My family and I had the pleasure of working with Billy at the Verizon store in the Anderson factory Outlet mall. He was very helpful in the process of making sure everything went smooth with my family's plan. His knowledge of products, plans, and add ons was phenomenal. Any questions we had were answered with a lightning response and 100% accuracy. The selection of products in the store was fair for any Verizon facility. However, the value of having a sales person who is as sharp as this young gentleman was, is indispensable. Thank you Billy! Your customer service was far beyond exceptional. I will never step foot in this store EVER AGAIN!! March 13th over 6 hours April 2 the second visit was over 4 hours because they screwed up. Although everyone was extremely nice our promotions were never EVER given and orders screwed up. After receiving a bill over $500 we finally today were able to contact Verizon customer service center to ask why? We found out the promotion we were offered was never applied!!!! Today.... after another 2 hours on the phone with customer service we finally were told this and have been told we will receive a full credit!!! Unfortunately most people would not have the time or effort to call customer service. Huge shout out to the professional on the phone with us who not only was patient but willingly fixed this stores massive mistakes. The dirt bag at this store erased my whole verizon cloud with every video and pic of my kids from birth till present. I ben with verizon for allmost 20 years i wont give them another penny. They are 100% good for nothing. I wouldnt recomend them to anyone read more

This Verizon team went the extra mile for me and really made the difference! After being frustrated having come from the Redding store on Hilltop where I was told they could not add a specific feature to my phone that I needed when trying to switch from AT&T, I decided to seek a second opinion. That's when I met Hector and the team in Anderson. Without their help I would have taken the Redding store's information and I would have been stuck with AT&T because of the necessary feature that I needed. Hector made a couple of calls and said "yes it can be done and we are going to help you" and within a few minutes I was a new Verizon customer with all the features I needed on my phone. Thank you Hector and the rest of the Anderson team for your excellent customer service and really taking the time to meet your customers' needs, you are a great asset to Verizon! read more

We actually came in to have a screen protector installed. We ended up buying 2 new phones as well. Everyone was so helpful and Dennis was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. We will go there next time when we need anything cell phone related. read more

The Verizon Team at the Anderson store is a terrific group of people. Ryan signed me up with a contract and he was very helpful and treated me with respect. While there, I heard another consultant named Heather interacting with customers. She, too, was very respectful and sounded like she had one goal in mind like Ryan had, and that was to satisfy. On a second visit I met with Todd the store manager. He was really great. Like Ryan, he treated me with respect and went out of his way to make sure he was doing everything he could to help me. I had to make a third visit and met Dennis. Dennis, like the rest, wanted to make sure I had a pleasant in store visit. All of them are very knowledgeable and professional. I've read a lot of negative reviews from other stores. People need to realize that the sales representatives get very busy at certain times so there can be long wait periods. I'm sure there's a lot of customers that understand this process in order to get the complete attention of the Verizon Consultants. You can get lucky. On all three of my visits, I was surprised that I got assistance right away. So they do have those slow periods. However, there were always people who came in behind me that had to wait. They all seemed to understand and were patient. I liked everyone at the Anderson store and I will continue to go there even though I live in Redding. read more

Went to store to add a line to my plan for my son, but constantly felt pressured to add things I didn't want or ask for. A seemingly simple request turned into an almost 4 hour ordeal which did nothing but increase my bill by a lot. Do yourself a favor and go to the corporate store in Redding. read more

The best customer service!!! I Called 20 minutes before closing to see if they had a certain phone available, Heather told me she'd stay open until I was able to get there which was 5 minutes past there closing time. She made my experience wonderful and I recommend going to this retailer over any Verizon! Ask for Heather! Her customer service was outstanding! read more

So, I walked into Verizon because I was looking to start a new phone plan that day. I saw the same tall, scrawny guy that tried to convince me to buy stuff at complete nutrition. first off, when he worked there he didn't know anything about the products and tried lying about their affects and then he tried to sell me on something I didn't need by saying he'll give me a discounted price because he's an assistant manager. now I know the district manager I asked him about that later and he said that the kid In fact was not a manager and that he was lucky that he got full time. So long story short, I walked in saw him and immediately walked out and went to AT&T instead because there was no way I was buying from him. read more

Sy the Verizon Guy helped me the other day while I was trying to set up a replacement phone. He and the young lady in there were extremely personable and professional . They are very efficient and were able to clear up every question I had. While I was there, a couple of other people came in and had some basic questions answered. I was super impressed because the young lady helped solve their painfully obvious problem, but was so polite and patient and VERY understanding. Some "tech" types can be slightly condescending at times. NOT this Store. will visit again. read more

We went in to get a replacement for my wife's broken phone, the guy gave us one and said it was under warranty and free, he said it was a smart phone and we could use without data, but 5 gigs was only $25 a mo. when we got the bill from Verizon they said Victra is a private contractor and the phone cost us $170, + $40 for 5 gigs of data not $25, and the phone won't work without data. we told the kid at Victra that we were on a fixed income and our $55 a mo. plan was all we could afford, he assured us it would stay the same. our bill is now over $90. I now do all my business at the real Verizon store on Hilltop dr. in Redding where the same phone is $50 cheaper. if money is no problem for you, then by all means give it to Victra, they will be glad to take it!!! read more

By far one of the worst businesses I've ever had to deal with. Workers are unprofessional and pick at their teeth and text the whole time they're working with you. They don't explain all of the contract details with you and you end up getting hidden fees they didn't tell you about. No one working there seems to even know how to do their job without calling the Verizon help line 6 times it's a pathetic excuse of a business and should be shut down to spare people from having to have a terrible and frustrating experience there. read more
