He then told me the inside of the phone had been torn up, the graphite paper that keeps the phone cool was in several pieces and wasn't doing the job is was supposed to do. Now I know why my phone is getting hot . Also there was a connection that was not connected so he fixed that. The cellairis tech was able to inspect and install an adhesive strip to fix the trim piece and reaffix the rubber seal - all without charging me a dime.
