It has a drop down table, cup holders along with a charging station. This is what drew us to purchase. Upon delivery, the charging station does not work. We call Raymour and Flanagan, speak to a wonderful woman named Marlene, who refers us to the service department. Over a couple of weeks, I talk with several people, leave several messages with service dept. No callbacks. Frustrated, I call again, finally speak with service dept. manager, Miranda, and ask why no call back? She claims she never got messages from customer service. She then informs me that this item is out of stock, and I now have to wait until the end of April. She ensures me a call back with date and time of a new delivery. She never calls or emails. Today is May 8th, I call, and speak to Marlene, customer service rep, she is so kind, and who apologizes. She helps me right away, my delivery will be here next week. To spend 5k on furniture for this kind of service. Bad service dept. Kudos to Marlene, you are patient and kind. To spend almost 5K for this kind of service? I will now shop elsewhere.

We'd already scouted out one of the stores a few weeks earlier, and had a baseline idea of what we liked and what we might expect to spend. On our big furniture shopping day R&F was our first official stop, and sad to say we didn't stay long. The sales people were friendly enough, and thankfully not too vulturistic. The furniture wasn't bad, but as we walked through there was nothing that really grabbed us as being our style - especially since we already had a good baseline of what we liked. When you're buying real grown-up furniture as opposed to the put-it-together-yourself kind, you're making a pretty big investment. It's definitely worth it to check out all of the options at all of the major players. If nothing else, we were more confident in our decision for having checked out R&F. There was no concern that we might have found something we like more or a better deal on what we were buying if we'd only made one more stop.

Previously we went to Raymour and the saleswoman followed us the entire time and commented on everything we looked at. The first purchase in March was a new kitchen set. We tried probably 15 of them! Once we found the one we wanted, we got our salesman and wrote up the sale. The selection was amazing. Everything from casual, family style to very fancy. We paid to have our own set picked up and we paid for delivery of our new set. Both fees were very reasonable. Our salesman went over all the current discounts and actually offered us something less than I got in the mail. We had to order the set since it wasn't in stock, but they called as soon as it arrived and we confirmed a delivery date. Cardi's texted us the night before delivery to give us the window of time. Three delivery men arrived early the next morning and the entire process was quick and smooth and they were all very personable. Recently we went back and ordered a new recliner. Everything worked exactly the same. I highly recommend Cardi's in South Attleboro, I can't say enough good things about them.

They were professional and have been in business for years and they furnishings they sell are top notch. The set we bought was all handmade in America. They had what we we looking for in stock and didn't have to order and was delivered free a few days later. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and if I ever need anything furniture related I will head back here and buy from them again. They happily came out and replaced my cushions and the tech was awesome. They don't replace solely for pilling and recommended using a sweater shaver. After doing some research and speaking with a few companies, we decided to choose Masterson. Ron and Scott were so easy to work with and took what was an overwhelming process and made it so easy. Scott pulled many sample books and spent time talking to us to best understand what colors and designs we were interested in. He answered all of our questions and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We dropped off the cushions in early May and from the very beginning, told us not to focus on price choose what we liked, and he would be happy to work with us on price. As you can imagine, looking at so many colors and designs can be quite overwhelming and Scott was extremely professional and helped by offering suggestions based on the information we gave him. After sometime, walking around the showroom and looking at many books, my husband and I chose d the fabric that we liked the best. Scott worked his magic and made some phone calls however, found out that the print we had chosen had been discontinued. Back to the drawing board, we went with Scott by our side, helping us along the way. After a couple of hours, we couldn't keep colors and patterns straight anymore so Scott offered to let us bring home some samples and decide what we liked in our home against our furnishings. Within a few hours of getting home we chose the fabric that was perfect for us! We called Scott the next morning and asked him to please place the order. When we arrived at the showroom to return the sample we had borrowed, we told Scott there was an event at our house in three weeks and asked him if it was possible to have the cushions finished by then. Scott was very upfront and told us he would do his best but could not make any promises as he had some clients before us. A couple of days before the date of our event, we spoke with Scott and he told us he would have the cushions ready for us by the end of the week. We were over the moon with joy! , Not only had Scott given us a very reasonable price for the reupholstering of the cushions, he was able to return them finished to us by the time that we had hoped. We cannot say enough great things about Masterson or Scott and his brother Ron. Masterson takes the time to understand what you are looking for and go above and beyond to help you sift through the tremendous amount of options available at their showroom. They are professional, fairly priced, and in our opinion, take the time to really understand what their client is looking for.
