He takes his time when shaping my nails. He's done coffin, almond, and recently Stelio nails on me. He always gets the shape just right and always makes sure I'm satisfied. I asked where Tammy was and Mia just said she wasn't there. Mia seemed to be in a terrible mood but agreed to do my pedicure. Shortly into the procedure she started taking her bad mood out on me! I have nice toes. No fungus or thick nails, and no ingrown nails. But Mia started digging out the sides of my toes. I asked her not to do that because it hurt. She continued and I left with bleeding toes. It took 5 weeks for the big toe on my right foot to heal completely. It took a week for my toe to quit bleeding completely. I am on blood thinners. I'm so angry I could spit. I have always been a good client who tipped around 30% on a regular basis, for years. But I will never step foot in there again. I wanted to get something nice done before I flew to Ireland. The staff worked with me to create these custom design nails of a claddaugh and Celtic design. The nails lasted me a month! I got so many compliments. So I went back yesterday to get some Halloween nails. Jennifer helped with the nail art and was meticulous in trying to get the design on the witch hat. My nails were overly damaged during the service and are paper thin now. 2. To remove previous dip/polish they have your entire hands soak in a bowl of chemicals. The smell is so strong I instantly got lightheaded and had to ask for a mask. 3. Due to the harsh full hand chemical soak my knuckles began to bleed. Normally salons will wrap just the fingernail in polish remover. 4. They only let you tip in cash, I asked to tip by card but was refused. Tips aren't taxed so why make it harder on clients to tip?
