While it was toward the end of the day, other walks-in came after me that received service, so it wasn't that big a time issue. I was about to go out of town, but the more I thought about it, the more irritated I get because he still got a generous tip from me. No appointment. This is probably one of the most honest and better nail salons in Louisville so far. Q, the new owner, is amazing at his craft. I am thankful I took a second chance on this location and that there is new management. The gentleman that did my 9yr old daughters pedicure was very kind and explained it all. The colors are vibrant and staff was so friendly. Will be back.
