My waitress as well as the kitchen manager made efforts to contact management to rectify this situation since the bathroom was in this dangerous condition however, the kitchen manager said that the owner and General Manager did not answer his phone calls. For the side of town, where this restaurant is located was extremely shocked to find the only toilet in the men's restroom to be malfunctioning in this dangerous fashion. Food was great, but due to my personal injury, I must say that the whole experience was ruined by the condition of the men's restroom, which is still in that condition at time of this writing. I contacted the restaurant again to explain the situation and for them to cancel the new order, and Roni advised me that, due to all the inconvenience and confusion, they would remake all three pizzas as a customer service gesture and for me to pick it up. However, upon arriving at the restaurant, I was then informed that management would only approve replacing the original missing cheese pizza. I expressed my disappointment because I had already gone out of my way to drive to the restaurant after being told all three pizzas would be remade. What is most disappointing is the lack of accountability and follow-through from management regarding what was communicated to me. I ended up wasting additional time and effort coming to pick up an order that should have either been handled properly the first time or re-delivered due to the issues caused throughout the process.

Being a Zinfandel guy, the bartender turned me to the Girard "Old Vine" Zinfandel. This is a pricy wine at $25/glass. I enjoyed the hell out of it as it's one of the better Zinfandel's I've ever had. Definitely steep at $25. I probably should've gone with the wine flight which is what my friend did before he switched to a Malbec. I forgot which one he did but the flights are all prearranged to compliment one another. It makes for a nice experience if you're not sure what wine you want to zero in on. As for food, we paired our wine with a charcuterie board. It's a standard board with some baguette slices and a mix of cheeses and meats with a candied jalapeno spread. A very nice compliment to wine. They have happy hour, wine of the month, and a wine/dine theme for every month where they pair wines with a themed menu. Plus sangria is available as well. Bourbon and Branch was the hands down winner. They were not the cheapest, but they were very willing to work with us. On the day of the wedding, they came early for set up. They interacted with all of the wedding party and gave everyone a "warm fuzzy feeling" which put the moms at ease. The actual bartender was a hit. She was funny, efficient, friendly, and kept the drinks flowing smoothly. Will I return? I don't have any more kids to marry off but based on my experience with them, I will definitely try their bar. If you have a wedding planned and are in need of bartender services, I recommend you give this business an opportunity for your most important date.
