My friend and I were looking for a new place to have our nails done…read more We each scheduled pedicures. It had been about 6 weeks since our last pedi's, so we're anxious to have it done. We were in the area an hour earlier than we had expected. I contacted the salon to see if we could come in a little earlier. They were able to take us 45 minutes earlier with no problem. It really helped us get all our errands done and pick up our dogs that were having a spa day as well. Bella & Dafni did our pedi's, and each did a great job. The shop was VERY clean, and I felt they have good processes to assure everyone has a pleasant day without any worry about picking up any toe funds or any cold viruses. It's nice to have people take care of you while you are in their space. We will definitely be going back to this salon.

However, recently, I had my acrylics taken off and they put on something called tap gel. The lady said this was supposed to be super strong and last a while. It looked great for about a week, but 3 days after that, over half of the gels fell off. This was over a $60 service and I'm super disappointed that they didn't last even a week and a half.

I wanted decently short, almond shaped nails and I had asked for a sort of "aura" ombré look. I had to constantly remind the stylist what I wanted and she didn't put any nude polish under the colored powder so it was completely see through. The nails were bumpy around the edges, not at all the shape and length I asked for, and she completely overcharged me. I'm pretty disappointed because I typically rave to my friends about their service and overall quality of work. I will be going to another salon to fix these asap.

Dana was very nice, was attentive, I explained to her when I came in I have my long natural nails I just want them cut down a little bit and do building gel with French tip. After the initial getting prepped as she's cutting my long nails I told her not too short I still wanted length. She cuts a few of my nails too short. I'm upset because not only is it time I allowed my nails to grow a certain length just for them to be looking botched in the end. I tried to let it go, and then when it came to the color it just looked too thick. It looks more gooey than shiny and sleek like usual. I spent $65, I honestly was disappointed and I don't think I'll come back. Future advice always make sure you and your tech are on the same page and speak up. The length was much shorter than I wanted, and the French tips were uneven and sloppy. I called afterward and spoke to another lady who told me I could come back for a free fix. I even offered to come back the next day so they could take more time fixing them, but the lady told me no. For the amount of money I'm paying as a high school student, I expected much better quality and service. I think the salon either needs to hire better nail techs or lower their prices to match the quality they provide.

And at the very end, there was just messy details. I came home and finished filing my own nails and cleaned them up a little more. I work with people so I understand having a bad day or being burned out, but I would never make another customer or client feel this way.
