    God awful service I cannot believe how many dead areas in denver metro area. Most of the dead areas are heavy ethnic areas.

Went back today to drop my off my trade in and had the unpleasant experience of dealing with "Lucas". He incorrectly thinks he has the ability to read a label and determine your phone is not a trade in but a warranty item. Way too much attitude from this employee to be working retail. He was, of course, wrong, then got testy when I showed him the T-life app which said I could bring the phone into the store. He just wanted to put the label on the package and nothing else. Had to argue with him to get a receipt for my trade in. Tmobile needs to do a better job training their employees to get the facts from the customer's account first before making false statements and then giving attitude because they are wrong. Also, they might want to hire some more employees who can open the store on time, 10AM isn't that early. Don't waste your time at this location, wait a few days and get your phone through the mail. The store can't do anything but give you a phone they have in stock, which you can get in a couple of days through the mail with the added bonus of avoiding the hassle of dealing with incompetent employees. No resolution through T-mobile either, they just don't seem to care.

I have never been treated with such rudeness, incompetence and out right lies. I hope I can get video from the store to put online for everyone to see. I bought two iPhone 17s and it was a terrible experience. However just down the street at the Cornerstar Way store manager was excellent, knowledgeable, informative and respectful. Too bad I didn't buy my phones from him. Still don't have the phones I purchased weeks ago. They were closing in 45 minutes and just wanted me out. He ordered the wrong phones said I can pick it up at the store. When I went to get them. He lied and said it I never was in his store, then said he did order it but sent the order to an address on the account without telling me or my permission. Now I have one wrong phone and one we can't find that is wrong and I paid for them both. He rudely sent me away and now I am waiting for Monday when I can speak to an AT&T representative. We got confused on the store hours and when we came back to pick up the phone they were a few min before closing and unfortunately we had to keep Brandon there 40min past closing but he stayed to help us and and had a smile on his face the whole time. I love that this place is a low waste business. I am also just trying to limit plastic and buy less things with plastic. This place is great to buy products like that such as loofahs, wool dryer balls, and glass straws, etc. One thing that I was really excited about while visiting is that they have tons of options for fragrances for their products. They add scents with essential oils. I was not sure if everything would be unscented, that was not the case at all. They do have unscented options if you are into that. I am currently trying out their shampoo, soap, and laundry pods. They have been great products. I think the laundry pods do a great job and the shampoo and soap leave me feeling clean and refreshed after using. The lady who was working here was super nice. They also had a cat at the store which kept my kids occupied while I shopped! Definitely come check them out!
