The cellairis tech was able to inspect and install an adhesive strip to fix the trim piece and reaffix the rubber seal - all without charging me a dime. The person doing the repair told me the adhesive used was just ok and that's why dust was able to get inside. He then told me the inside of the phone had been torn up, the graphite paper that keeps the phone cool was in several pieces and wasn't doing the job is was supposed to do. Now I know why my phone is getting hot . Also there was a connection that was not connected so he fixed that. His words were I wouldn't take your phone back to that place and don't recommend to others. I'm pretty unhappy.

After fighting with Mint Mobile for half the day trying to get their service to work and having…read morezero luck, I ended up here with a friend who had recommended I try Metro as a solution. We walked in pretty close to closing but Ary let us in and helped me even when I started to continue my mental breakdown from earlier in store. He was so nice and helpful, he allowed me to use the store phone to call Mint Mobile to get my account information and sat with my friend and I for the almost twenty minutes of going between 'let me put you on hold to find the information' and hold times. In the end we were able to get the information we needed and he got me set up with a plan. Thank you so much for all your help Ary, you were amazing!
