After being told by Verizon Wireless at Sunset Ave that my processor wasn't working, my charging port was not connecting and that my entire phone was done, dead, time for replacement, I decided to check out Cellairis in the mall. The minute I walked up to the kiosk, though the gal was busy, she stopped to address what I needed. I told her what the issues were that I was having with my phone. It had recently been running out of battery very quickly and now would not charge or turn on at all. She said it sounded like it needed a new battery. She popped a new battery in and it charged to 40% in about 5 minutes. The charging port is connecting just fine, the phone is now running MUCH faster and I only paid $43 including the tax. Much better than well over $750 for a new phone! If your phone is having issues, take it here FIRST. You will get HONESTY and polite and very prompt service! read more

Changed our cell phone batteries. Cost $300+. Could not complete installation - could not certify part was a genuine Apple battery. Next morning, cell phone screen would not activate - has happened twice now - very disappointing!!! read more

I had a samsung flip w a broken screen seal - which seems to occur after about a yt - this is my 2nd flip w issue). After calling around, it seems a replacement screen was needed. The cellairis tech was able to inspect and install an adhesive strip to fix the trim piece and reaffix the rubber seal - all without charging me a dime. While he could not guarantee the fix would keep my phone watertight, it prevented dirt from entering and saved me several hundred dollars. Honest, resourceful and generous- thanks! I would highly recommend. read more

Do not go to Cellairis mobile phone repair in the Bellingham Mall. I am an OLD 81 years. The OWNER said he would replace the battery in one hour and notify my friends' phone when it was completed After a "painful" hour an a half I returned to his stand, The workman told me he was gone and had no information about my unfixed phone. I will go somewhere else. Never go there! read more

I had a cracked screen on my iPad repaired. Unfortunately, it was off by a little, making it hard to open. I took it back and they cheerfully fixed it for me no charge. read more

Well have my wife's battery replaced and they very good and fast, never had any problems with them!

Update to my review. These guys definitely don't use high quality products - I had my last iPhone screen for over a year without one scratch and the new screen Cellairos gave me is a complete mess after two months. Shattered in multiple places and scratches everywhere. They assured me it was from the same factory as Apple products but it's hard to believe. Also note that their 90 day warranty doesn't cover any of this. read more

I was so surprised that I was quoted a reasonable price and my iPhone was fixed within 20 minutes, when I thought for sure my phone was fried. They replaced the lcd screen workings and it was only $99. I could not be happier! Sure, I could get a replacement piece for half the price on Amazon but it would probably take me a long time pulling apart, installing and with my luck, I'd break something else in doing it. I highly recommend this little kiosk conveniently located near the food court. The employee Melodi was fabulous. read more

I was told when I bought a new screen shield that if there were ever a problem, I could bring it back any time and have it replaced for free. There is a problem, I brought it back, no free replacement. They lied and denied saying it. If sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Always get it in writing. read more

Excellent customer service. Trustworthy and honest, took great care of our daughter. Greg was extremely understanding about her situation, and our experience with them was all-around excellent. They have an integrity that isn't around as much these days. Give this company your business, you won't regret it. read more

Excellent service. Replaced screen on my daughter's phone in May and put on a new screen protector. My daughter noticed that her selfie camera was blurry so we went back and they put in a new camera no charge. Works great now. Thank you! read more

Exceptional customer service, fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this business !

This company does not back up it's work. They fixed my screen and 2 days later cracks started to show up on my new screen. I have not dropped it or anything. I do not recommend this company because even with a reciept they don't back up what they sell read more

Being new to Bellingham, I was unsure where to turn when you need iPhone screen replacement. After walking up to the stand we were greeted by the owner Greg. He fixed mine and my boyfriends iPhone screens very quickly and they came back looking brand new. Since our first experience in April, I returned with a different broken device, he has provided great customer service and repair advice. Now days it so rare to find a small business like this that truly cares about the customer not about ripping people off. Greg and his team genuinely care about your the quality of their products and the job they do. I am so grateful to have found such a reliable phone repair place in Bellingham. I will be forever referring people to Greg and his team ! read more

Greg helped me at the Bellis Fair location today and I had a great experience! My Samsung Galaxy S7 phone battery stopped working and ended up expanding, breaking the back panel on my phone. He was able to fix it quickly (within 20 minutes!) and I'm really happy with the service. Thanks! read more

Went to get my son's cell phone screen repaired yesterday. They messed up during the repair and broke whatever controls the home screen button. They didn't have the part on hand. They promised they would over night it and would fix it the following day. I paid for the repair to return the next day. Today a different person was working who knew nothing about my issue. She called someone and no one ever ordered the part. But they promise they will. And the repair will be free. Well I've already paid for a repair and it's not completely working. I wouldn't trust this people with your phone! read more

My iPhone lost the ability to accept a charge entirely, and I was running out of battery and needed things fixed fast. I brought it into Cellairis (without an appointment) and was in and out in 15 minutes with a brand new charging port and a perfectly working phone, at a reasonable price. No complaints, awesome repair guy, they nailed it. read more

Greg was super busy Sunday afternoon at Bellis Fair, as people are getting out more in May 2021. While it took 90 minutes for him to replace my battery and screen protector, he was gracious to a steady stream of customers. My new battery retained a charge for 54 hours (on battery saving setting) and still had 35% remaining. That and a new screen cover for under $100. Very satisfied and worth the wait! read more

I have had several iPhones repaired here after accidental drops. Every time they are quick, fair and have great customer service throughout the whole process. Their prices are reasonable, and they will replace your screen right there while you wait. read more

I usually don't leave reviews but felt this needed to be shared. I have always had excellent service here, but today I had a different experience. Today I came in to replace my broken phone case. The gentleman working the booth today was short and rude and rushed through the entire process. His customer service was not what I expect from this company. I will be calling the manager tomorrow to let them know my experience today. The case that the young man replaced my broken one with was obviously used, but he was unresponsive and unreceptive of me showing him my concerns. I walked away feeling frustrated and not happy. read more

Brought my cracked iPhone 6+ in and the screen was replaced in about 30 minutes. Phone feels better than it has months well before its screen was cracked. Also got a discount on a new case which I'm also quite fond of. read more

Girl who works there is incompetent, have multiple issues with my phone after getting a screen replacement including vibration not working. Had to go to a repair shop down the road a couple weeks later where he noticed a few internal screws were missing. Thankfully they fixed the rest of the issues there. Surely will not be going back here, but you may like it if you want a cheap fix. read more

Dan was amazing. Super personable and made sure that we were 100% satisfied with the service. I went with my boyfriend to get a glass screen protector, and he re-installed the protector 3 times when we noticed the slightest bubble or fiber trapped underneath. Excellent job!!! read more

Called to get glass repaired on my Samsung Galaxy III. When I called I was told by "Kylie" that I could drop it off Thursday and it would cost me $50, since I already had the glass. Because I had called around and the lowest quote I got was $65, I decided to go with Cellarias. I decided Thursday to call before driving the 28 miles round trip. "Greg" told me he could do it Friday and to be there between noon and 1 pm and he could fix it and he pencilled me into that time slot. When I got there they were very courteous and got right on it. We went to lunch and waited over an hour. When we went to pick it up the cost was $108! When I said that the Kylie had quoted me the price off $50, Greg told me he said he quoted me $99, which he did not. Don't suggest you go there. read more

Trip 1: Went to have my iPhone screen fixed, payed around $110 for the screen and $7 for the tempered glass only to get home 15 miles/25 minutes later to a dysfunctional screen. Called in and explained the situation to the same girl and she said to come in at 4 and someone else would fix it "free of charge". thanks. Accidents happen so I let it slide. Trip 2: went in at 4 and WOWIE they didn't have the screen size I needed in stock so I'd have to make the drive again a couple days later. Trip 3: called before hand to make sure they had my size. Phone screen is finally fixed but GOSH DARNIT they don't have the tempered glass I'd payed for in the size. LUCKILY I was told I wouldn't be charged for it. Awesome. Trip 4: called in before once again and triple checked everything was in order. Got the tempered glass put on. Shockingly, won't be going back. This was far too much gas, time, and mental stress than it was worth. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I had gotten my iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced, when I got the phone back the screen stopped working! I went to get my money back they told my that they could not give me my money back because it wasn't his fault the screen didn't work. When I finally was able to get my money back after showing the the receipt they only gave me a partial refund. They also took the screen off and gave me back the phone. So now I have a phone with no screen and it still doesn't work. I am never going back there again! I hope you guys dont either, unless you want to get ripped off and told it's not there fault the didn't fix your phone. When I got the phone back I found out they took the home button and some other parts. I went back to the pieces back from them they wouldn't give them back because they were told not to and just walked away. read more

No stars - I was forced to select 1 star minimum per yelp policy. 3 months and they couldn't even change my iPhone screen properly. $70 and months with no call from them that it was ready and I can't bring up the numeric pad when typing. They replaced the screen with the wrong screen and were suppose to order a new one, the proper one. They never did. Just left the wrong one on it and let it sit on their dusty shelf. I had to stop in 3 times just to see if it was ready yet. Unprofessional service without a smile. read more
