Snagged the last two packs of nametags from the stationary / office section... & not much to report. Women's rest rooms were clean & well stocked. My biggest issue (and reason for removing a star) is because the drive up to the store is not well marked. Questioned if I was in the right place ... however there may be two entrances to the parking lot. & then I did like the unusual white sign! I went to check the prices on some paper goods and their selection was really good...many national brands but also many private label options, which were much less expensive. For many of the private label items, it's a gamble...sometimes they are comparable to the national brands, sometimes they are not...the best thing I do is to get online and check the reviews of other people to see what the consensus is. Target in North Attleborough, MA is located near Emerald Square Mall. There is no problem finding parking as there are plenty of spots. Usually all Target locations have a very similar setup so it's not too unfamiliar. The aisles were very organized and stocked. I always enjoy looking at the Bullseye's Playground & Dollar Spot section to find $1, $3 and $5 items which is located by the entrance. These are a great bargain. The Target App is an easy way to shop and save. If there is a specific item you are looking for, the app will tell you the exact aisle and how many are in stock. There are self-checkout stations and 2 cashier lanes open. I used the self-checkout station and had no issues. Target has a free membership option called Target Circle that offers every member access to automatic deals applied at checkout, earn Target Circle Rewards, and save with personalized deals. I have the Target Circle Card (previously known as the Target RedCard) that will offer an extra 5% off purchases, access to no-rush returns, and free two-day shipping on Target's site. This location is pathetic. Don't order anything that should be sealed for health reasons. From underwear to cosmetics, rest assured you will get an open package or a gross sampled cosmetic with the seal very obviously tampered with. The store is a messy, noisy zoo. Fortunately, other nearby locations are much more reliable and well managed. Drive a bit further and avoid this misery at all costs. Not a good situation for a company being boycotted! read more

I stopped into this Target this morning before work. I've been looking for the hottest toy this season. I had no luck finding this toy and came across two employees. Right away I was asked if I needed help. One of the employees walked me to the aisle. We didn't see it right away but the employee found it. Have I really come to my Yelp era where I am leaving reviews in Target? OMG. Here we are! We were in the area and figured "Why not?" This Target is on par with the size of others I've visited in neighboring suburbs. There's ample parking out front, and lots of carriages for shoppers, so no one needs to fight over a limited supply. The store itself can be a bit daunting to navigate, but they have everything from beauty products to groceries all under one roof. Target always has kind of a "stocking up for the apocalypse" vibe to me.. Anywhoo. I will say that other Targets in the area have a wider clothing / accessory selection than this one, and I was kind of bummed to see they no longer carried the Rowing Blazers and Kendra Scott collabs, as I was hoping to grab a few of those items for holiday gifts. Oh well. One thing I did love was the array of quirky Christmas ornaments, most for $5 or less. I loved the green balloon dog one especially. I usually buy novelty ornaments to tie on gifts to fit the recipient's personality, and look forward to heading back once I have actual presents to tie them on! I mean, I love Target. Last review I wrote was about how many handicap spots there are and now, after being pregnant and needing to run to target almost every weekend I must double down a request that target put in expectant mother spots. There's almost 4 rows of handicaps, atleast 1 in each row can become for expectant mothers. The lot was pure ice the other day which is beyond dangerous especially for a 9 month pregnant woman. And now, target is one of the only places you can see and buy baby items and they nonstop advertise their baby area. I really hope someone in management or corporate sees this because that's an important change needing to be made especially since there are ZERO close regular spots you can even hope for, since there's so many handicap ones. read more

Horrible beyond horrible, that was my experience with this Target location today 9/21/23. I order and paid for 2 items on my daughters wedding shower registry (a floor lamp and a comforter set) and when I went to pick them up, the comforter set was not in stock and the floor lamp had a damaged box. I had already purchased them online, and received confirmation that they were ready for pick up. So I don't understand why the comforter set was not available. When I saw the damaged floor lamp box, I asked the employee to open the box and check it out, she said that I could do it. I was annoyed with that response but I attempted to open it and make sure that it wasn't damaged. There was so much packaging that I couldn't open the box and possibly reassemble it, so I asked for a another floor lamp. There wasn't one in stock. I then had to wait for a "manager" (a toddler) to speak to regarding the cluster of my purchases. I was then issued a refund for the lamp, however first I was offered a gift card . . . ummm no, I paid for the item via AMEX. I looked at the refund receipt and I did not receive a refund for the comforter set. He said that I wasn't charged for the comforter set because they never scanned it because it wasn't in stock. It took me 4 times and a phone call to American Express to make him understand that I paid for it online so yes I was charged and Amex confirmed that I was only refunded for the price of the lamp. Annoyed beyond measure at this point. Corporate is getting a phone call tomorrow. This experience was ridiculous. read more

Holy transformation Batman! This store has always been dated and now it's become a mostly beautiful corporate butterfly. It actually has a women's clothing section and a proper feeding room in the dressing rooms. Style consultants actually assist you and help you order items not currently carried in store. The rest of the store is still the same old whack a*# target with its same old whack a$@ prices, but progress has been made folks, progress has been made. read more

I've found a few examples... I feel like we the consumer are being taken advantage of. Say that you find a good deal online, but you decide on a certain color.... and that COLOR for whatever reason, is not included in the deal. What is the reason? It's not just with mugs, but pants too. Shirts. Target, what is your justification for tricking us into paying more and thinking we "got a deal" or "got it on sale." Would love to know. 10/10 would no longer recommend you. read more

This used to be my main Target. It's the closest to the house and it used to be perfectly serviceable. In the last year, however, it's become a miserable shopping experience. At any time, any day, the checkout line extends down the front aisle because they almost never have more than two checkouts outside of self-checkout open. Within the last few months, they seem to be in a CONSTANT state of stocking the shelves, fully blocking every other aisle. The last time I went, it felt like every aisle I needed to go down was rendered impassible by pallets of product (that weren't even the product in that aisle, e.g., a pallet of diapers in a Christmas aisle). The holiday sections have been extremely sparse over Halloween and Christmas and the last time I went, the Christmas section was basically unshoppable. There were blockages at every turn and of course something blocking the thing I was specifically there to shop for (stocking holders). I just threw my hands up in frustration and left. I don't know what's going on there anymore, and maybe it's not specific to that location, but the one in Plainville, just up the road, doesn't seem to suffer from the same predicament. North Attleboro is definitely closer for me, but from now on, when I can, I will spend the extra time to go to Plainville. read more

Ordered dvd online. Went inside to shop for other items. Went to customer service to ask where it was located & I'd grab it & bring it up front. The lady in customer service said to my face it was in a box in the back & they just needed to find which box but had 25 of them & give them 4 hours. Fast forward 15 minutes later I get a cancellation email. Called & was on hold for 10 minutes then hung up on while on hold. Called back and was told, "oh our phones do that when you're on hold for a long time". Ok then don't put people on hold for 10 minutes. What makes being on hold for 10 minutes ok? Let's not forget to mention as I was standing there everyone at the customer service desk started freaking out because they just got a call about someone who works there testing positive for COVID & they were just there. They started spraying the cart handles with Lysol then continued to take people their mobile orders outside. read more

I arrived at 6:30pm, 30 minutes before closing and the pharmacy had not one person waiting or arriving at the counter the whole time I was there. When my prescription was finally ready they didn't even complete all four medications I needed, and told me I was going to have to come back tomorrow to pick up one of my medications I need. Ridiculous! The pharmacist and customer service was not good at all. Everyone Go and Get your prescriptions done and filled elsewhere! read more

This store has nothing! Most of the shelves are empty and they have a ton of closed boxes lying around filled with stuff that needs to be stocked! The beauty section is incredibly empty and even the back to school section was empty too I had to drive to another target to find stuff for school. They really need to up their staffing or something and get their merchandise out of the boxes. read more

The prices at Target are generally competitive and a good value - if they have the product. Over the last year or so, it has become an increasing issue with all Target stores in my area (this one especially) being poorly stocked; this may continue for a particular item for weeks. Other items I went specifically to Target to purchase, they no longer carry. Too often, merchandise will be put in the wrong area to fill holes of missing product. Employees often are chatting together in the aisles when they are supposed to be stocking product and many cashiers lack appropriate training in my humble opinion. read more

This is a nice store. Clean, spacious, and organized. The merchandise is good and it's a pleasant shopping experience overall. Contrast this with Walmart across the road and notice a significant lack of trailer trash. Which store are you more likely to step on a used diaper in? It's spacious but really big. They should offer skateboards or golf carts at the door. Not because I'm lazy, but because I'd like to shorten my visit. This GIANT store trend is getting out of control. The workers are scripted and that always bugs me. "Hi, I'm Target Team member Debra, did you, Target valued customer, find everything you were looking for today." repeat 1,000x My favorite Target stores are the ones that smell like movie theatre popcorn. I really like the motion sensor freezer lights that they have installed down the frozen foods aisle. Run up and down the aisles and tell me they aren't cool (I didn't mean for that to be a pun....or did I?) They also have a bunch of polka dotted dorm sheets other IKEA-like decor. Also, I'm pretty sure I bought a netbook at this location, after I had been drinking and really wanting a netbook right then. But, it's actually been a pretty good purchase thus far. Holy moly I am not one to crap on Target but this one gets 2 stars for just horrible attitudes while at work. First culprit was the Starbucks here decided "hey lets fill Ryan's cup all the way to the top." Yeah I got the ol' McDonald's law suit burn on my hand. So then I find someone working to ask where a trash can to throw some out was. She look at me slightly irritated and pointed to the nearest one (bad corporate direction there, you don't point and normally guide the shopper to where it is). No matter I still asked her where again, and oh boy she angrily showed me where it was. Yeah this is a Target I will avoid next time I think of going to Target. read more

I am a total fan of Target. I love that the store is nice, brightly lit, and I can find what I am looking for 99.9% of the time. I cannot stand Walmart. They have made the WalMart bigger so it is now Super WalMart. Oh yeah check out the parking lot and try and get a space there. Plus there is a huge amount of trailer park trash that shops there. I check out the circulars that I get once a week, go there for one item that I saw, and walk out of there with 2 huge bags and about $100 gone. I can count on Target to have great specials and nice people to help me. Try getting help at Walmart....most of them will say "ummmmm" "ahhhhhh" "hmmmmm" or they will walk away from you. read more

This Target store in North Attleboro is your run of the mill Target... nothing good, nothing bad. I wouldn't even be writing a review about it until I had a very poor experience there this past weekend when I attempted to return some canned dog food that I had purchased a week before. I bought a 6 pack of canned Iams dog food for my pooch, but completely forgot that it was the flavor she doesn't like, so instead of sucking up the money I just wanted to exchange it for a different flavor. I went to the customer service section and was promptly "waved" over to the register. I explained I simply wanted to exchange the dog food, but that I did not have my receipt. The woman asked how I paid for it, and I told her with my debit card. She then proceeds to say "well hand it over," meaning my debit card. She scanned it and says "nope, this isn't ours, sorry can't help you. Next!" I was completely dismissed and wasn't even given the opportunity to rectify the situation. I wanted to storm out of the store, however; because Target has me by the balls, I did some shopping and spent $100. read more

I went to this store today. The store front looks nice now that they're remodeling it. It is your typical target although at times it seems like they don't have as much as perhaps the Plainville target. They recently added self checkout registers. I wish the North Attleborough Target stayed the same since it opened in 1999. Unfortunately, this Target has decreased so much over the years. It's not nearly as clean as it used to be, and each department isn't as amazing as it used to be. I used to visit the Portrait Studio often, and used to shop throughout the store often. Yesterday, Black Friday, I visited the store again, after 3 or 4 years of going to other places. It was disappointing. First off, since it was Black Friday, and the lines were out of control, they should've had more cash registers open (there are only 9 full cash registers, and 3 for returns & checkout, and they had Reg. 10 & 12 closed!!!). This is changed. There used to be a full Guest Service desk in a small corner of the store. Now that corner is a Starbucks restaurant, which never should have happened, since the checkout area is a disaster now. My normal Target has 16 registers, including 3 EXPRESS lanes, as well as a full guest service desk. This location needs to rethink the priorities. Starbucks or Customer Service? Really not happy. Anyway, also SUPER disappointed with the shopping carts at this location as well. They are old, on most, one or more wheels are somewhat broken, unlike most other Target stores, that have the newer, cooler shopping carts. For the actual store, it wasn't disgusting, just a bit dirtier than other Targets and MUCH busier. They had a pretty good grocery section, an amazing Christmas section, a BUSY Electronics section (It was tough getting through the main aisle!), and overall a good men's clothing section. I skipped looking through the rest of the store, and decided to go to another location on a different day (Black Friday is TOUGH for these department stores!), and do a FULL shopping trip. Overall, it's ok. There is room for lots of improvement to live up to my standards and the standards of the other Target stores in the area. 3 stars. read more

We went in yesterday to buy an XBox One for our daughter who turned 10 today. We waited 10 minutes in electronics and when I asked an employee walking by if she could find someone for us, she just kept walking, so my husband went and found a guy working and asked if he could get someone for electronics. The guys response was rude and condescending. He stated they were in the back and would be back in 10 minutes. I then went over to him and asked him to call a manager at this point and he talked back to me in a very disrespectful manner. This generation is very unprofessional in how they handle a customer who is obviously irritated . The manager working there isn't very good at her job. She never once even apologized for us having to wait or said anything. I have been in management and own my own company, yet would never treat a customer this way. Will never go back!!! read more

This is your typical Target store and it's always clean, but a bit out of the way to get on/off the main drag. I do quite a bit of shopping here, instead of Walmart, just because it's cleaner, the ambiance is nicer and less headache at the registers. read more

The supervisor and some of the cashiers are not coupon friendly. I am a couponer not an extreme I know my policies. They usually give me a hard time every time I go and do my couponing. I must say I hate this TARGET! The front end supervisor is not customer friendly I don't understand why?! But every time she sees me is like her worst nightmare.
