They even managed to move a gigantic, old-fashioned, executive-style desk down a very narrow stairwell without doing any harm to the walls. Firstly, I emailed a number of services, and they had a very fair price. Secondly, they were very quick to respond to my emails and my call. On the day needed, I received a call from the business about 15 minutes before the time they were to arrive, which really put me at ease and allowed us to get things organized. The workers introduced themselves, and were very courteous and very quick. The whole process took less than 10 minutes, and ended with a thank-you and a handshake! I cannot comment on the recycling end of this transaction, but I assume it will be done properly. As a resident of the west end I really am tired of seeing couches, t.v.s, mattresses etc, etc, etc in the alley at the end of every month, and so I was happy to see that my old couch is dealt with properly. I would not hesitate to use this service again, and will recommend it to friends whenever possible.

Super unprofessional "company" and use that word lightly…read more Incorrectly quoted the cost several times, did services that weren't discussed and then asked for additional money, were late, lost my booking and tried to rebook me for a later date despite being booked a month in advance after making me wait 40 mins and had already said they were almost there, barely cleaned the walls or windows, baseboards untouched, floor had mop strings all over it and had puddle streaks everywhere. Walk-out inspection was failed and property manager threatened to deduct money from the security deposit at how bad this cleaning was. Balcony was completely untouched and so was the garage. Needed to book a touch up and again they were extremely late and the owner didn't even arrive as she said she would, sent someone else and then blamed it on traffic. Carpet cleaning was good which surprisingly was the cheaper part. $320 for subpar cleaning by unprofessional and hours of time wasting going back and forth to let people in who were not respectful of our time was not worth it. Book here with caution, they do not provide the caliber of services they advertise. Edited to add: after posting this review while waiting for the cleaners almost 30 mins to show up for the touch up, the owner saw my review and told the cleaner to leave my house mid-clean because she no longer wanted to do my touch up! Absolutely wild, said my review was completely false despite photos and text evidence and said she didn't feel comfortable being in my house (even though I wasn't even there). So despite their guarantee to receive your security deposit back, I now have to either clean up their mess myself or forfeit money from my security deposit.
