He told me it was my son's word against his and refused to give me the name and contact information for the manager or owner of the shop. He absolutely damaged the camera on the iPhone and was rude and lacks basic customer service skills. BEWARE if you go here for a repair you may leave with more damage than you started with.

This review and for this store but mostly for the exemplary service I received from the Geek Squad crew that came out from this store to install my TV and set it up. Not only were these guys the most professional and above and beyond technicians I have ever seen, they not only white glove delivered this 77 inch Sony OLED, they hung it in the way I requested, used an even better mount saving me money on the mount I bought, and tuned and set the TV up to specifications and taught me a few things along the way. This was probably one of the better Best Buy experiences I have seen and the new Total Tech program seems to be working and is worth every penny. What an excellent experience. As for the store, this is my go to store for not only the size of the store, but the constant inventory this store has of all sorts of electronics and appliances. Plus its a well laid out store, their are plenty of staff to answer questions and the service is always excellent. Good job Best Buy and I am glad I am still a customer.

I called the self checkout assistant and she could not get it to work either. She said they had been having problems all day with the Rewards. She said, just use it next time..... No ! So I used it, I scanned each item with my cellpone and I then was able to Apply the Rewards to my Cart. Why did I have to figure that myself??? The selection for each system isn't enormous but they have a decent variety of games for a lot of different machines. To clarify, I can confirm the presence of at least the following NES SNES Gameboy Sega Master System Sega Genesis Xbox 360 PS2 PS3 ...and I'm certain there are a few I'm forgetting.
