This is a coffee shop located inside the museum. There's nothing spectacular about it. You can also grab lunch here. We only grab two iced coffees. They were good. You just can't drink inside the museum so make sure you drink them outside before going in. You can sit outside they have swings and seating area and a nice view.
We had a great dining experience at Verde, even while their outdoor dining space was closed for an event. They were only serving handheld options in togo boxes, but we were still able to sit inside. Our food was absolutely delicious. The fish tacos were SO GOOD. They were the perfect combination of sweet and sour from the pineapple and pickled onions and savory from the fish and sauce on top. The chicken club was tender and juicy and paired well with the tomato, bacon, and greens it came with. It wasn't as mind-blowing in flavors as the fish tacos, but we had a member of our party who only eats chicken, so we were very glad to find a place serving it. Service was café-style (order at the counter and self-serve for seating) and friendly.
Beautiful place for outdoor eating. Food is a bit pricey but the quality is memorable. We shared the butternut squash soup which was delicious, full of flavor and comforting. Also shared the roasted chicken which was tender and went very well with the complements, may look small but is quite filling. The staff was super nice and recommended the plates in the manu. Quite nice for a date looking out to the waterfront. Parking is within the Museum building so don't have to worry too much for it
Great museum cafe with a knockout view, superb service and good food. No need for museum admission if you just want a bayside meal. 5 star ambience: the location doesn't get much better than the sweeping bayside views, indoor or outdoor. It'll remind you why you live in paradise ( or why you're visiting) 5 star service: staffers here from front desk through server to the bartender are always friendly. There's not a hint of Miami'tude here. 5 star food: kale salad is my go to item on their menu. There are a lot of healthy items (with a name Like Verde)
We had lunch at this cafe while visiting the PAMM on a Saturday. It's a cute spot located next to the museum with beautiful water views and a very nice ambience. There was a bit of a wait to be seated outside but we are so glad we were able to. The service was great! The food was good overall but a bit pricy for the portion size. I ordered the salmon which is listed under larger plates but I found it to be a small portion. Overall it was a nice experience.
Everything from the ambience to the service to the food was great! We went for my sister's birthday for brunch and we were delighted with the experience. Our server Erik was extremely sweet and attentive. I love the creativity with the plating of the food and it's just such a fun vibe to be there with a group of people it's reasonably priced and everything on the menu blew us away. I'm definitely gonna be coming back. see pictures for everything that we had.
This place was so freaking good! We stopped by after touring the museum and sat outside where we could see the ocean in the distance. We expected this to be meh but we were so thrilled in the end. Everything we ordered was so tasty. From the beer & spicy margarita to the yellow shashuka to the coladita tiramisu pancakes which was not sweet as it sounds which were perfect! . Def raved about this place to our friends.

Otherwise the food we had was okay, not memorable. The Verde eggplant, a brunch item, was loaded with za'atar spided yogurt, lemon, mint, dill, and puffed chickpeas in a green sauce; the first ten bites were delicious then felt a bit monotonous. The cheeseburger and short rib baos were average. Service was quick with barely any customers on a Sunday morning, surprisingly.
Simply divine. The new chef Valerie has created innovative, beautiful, and delicious additions to an already super solid menu. I had the eggs benedict today and they were delicious. The perfect combination of savory and sweet. Verde is great for lunch, dinner, and big gatherings. The services is always A1. My family had a great time!
5 Stars for a great menu, an unbeatable view and location, and friendly staff! Ok so let me start by acknowledging the prices. When you have an ambiance like this, you expect to pay a premium. With that being said, the food lives up to the prices. They could've phoned it in with the menu, but I was really impressed by the options and my kale and Brussels salad was really really good. And the grilled shrimp I added were so incredibly fresh and succulent. In terms of drinks, I saw several cocktails served at tables near us and they looked SO GOOD! I didn't partake this time, but again, they make an effort on the inventive ingredients and presentation. I'd definitely be back here to sit among my favorite views in Miami and enjoy the beautiful hanging garden at the PAM.
Verde is the restaurant in the Perez Art Museum in downtown Miami. Welcome the new chef and her tasty and beautiful food. I was there with a group and our meal was preordered. Truthfully, the food, the serving, the atmosphere were amazing. Just a sampling of what we enjoyed were the artist's palette, a sampling of colorful dips served with really good bread; Street Corn Arancini, they kindly brought me a serving without the bacon; the brick chicken was delicious; one in our party thought the short rib ragu served on pappardelle was the best ever. My favorite was the Mojito Cubano Tiradito, a ceviche with jello shots.The desserts are a sight to be seen - I'm partial the pavlovas, this one is delicious, though a touch too sweet. Get lunch here when you visit the museum or just make Verde your destination and enjoy the views of yachts and cruise ships at the port.

There's a little sitting area on the outside so you can relax before you continue with your day in Miami . Fast service and ready to serve on the go!

I really love this café at the museum. The location alone makes it special -- you get this gorgeous view right by the water, and it creates such a peaceful moment in the middle of the day. You can sit inside or outside, and either way, it's the kind of setting that makes you want to slow down and enjoy your meal. I was genuinely impressed with the food. What I ordered was incredibly fresh, balanced, and absolutely delicious. I couldn't stop eating it. The portion was generous, the flavors were thoughtful, and you can tell they use good‑quality ingredients. The menu has some unique options too, which I really appreciated -- it's not your typical café lineup. And the dessert... wow. It was different, beautifully made, and honestly one of the highlights of the meal. Service can be a bit slow, especially on weekends when it gets busy, but the staff is friendly and the food is worth the wait. Exceeded expectations for a museum restaurant space. Looking at the food selection, which is mostly lunch options, I see there is intentionality behind the menu. Some of the plates are inspired by the exhibits in the Perez Art museum, while others are personal to the executive chef and her Venezuelan culture. Service was attentive, friendly and again exceeded expectations considering even so called fine dining restaurants have been straying away from true hospitality. I'm usually a solo diner, and on a weekday I had no problem getting seating inside. Outside has limited tables, and the hostess told me reservations usually ask for outside so it was recommended to book a reservation if you are looking for specific seating. Now for food, starting with the small plates I had the Artist Palette, a beautiful and creative take on a starter dish of dips and bread. I also am a fan of cachapas so was curious about the Cachapa Brûlée. Definitely a smaller plate, if you are hungry I recommend this one only as a starter. I loved the whipped feta, it gave a nice saltiness in contrast to the sugar Brulé topping on the Cachapa. 5/5 For the entree I went with the more American traditional choice, the Verde Burger. I'm vegetarian and they had a beyond patty replacement. No complaints about the burger, delicious and filling. I was told on Thursdays from 5 to 8 there is a happy hour offered with some select plates for $9 and select cocktails for $10. Definitely going to try out the happy hour another night! read more

It had been years since the last time I'd been here but we're over at the Frost museum and decided to stop and have lunch. It was a hot day so lunch was indoors but when it's cooler, will be back to sit outside and enjoy that gorgeous view. Our server was great and very attentive. To start we went with the bao buns and I honestly wish we'd gotten an extra order, they were that good. My husband got the burger and fries and he said it was okay but I had the brick chicken and it was fantastic, loved the little kick from the chumichurri. It was early enough that they still had brunch on the menu and we went with an order of the cinnamon roll pancakes, which I'll be thinking of until we can come again. Highly recommend! read more

Wow, I absolutely loved Verde. We booked a resi here before spending the day at the Frost museum and it was delightful. The ambiance when you sit outside is amazing as you are looking at the Miami skyline of Downtown and it's also waterfront. We opted to start with bloody Mary's which were great. We also ordered a ceviche as an appetizer. They offer a kids menu, so we got chicken tenders for my niece. The plate is huge and she ate it all, so definitely kid approved. The menu has pizzas and entrees but I opted for the Pérez chopped salad and added salmon. It was delicious and the perfect fuel for taking two little kids to the museum. The salad comes with baby gem lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, roasted corn, dates, chickpeas, mint, crispy quinoa, feta cheese, and pickled shallot. Healthy and filling! I really enjoyed my visit here and if you're going to make it at day at the museum, this is most definitely a must! read more

This was my first visit to Verde on 1/29/26! My friend, Carol, and I had fabulous service, the most wonderful food, and an experience we will never forget! I told our waitress that they need to open a Verde in Jacksonville and she told the manager. The manager, Daniel Florit, came over and shared some of his time. I've never been treated with such kindness by any manager/restaurant. He then comped one of our deserts (pictured here) the Lavendar Pavlova, an absolutely heavenly desert! I highly recommend Verde to anyone in or travelling to Miami. I will certainly go back when I am there next in April! read more
The restaurant Verde is a nice idea. Indoor and outdoor seating with good food right in the art museum is fantastic. The wait staff were also pleasant and quick. The food exceeded my expectations in terms of plating (I had the risotto which looked like an art piece). But I couldn't help but think that $33 for a plate of what is essentially rice cheese and a few vegetables is insane even at an art museum. The rice was also a bit undercooked and I didn't leave as satiated as I would have liked. All that being said it is a nice restaurant in a museum experience which isn't something you get to experience every day. So if you're willing to splurge a bit it is worth the time to check it out. read more

We visited The science museum but decided to walk over to Verde for lunch. Although it was a cold day, we sat outside and enjoyed the view. We had not been here in sometime. They had brunch since it was the Monday after Christmas and also a special Argentine menu. The Locro Argentino was delicious. We also had the fugazza which was good but would've been better with more onion. The Dulce de leche ice cream and doughnuts were very good. The service was terrific, an overall great lunch. read more

Verde is a nice place to stop in for a meal or drink while visiting the Perez Art Museum of Miami (PAMM). As members, we can come and see all of the exhibits, stop by for second Saturday, and pause here for a reprieve. The waterfront views are nice, and having the ability to get some fresh air while grabbing a meal isn't half bad either! I love the Perez chopped salad with salmon - at around $30 the price is a bit higher compared to most other dining options. It would be great to have more plant-based options as well as the same for kids. Gratuity is also added in, which isn't unlike most of Miami restaurants and you get 10% off as a museum member. read more

Came by for lunch before a museum visit and the whole experience was excellent! Our party of three shared the mezze platter which was very flavor-filled and lovely. I then opted for the chopped salad which was perfectly balanced. The rest of the table ordered sandwiches and the eggplant flatbread, all of which were swiftly consumed with delight. The service was above and beyond attentive - and we indulged with a refreshing bottle of vinho verde. Can't wait to come back to try their happy hour - lunch is for sure a hit and a must try if you're coming by the museum around any kind of meal hour. read more
Better than expected. Have come before to just to get coffee and enjoy the view. This time decided to have lunch. Better than expected and our waitress was so so nice and great with her recommendations. So please with the food. Didn't know how much I was going to enjoy the meal. Ordered the spinach risotto with a side of chicken. Pleasantly surprised. Totally recommend trying. Nice treat! If it's not raining definitely sit outside. We had the 'Nduja pizza which was delicious! The service from Eric was wonderful. We were in and out in less than an hour, which is what we wanted. The outdoor seating is shaded and a nice breeze flows through from the water. Eric even brought us complimentary cordadito. read more
Good Sunday atmosphere with lovely view, service was very good -careful of the needs and with a bit of humor which is needed. I had a branzino that was tasty and a friend a tasty burger. As appetizer we had some tasty mezze Highly recommend especially if you are visiting any of the museums, the park or just want some cozy place to have lunch read more
Wonderful experience yesterday at Verde. We dined there before exploring PAMM. The food was phenomenal! I only wish we would have been there on a Saturday/Sunday for the brunch!! Our server was so nice! Very attentive! We enjoyed everything we ate! We ordered drinks and food from their specialty paired artist menu! Empanadas, ceviche, and the pizza were delicious and so filling. My spicy Margarita was wrong and flavorful! Perfect pairing with the ceviche. My bestie opted for a espresso martini and the specialty pizza. It was so good! Crispy and the flavors of the pizza really popped! BIL had the beef empanadas and their cucumber drink. Looked scrumptious and he devoured all of them! I absolutely can not wait to return for the next meal & Museum adventure! read more

First, people need to realize that this restaurant is located with the Perez Art museum. The restaurant's food was delicious. My friends had the oxtail special of the day. I chose the chicken club sandwich with truffle fries. Delicious We went there for the museum. It was a windy and rainy day. But we were able to eat outside because it's covered. Service was great. Our server checked on us, knew the menu, made helpful suggestions. Ambiance was fantastic. Saw the water from our seats. Definitely worth going to eat IF you're going to the science or art museum. However, I wouldn't pay $18 for parking just to eat there. But I wouldn't pay $18 for parking just to eat anywhere. It's wheelchair accessible too. Even the bathroom is accessible. Kid friendly too. read more
We were in Miami for a matinee show at the Arsht Center and we were being treated for the day...and the organization picked Verde (attached to the Perez museum) for our brunch before the show. We don't live in Miami so we don't head down to that area much, so it was a pleasant surprise. There is a lot to take in. The views from the restaurant and outside are wonderful and make for many nice photo ops. Parking: we parked in the PAMM parking garage attached to the Perez Museum & Frost Museum. It is $15 for the day - so definitely a bargain - considering parking for the Arsht is $30. Service: service was friendly and our server, Jane, was very knowledgeable about the menu and going on at the museum. Food & Drink: my husband started with a Bloody Mary. He was happy it was spicy. Our server mentioned the mix was vegan and very good. They had both virgin & with alcohol. I opted for an oat milk cafe con leche. Our daughter had sparkling water. My husband started with the beef empanadas. He said they were amazing. He mentioned the chimichuri sauce was okay but the empanadas were delicious and served at the perfect temp. He did wish that there had been other filling flavors available, but I think he secretly was happy he didn't have to share. For his meal he had the chicken club. He appreciated that the chicken was the same size as the bread but found the chicken over cooked and only had a small slice of avocado per side. The side salad was nothing to write home about. My daughter and I both had the smoked salmon Benedict with the hollandaise sauce on the side. They were served on potato latkes (really more like potato kugel than a latke - but very good). The poached eggs were perfectly cooked. We opted for fries instead of salad. The fries were perfectly seasoned. Dessert: my daughter chose the chocolate cake from Fireman Derek. It was so good! Not over overly sweet and nice and chocolaty. The restaurant was very clean and we opted to eat inside since we had spent an hour outside taking photos. The museum store is attached and there is a small coffee/snack area for Togo items. All in all it was a great experience. We didn't have to let them know we were being treated by an amazing organization. They didn't make it awkward. We look forward to checking it out again next time we are in the area. read more
Well this was a bit of a letdown. The views were stunning, but the service was nonexistent. We were sitting for over twenty minutes, and nobody came to take our order. After our meal, we waited another twenty for our plates to be cleared and get our bill. It was strange. I almost felt like it had to have been a prank; all of the servers would look at us and ignore us. Our "server" came to the table once. He then charged gratuity to the bill, but like... for what? read more
