tidy and competent. We would give them ten stars if we could. Our parents were downsizing and leaving their long time home- an emotional time. Simon and James were efficient, organized and worked so hard. The thing that touched us most of all was their kindness, consideration and respect for people's feelings- they anticipated any part of the process that could be distressing and smoothed it over. They appreciated Dad's jokes and Mom's heirlooms. They brought positive energy and made a stressful day easier. Went Above & Beyond Super fast response to my request for a quote and came back almost half the price of the other companies I requested quotes for. They worked to find a time that worked as soon as possible and showed up exactly when they said they would with a quick call ten minutes earlier to let me know they were on their way. The two guys who came were so lovely and spent an extra chunk of time taking apart our sofa because it wouldn't fit through the door. All the while joking and smiling. We recently had occasion to use Mr. Junk Removal to remove some 'junk' from our condo. I found this company when looking on line. I'm happy to say they did a great job. They came first to give a quote and when the arrangements were finalized, they arrived on time prepared to work. The two young men were professional, efficient and friendly. I had been trying for days to find a way to move out my old sofa and bed that didn't cost me an arm or leg! These guys are great. Friend and accommodating. I was able to get same day service and was able to work out a time with them on short notice. Removed my old futon couch and desk. Quick and painless. Called at 3pm because plan A fell through and I needed my garbage removed ASAP. It was moving day and the landlord was coming by the check the place out at 7pm. Even though they were crazy busy, they squeezed me in between two appointments. They were nice, and worked very quick.
