I cannot believe how amazing my acrylics turned out. These are the best acrylics I've ever had. I'm not sure what lady did my nails but she was very nice and payed great attention to detail. I chose this place because of the reviews but unfortunately the level of service I received was less than desirable. I was from OOT and needed my nails done for a wedding the next day. It was a cloudy day and it had rained a little bit in the morning. I tried to make an appointment 1 hour before closing but was turned away because employees had been sent hone early. The owner decided to take me anyway but service was poor. He seemed irritated and got argumentative. I felt very unwelcomed. Nails were done in a rush even though there was a whole hour left before the advertised closing time. No hand massage and nails chipped the day after even though I had a nail dip done! I will not return. Both the attitude and service was lacking and I was overcharged! There was clear signage advertising a special price over the weekend but I was charged more. read more

Yes the male there is rude and needs to learn how to talk to people. The work is ok, not bad but expensive. Got a fill here and will never go back. The length and shape do not match and the acrylic was put on so thin that all my nails are breaking. They charged me $38 for a fill and three of my nails cracked within two days of getting them done. Went back to get them fixed and they charged me $9. Since then, two nails have broken. I've been here 3 times and each time has been excellent. They massage chairs and the attention they provide is excellent. I took my mother in there, whom had never had a pedicure, and they gave her star treatment. They offer water to guests and they offer other great services.
