The very kind team member took my Samsung and untangled this mess I'd gotten into having to choose…read moreanother SMS provider. Samsung has discontinued thier texting on July 6. The button to change SMS had no connection so I randomly picked from Google Store what "seemed" legitimate. But all it did was welcome a circus of junk on my phone. Anyhow, my dependable phone turned I to a highway of ads and other gnats. I needed to squash this as my own efforts were not cutting it. Such a small thing turned into a tangled mess. So I went into the store at about 5pm ish on 6/9 and this young lady approached me as it was my turn. I waited about 20 minutes. That's fine. They are busy people! I told her what was wrong and as she was helping another lady. The team member unraveled my little disaster as it seems this was easy stuff to this team member. I left so happy. Everything went smoothly. The team was busy and I didn't get the feeling that you or I or us were being ignored. No. You got the feeling they are there to assist. Thank you to the team member in the middle desk. You're exceptional. Thank you very much!

I don't like waiting but I'm sure the workers don't love long busy days either. It was an hour…read moreyesterday to buy a new phone and some AirPods - and did the set up of the phone at home. BUT - The staff is always helpful for me - patient and friendly. The girl last night didn't oooooze warm fuzzies but she did ooze "we aren't letting you make a bad decision" and I need that in my life. I'd like her to go shopping with me and set me straight more often. Finally moved on to AirPods instead of corded headphones - welcome to 2024. Also ALWAYS have the best application of a screen protector I have seen.

We stopped at this T-mobile store to see what kind of deal we could get for our cellphones. We had…read moreATT service and we were paying close to $150 a month with two older phones (iphone 11 and 13 max). Since they had a senior rate, two lines with unlimited cell usage in the US and two new phones (iphone 15 and 17) were just a bit more than $120 a month...that included free Netflix basic subscription, free one year of AAA and free roaming in Canada, Mexico and over 250 foreign countries. Also with T-Mobile, the phone is unlocked 40 days after activation, so that makes it easy for those needing E-sim cards. That was a deal we could not pass, so we went with it. Elizabeth was our representative and she was patient and helpful with the entire process. After we finished with the transfer, we realized that our phones could not call each other....a message saying "the phone is not in service" kept coming on. I called the T-Mobile support 3 times trying to fix the issue and no one could help....so this was about 2-3 hours after we left the store... I then read on the internet that some ATT to T-Mobile transfer of phone number can take 3-5 hours.... Sure enough the next morning, everything was working fine. Happy with the change !!

My uncle was having phone issues instead of them explaining how to clean it out he took advantage…read moreof his age. They totally lied to him and told him he needed a new phone and he had to get it online and he had to comeback to set it up here which he didn't need a phone his problem was simply in the settings. The guys name is Nate that did this and that isn't good for the elderly at all. My uncle as well as a lot of other elderly are not technically inclined and need help and not be taken advantage of for a commission. This is really a matter of elderly abuse because the guy today popped it open and all my uncle needed was a memory card and not a new phone. The employee John was a great help and gave the assistance my uncle needed but he is still out of the money for a new phone that wasn't needed. This really is poor representation of the corporation of T-Mobile these ratings are very low and should tell the company something about the service here. I'm giving a rating just because of John not the employee Nate
