In comparison to their location in South Attleboro, I have found the employees at this location to…read morebe much friendlier and customer-oriented. A big problem I have always found with the majority of RadioShack locations was lack of knowledge on behalf of the salesperson. They seemed as if they just simply did not know much about their products or have as much knowledge as one would hope in regards to sale items and promotions. Now, I tend to only stop into RadioShack for small items, like batteries, cords, phone cases, and alike. Regarding my most recent visit, I was in and out of the store in about five minutes. I do have to give the sales girl credit for trying to get me to purchase a warranty plan for a $10 auxiliary cord. If you are a RadioShack fan, I recommend this location. Everything appears to run smoothly and the employees seem to have a little more of a clue what they are doing.

The day of I got a notification that the pick up date changed and now it would be delayed a week. I checked online and it said they still had them available in store- so I called the store and they literally said "oh, we gave your order to someone who came to purchase the same one in person- so we had to order yours from another location" Ok. So then I asked if they had any other colors available in the store that I could go pick up today- they said yes but my original order color wasn't available. I drove to the store and what was sitting on the shelf waiting to be purchased? The exact color and model I wanted. Happy that I walked away with what I wanted, but soooo confused how it was such a hard process.

I called a number but was a totally different number than what's shown. The number that's showing is not in service. I brought my tv there on a Saturday. What a horrible place. Its crammed. Safety and fire hazardous. . They said that they can fix it. Mind you the tv works great. The only thing wrong was no reception because of the broken antenna. Anyway they text me on Tuesday that it was fixed. I picked it up after work brought it home hooked up my clear tv antenna turned on the tv. The power button blinked twice and the red button came on. No visual picture nothing. I text the guy and told him it does not turn on. He text me back then there is something else wrong with your tv. I wanted to ask him if he turned the tv on to make sure the Antenna works. But he was already a jerk to begin with.. I think he forgot to hook a wire or something up to the power button. I called the toll free number on the owners manual. The closest place to fix it is an hour away. And only open 9-5. So now I'm without a tv again.
