Had to make special trips,13 miles each way, to find out status, each time was told they have to order (the same) part. Finally said give it back, they took 10 minutes rummaging around trying to figure out which one was mine (they failed to label!) and then handed me pieces in a bag, assured me it all was there. I was SOL, couldn't use it for trade-in worth $250 off a new phone. Also couldn't retrieve some content that would have been on the SIM card but wasn't on Google cloud. Shit-show company, has all the marks of a private-equity scam. Poor work processes, poor training, poor supervision, poor quality control, and they don't have to own a thing, just lease a shop.

He also told us there was no manager and wouldn't give us the manager's name or number. We later went to a different TMobile store and an employee the helped us politely and easily understood what the problem was with my account.

While I was waiting, I saw no less than six people working at the store on a Tuesday afternoon, so if any employees actually cared to help out, it would be a well-staffed store. Instead its just a bunch of paid dead weight. There's an older gentleman there, I believe his name is Martin, who is wonderful-very helpful and knowledgeable, but the rest of the staff is miserable. Given the multiple reviews over a span of years about the same issue, its clear that the manager and owner dont care, so now I drive all the way out to Lynden and support that well stocked store and kind and knowledgeable staff. At this stage, I just needed to get my hands on the item and try it (proprietary design versus proprietary design). The response was similar to what you'd get from a Los Angeles DMV service; unmotivated and passive-aggressive like an ex. While expected from a tired, understaffed customer service representative, this came from sales, haha. It made me snicker; This person is unhappy with their life choices. At the very least, they could've copied and pasted their return policy, but that was too burdensome. **No Google Page = RED FLAG. It's an attempt to hide bad reviews, and it all makes sense now** I'll go with Adorama or B & H because they care about fostering relationships. I'm a Union Cinematographer who owns gear and knows plenty of people who do. I would not recommend them based on their weak service.
