Then she said my data "will maybe get deleted, we don't know," so they wanted $100 to back up my files. Data can be "backed up" with an $8 thumb drive. Say you're an elderly person trying to set up an iPad, or you're just not familiar with modern technology, you could VERY easily be taken advantage of. Can't recommend!

They stole $700 and more from my bank account without my consent and it was one thing after another. Things were straightened out and I stayed with them. In February 2022 I called the headquarters and Norman agreed to leave one month's worth of credit in my account and get the outstanding money that I had in my account would be sent to me. Why can't this be simple hence a check. It took quite some time and eventually a credit card in my name was sent to me by a company called North Lane. What an absolute nightmare this company is. 3 days straight I attempted to create an account and log in on a cell phone. Every customer rep that I spoke to said wait until I get onto a desktop computer and I'll be able to log in. On day 4, I attempted this without any success whatsoever. I gave up! Now I have to wait up to 3 weeks to get a live check sent to me. Why couldn't this have been done to begin with?

She then was debating about which model I was looking for, and had an attitude like she did not want to help me. I asked her to help me find the phone at another location, she refused to help me. I then asked for help in calling the other locations and she said she could not help me. I asked her if she worked at her job or not. We had made an appointment and arrived a little early (after mistakenly going to the old mall location first). Despite that, we only waited about 5 minutes before we were greeted and helped by J.T. Our visit was to replace our son's phone and see if there was any way to save money on our monthly Verizon bill. Not only did J.T. help us with both, but he went above and beyond. He took the time to clearly explain everything we didn't understand, adjusted a few things on our plan, and walked us through new promotions that applied to our son's phone upgrade. J.T. is incredibly detail-oriented -- it's honestly impressive. He didn't just breeze through things or throw a pile of paperwork into a bag and send us on our way. He reviewed every single change with us, made sure we understood each adjustment, and followed up to ensure we were satisfied. He even resolved a few issues we hadn't planned on addressing -- that's how thorough and proactive he is! Verizon Management: if you're reading this, you need to double this guy's salary. Seriously. He's a rare talent. If you're a Verizon customer, do yourself a favor and make an appointment -- it will save you time and ensure you're taken care of.
