Was told that its because of the amount of devices we had connected. Most were connected through ethernet, and all but two devices were idle-not even being used. We were never given an account number. Sales Rep was terrible at following up calls and communication. They left the install half done, we are still waiting for them to pickup the equipment and remove the wires from our yard. Was told a manager would call us within 24 hours-that never even happened. Took over two hours to cancel service. They have you repeat all the issues to each person they transfer you to-this just engrains the dissatisfaction I experienced with every interaction and I will NEVER give them another chance. The modem failed the first night. NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS!!!!!! I'd avoid at ALL costs-you WILL REGRET giving them a chance. I didn't think a company could be that UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!

The last tech, a year ago, either didn't go near that connection or spent little time there. Alton sent in an order for service at that "box". He said that I might lose connection until an Optimum truck fixes whatever needs repair at that location for my internet. Alton thoroughly explained everything. He also assisted me accessing my Firestick which hadn't worked since the prior tech guy replaced my modem Spring of 2025. Alton was professional, informative, respectful. I also want to repeat how much more helpful Vic was in the downtown office than my last two visits which involved the same gentleman who seldom looked at me and seemed bored with his job.

Located in Chino Valley, PS&E has been providing satellite services since 1984. And yes, we actually still will work on the old "Big Dish" although it's use is severely limited. If you want to "cut the cable" and get away from DISH Network or Directv, we can install a local antenna for you too.

We signed up with Dish to provide satellite tv service for my house and also for a 5th wheel…read moretrailer on the property that was owned by, and being lived in by a couple. The installation tech called the day before to confirm installation the next day, and he was told that the 5th wheel was pre-wired for cable, and all he had to do was screw the cable wire onto the Jack on the back side of the trailer. He was also told NOT to drill any holes into the side of the trailer. Next day, he came out, got out his drill and started drilling a hole high up on the front side of the unit. Unfortunately, he drilled through 3 Romex wires, all hot, and crossed 2 separate circuits, sending 240 volts through the whole electrical system. As a result, this burned out the wall heater, the power inverter that converts 120 volts to 12 volts to run the motors for the pop-outs, and burned out most of the fuses. A local RV repair place has said that they would need to pull off the siding in order to inspect the wiring for melted insulation, and they estimated the cost of the repairs at $12,000, which exceeds the value of the 5th wheel. The 5th wheel cannot be lived in its present condition, so the owner and his wife had to move out and find other housing at a much greater cost. It has been 18 months now, and the only response I've had from Dish was that they turned me over to a collection agency for the last $45 that I owe them for buying out the contract. So first, they destroyed my trailer and now they want to destroy my credit! It's amazing that these people can put a satellite into orbit and broadcast tv to a zillion people, but they're not smart enough to know even the most basic principles of customer service! This is inexcuseable! If they dont get off their butts soon, they're going to get sued. Dish is a pathetic company. Dont use their service. Find another company that understands customer service.

Becca came out with an "opened-unsealed box...iphone 14 was all that they had, in black. The box the i14 came in was not sealed and was not even the same model!!!! The box is for Iphone 16e!!!!! I decided I did not want to pay for something I did not want. I would be more satisfied with a newer version and in a color that I want. I went in the next day and asked if I could exchange for a i17, and Rebecca said of course, we can order that for you and She reactivated my old iphone 8, I left the store with the i14 and a dummy phone #. I left the phone in the box in the shopping bag that she gave me on the floor board of my car all week. I came back to pick up the i17 in lavender. Rebecca takes out the i14 to inspect it and finds a little pinhole, not even a scratch and would not exchange it for the i17!!!!! I walked out, and called Verizon customer service.....Now I am being charged for to phones at full price!
