I had a samsung flip w a broken screen seal - which seems to occur after about a yt - this is my 2nd flip w issue). After calling around, it seems a replacement screen was needed. The cellairis tech was able to inspect and install an adhesive strip to fix the trim piece and reaffix the rubber seal - all without charging me a dime. While he could not guarantee the fix would keep my phone watertight, it prevented dirt from entering and saved me several hundred dollars. Honest, resourceful and generous- thanks! The OWNER said he would replace the battery in one hour and notify my friends' phone when it was completed After a "painful" hour an a half I returned to his stand, The workman told me he was gone and had no information about my unfixed phone. Update to my review. These guys definitely don't use high quality products - I had my last iPhone screen for over a year without one scratch and the new screen Cellairos gave me is a complete mess after two months. Shattered in multiple places and scratches everywhere. They assured me it was from the same factory as Apple products but it's hard to believe. I was so surprised that I was quoted a reasonable price and my iPhone was fixed within 20 minutes, when I thought for sure my phone was fried. They replaced the lcd screen workings and it was only $99. I could not be happier! Sure, I could get a replacement piece for half the price on Amazon but it would probably take me a long time pulling apart, installing and with my luck, I'd break something else in doing it. I was told when I bought a new screen shield that if there were ever a problem, I could bring it back any time and have it replaced for free. There is a problem, I brought it back, no free replacement. They lied and denied saying it. If sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Always get it in writing. read more

After being told by Verizon Wireless at Sunset Ave that my processor wasn't working, my charging port was not connecting and that my entire phone was done, dead, time for replacement, I decided to check out Cellairis in the mall. The minute I walked up to the kiosk, though the gal was busy, she stopped to address what I needed. I told her what the issues were that I was having with my phone. It had recently been running out of battery very quickly and now would not charge or turn on at all. She said it sounded like it needed a new battery. She popped a new battery in and it charged to 40% in about 5 minutes. The charging port is connecting just fine, the phone is now running MUCH faster and I only paid $43 including the tax. Much better than well over $750 for a new phone! If your phone is having issues, take it here FIRST. You will get HONESTY and polite and very prompt service! read more

Went to get my son's cell phone screen repaired yesterday. They messed up during the repair and broke whatever controls the home screen button. They didn't have the part on hand. They promised they would over night it and would fix it the following day. I paid for the repair to return the next day. Today a different person was working who knew nothing about my issue. She called someone and no one ever ordered the part. But they promise they will. And the repair will be free. Well I've already paid for a repair and it's not completely working. Greg was super busy Sunday afternoon at Bellis Fair, as people are getting out more in May 2021. While it took 90 minutes for him to replace my battery and screen protector, he was gracious to a steady stream of customers. My new battery retained a charge for 54 hours (on battery saving setting) and still had 35% remaining. That and a new screen cover for under $100. Very satisfied and worth the wait! read more

I usually don't leave reviews but felt this needed to be shared. I have always had excellent service here, but today I had a different experience. Today I came in to replace my broken phone case. The gentleman working the booth today was short and rude and rushed through the entire process. His customer service was not what I expect from this company. I will be calling the manager tomorrow to let them know my experience today. The case that the young man replaced my broken one with was obviously used, but he was unresponsive and unreceptive of me showing him my concerns. Girl who works there is incompetent, have multiple issues with my phone after getting a screen replacement including vibration not working. Had to go to a repair shop down the road a couple weeks later where he noticed a few internal screws were missing. Thankfully they fixed the rest of the issues there. Surely will not be going back here, but you may like it if you want a cheap fix. read more

Called to get glass repaired on my Samsung Galaxy III. When I called I was told by "Kylie" that I could drop it off Thursday and it would cost me $50, since I already had the glass. Because I had called around and the lowest quote I got was $65, I decided to go with Cellarias. I decided Thursday to call before driving the 28 miles round trip. "Greg" told me he could do it Friday and to be there between noon and 1 pm and he could fix it and he pencilled me into that time slot. When I got there they were very courteous and got right on it. We went to lunch and waited over an hour. When we went to pick it up the cost was $108! When I said that the Kylie had quoted me the price off $50, Greg told me he said he quoted me $99, which he did not. Don't suggest you go there. read more

Trip 1: Went to have my iPhone screen fixed, payed around $110 for the screen and $7 for the tempered glass only to get home 15 miles/25 minutes later to a dysfunctional screen. Called in and explained the situation to the same girl and she said to come in at 4 and someone else would fix it "free of charge". thanks. Accidents happen so I let it slide. Trip 2: went in at 4 and WOWIE they didn't have the screen size I needed in stock so I'd have to make the drive again a couple days later. Trip 3: called before hand to make sure they had my size. Phone screen is finally fixed but GOSH DARNIT they don't have the tempered glass I'd payed for in the size. LUCKILY I was told I wouldn't be charged for it. Awesome. Trip 4: called in before once again and triple checked everything was in order. Got the tempered glass put on. Shockingly, won't be going back. This was far too much gas, time, and mental stress than it was worth. Hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. read more

I had gotten my iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced, when I got the phone back the screen stopped working! I went to get my money back they told my that they could not give me my money back because it wasn't his fault the screen didn't work. When I finally was able to get my money back after showing the the receipt they only gave me a partial refund. They also took the screen off and gave me back the phone. So now I have a phone with no screen and it still doesn't work. I am never going back there again! I hope you guys dont either, unless you want to get ripped off and told it's not there fault the didn't fix your phone. When I got the phone back I found out they took the home button and some other parts. I went back to the pieces back from them they wouldn't give them back because they were told not to and just walked away. read more

No stars - I was forced to select 1 star minimum per yelp policy. 3 months and they couldn't even change my iPhone screen properly. $70 and months with no call from them that it was ready and I can't bring up the numeric pad when typing. They replaced the screen with the wrong screen and were suppose to order a new one, the proper one. They never did. Just left the wrong one on it and let it sit on their dusty shelf. I had to stop in 3 times just to see if it was ready yet. Unprofessional service without a smile. read more
