    Terrible customer service. Was just at the one at corner star-go there instead. Manager is incredibly rude.

    God awful service I cannot believe how many dead areas in denver metro area. Most of the dead areas are heavy ethnic areas.

However while shopping a security guard did not hide they were looking over my shoulder and watching me shop almost immediately from when I walked into this store. I didn't realize until I turned around and he was there staring at me. I made my purchase left and felt upset; I was profiled and I feel it was because I am black. There are other people shopping at this store and he didn't follow them. I walked back in asked the greeter to request a manager who's name is Alejandro; I shared my experience with him and I could tell he was uncomfortable by his body language, but he did acknowledge this situation. I provided him this feedback to share how I felt, and how it was wrong. To have a security follow me before an employee asks me for help is extremely disappointing. This store has plenty of options, it's a bit older of a store, but has a great selection of electronics you can pickup in store and has a mobile bay for car tech installations. Today I was purchasing a car charger while I'm on vacation and found an insignia brand charger & adapter that was at a great price. Would I come here again, definitely not, but that should not stop you. I hope they take my in person feedback well, and apply a great shopping experience for all customers of all ethnicities. Their sales, tech program, and warranty are all things that I'd recommend.

    This review is for Geek Squad at Best Buy. We arranged for Geek Squad to come to the home on a…read moreSaturday & hook up our new printer. We received notification the Friday before for a time window of arrival. This service was $99 & was well worth it! The technician, Marco arrived right on time. He put on booties over his shoes which I appreciated. He was friendly, personable & professional. Marco set up to WIFI all of our devices (cell phones, IPads & Laptop) & made sure they all printed. He explained everything he was doing as he went along - even provided helpful pointers...very knowledgeable. Done in 30 minutes & if we have any problems within the next 60 days he would come back & fix it. We were very impressed with Geek Squad, especially Marco & will definitely use them again!

    I wanted to buy a screen protector from Best Buy. That screen protector was $53 dollars or so, mind…read moreyou, I'm a student, that's already expensive enough. I pay the price anyway because I wanted the screen protector for my classes, it was a paper-like screen protector, and I needed it now. I thought it would have been cheaper, but no...anyway, I pay for it, asking for someone who can apply it for me. I ask if I have to pay for the application, and the guy ringing me up says I do. I say never mind and walk out of the store with my screen protector. I later changed my mind and want to have a "professional" apply it for me, I didn't mind paying the $14 dollars, but making me pay $53, okay bro... I asked for someone to apply it for me, and this long-haired guy with a septum piercing said he would try to install it on my iPad. I asked if he would clean my iPad. I already cleaned it, but I wanted it shiny, he says okay I can do that for you. spoiler alert, my iPad comes out dirty...very dirty. What do you mean by try? They made me miss two of my buses...I know that wasn't their fault, but the service there was horrible. I waited an HOUR or two for an installation on my generation 10 iPad. How hard can it be?!? Like genulely. The long-haired guy says he'll try to find someone who can install it for me...so you're telling me that no one in this Best Buy store knows how to install an iPad screen protector, okayyy I got you also making me pay $53 dollars...okayyy. The store later on shuts down due to unknown causes to the customers. Mind you, my iPad was still in the back with the long-haired guy. Since everyone had to evacuate the store, I almost missed my third bus. He gives it back to me. My iPad came back to me very dirty, with an insane amount of bubbles in it, and fingerprints on the screen protector. The long-haired guy said he would refund me by $14 dollars, but who wants $14 dollars refunded when I want my $53? They made me pay $67 dollars in total (I know hehe haha, but focus). They refunded me my $14 dollars, but I want my $53 dollars back. This experience was a waste of my time, it was a waste of my money, and the service there was horrible. No one did anything to solve the issue. They played in my face. Moral of the story, they will play in your face as they did mine, they will also make you pay a crazy amount for little things, such as a screen protector, even if you are a student and everyone in there has horrible customer service, having people wait for hours for such simple questions. I just want my money back.
