So, I just got a mani-pedi done at this nail salon for the holiday season and the service has been phenomenal. I would 10/10 recommend this place and would be back for more since my birthday is coming up in less than a week. After a long day of work, all i wanted to do was to have a relaxing day in the spa and getting my nails done to go out with my girlfriends. And the ladies at the Venus Nails Salon delivered that and more. The wait had not been that long for me, I believed I only had to wait for 15-30 minutes even when it seemed like they were very busy. But the wait was to be expected since it's obvious that these ladies seem to always spend a huge efforts to make sure that they do a good job. They value my inputs and opinions and would always check in every so often to make sure that I'm satisfied with the job and if there's anything else that I would like to add or change about the task. Needless to say, even though I live around 30 minutes away from this place, I don't mind driving out of my way to get this kind of service, to get this relaxing atmosphere, and to get my nails done so that I not only look great but also feel great. It's embarrassing to say but for me, just the simple act of getting my nails done make me feel more confident when going out with my friends, or when preparing for interviews, and/or when participating in family events. No matter if it's my coworkers, friends, or family members, I would always get complimented on my nails. And ladies, this is the secret to a perfect day, and it starts with looking good on the outside so that I can also feeling good on the inside. I had one of my girlfriends recommended this place to me a few months ago and since then, I have been coming back as often as I can. Now, I know that not even 5 stars can match the exemplary service and the increased in self confidence I am beginning to feel since coming here. read more

First time at this salon since I was shopping at the Stater Bros near by. The salon was full of people so i had to wait about an hour. Learnt my lesson but I will mke an appointment next time. I'm lovin the acrylic nails and they did exactly like the design picture I showed. Came out beautiful! I got their special which was the Royal Jelly spa, definitely something new and fun for me. They offered free alcoholic drinks but I opted for a coffee instead. Pretty good and tasty because I stayed up late. Extra bonus points because my son has a learning disability and they treated him with such gracious love and attention even though they were busy. He loves the juice pouches and laughed all the time he was there. Really wondeful people they are and pretty nails with a good price. I will be coming back since my son keeps asking when we will visit. Definitely going to be a mother and son weekly trip. Love them! read more

Wow, this place gets packed fast. I had some errands go run, so I tried to get there at opening time. Got some nice pics of their brand new remodel! So beautiful, and im loving the new spa chairs; they are so comfortable! 15 minutes later it was packed! I got their new offering, Golden Mystique pedicure again, totally worth it. So relaxing They do offer alcoholic drinks for free but I got a free coffee instead for the morning. The ladies were friendly and experts. Their pricing is quite affordable compared to other salons. My nails didn't chip even after 3 weeks. Good stuff they use. I also like the cleanliness/ sanitary conditions- they use one-use buffers and liners, etc. Been a regular here for years. Even though I moved, I still make the 40 minutes drive out here. My nails look exactly the way I want it to and even better. read more

1 star is too much. Took 3 hours, and came out with horrible results and cuts on 3 of my fingers. 1 cut is okay, but multiple ? I work with my hands & just wanted to relax. They charged me over 100$ for a botched, uneven and messy set and stained fingers. Why would you EVER pay over 100$ for 1 color NO DESIGN plain gel nails, especially EXTREMELY uncomfortable, uneven, and square ones. This was for a special event and Now I have uncomfortable ass cuts and awkward shapes hanging off my fingers ! I clearly stated I only wanted the cheapest options, I had to pay for this with money that took 2 days of my life at work for?! All this did was add more stress. Better off not getting them done, than here. Never, ever ever go here. The drive to another city is worth it. read more

I recently visited Venus nails and had an amazing experience that exceeded my expectations! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly staff who made me feel welcome. One of the highlights of my visit was the complimentary drinks they offered for both children and adults - a thoughtful touch that made my visit even more enjoyable. The salon had a wide range of beverages available, from refreshing fruit juices and mimosa's (including both red and white wine). My kids were thrilled with the selection of juices and sodas they could choose from, while I indulged in a delicious glass of the peach Bellini. It was such a nice touch to have complimentary drinks available for both kids and adults, making it a truly family-friendly environment. read more

As a guy, I never had a manicure in my entire life. I always did my nails by myself and never had a second thought about it. My wife took me just to see how it is, and next thing you know I'm getting a manicure and pedicure in one day! Honestly, should have done more earlier in my life can't believe I enjoy it as much as I do. The ladies treated my very nicely and were very gentle with my hands and feet. It was very relaxing and gentle and the place was very clean and had a nice aroma, with added to a soothing atmosphere. Free drinks were very delicious as well! Would come back again! read more

Beautiful decor and ambiance. They told me that they just did the renovations on the salon to make it modern and chic. Cleanliness is awesome, I can see that they use everything new. Nice ladies, very attenative. Love all the color that they have. Chairs are so comfortable. Free drinks, I got a champagne and my husband got a diet coke. I love how my nails came out and it's been 1 month! Money well spent and they are cheaper than my current salon. I will be switching places now. We also can buy groceries at the Stater Bros next door, which is perfect. read more

I went to Venus Nails & Spa and they seriously never miss. I got the cat eye design for my nails and a Pumpkin Pie pedi for Halloween -- it came out so good! The photos don't do the nails justice because it becomes even more pretty in the sunlight. The ladies there are always so sweet and make you feel super comfortable. The place is clean, relaxing, and they actually take their time to make sure everything's perfect. Definitely my go-to spot in Ramona! Way to go Diane! I'm also going to come back for a friend's wedding soon with my friend. read more

Came here for some New Years nails and it was amazing! Staff was kind and attentive. Even had a water machine! Color choice for nail polish was large and they have so many options! I saw that they don't only have mani and pedis but eyebrows and many others I will have to try next time. The workers did my nails perfectly so I can be ready for the new years and it was so beautiful. The patterns were perfect and they are not chipping. I would recommend this place to everyone because of how good the work is. read more

I had my first manicure here and am so pleased with the way my nails turned out that won't go anywhere else. Diane was so understanding and willing to listen to what I wanted that I won't have anyone else do my nails. All of the girls are very kind and happy to be working here. It's a great place to come and relax. The pedicures are to die for. The only thing not so good is that once in a while, my cuticles get cut too short and it hurts. Still, Diane and her crew deserve an A in my opinion. read more

The ladies here are very nice and offer great services. I've had several nice pedicures there and always enjoy the massage and nice job they do with the nail polish. The atmosphere is relaxed and they have some great aromatherapy packages with essential oils as well. I want to say a special thank you to Diane. One time I came in with my young son to get a pedicure and didn't know if someone would object... but she was so accommodating to me and friendly to my son, it went wonderfully :) read more

This place was horrible. I had infection after removing my ingrown toe nails. I had to go to the doctor for this. It's crazy! In addition, the lady didn't understand what I was requested for. She also overcharged me without letting me know there are additional charges for certain services. Horrible! Never coming back again! read more

The staff is very very nice. This is my favorite nail salon ever! They took such good care of me. I'm only writing this review because my gel polish lasted so long without a chip. I can tell they use really good materials. I definitely recommend for people looking to get perfect nails and good service! read more
