I use this FedEx Office location frequently, for everything from printing to shipping, and have had…read morenothing but positive, wonderful interactions with them. Most recently, I had to ship a package overnight to California, and their service was quick and efficient. As promised, by 11am the next morning the package had arrived at its destination! I mainly use this location for printing, using their very handy Print and Go service. I just send my doc to the Print and Go email address, and it's in their system almost instantly. Then, I can just show up and enter my confirmation number into their printer. Voila, my docs are in my hands in minutes. The output is nice, too, as their printer is much higher quality than my home deskjet. This location is a small one, but they have everything I need, including some office supplies, cards, and books always in stock for a little retail therapy. My only wish is that they had longer hours - they're pretty much only open during the day (and closed Sundays) so plan accordingly.

The problem with the UPS stores in general is the length of time it takes to input all the package info and print a label. That really backs things up and takes patience on those of us waiting in line. Interesting how they have not been able to expedite this process. As I said, nothing against this particular store.

He knew exactly how to answer our questions and how to guide us to the large format print we needed. He was clear, patient, kind and made us feel like we were not a burden but rather friends. You don't typically get this type of customer service anymore, Aaron is a true professional and kind hearted guy. We can't say enough about how he made our experience a positive one.
