The length was much shorter than I wanted, and the French tips were uneven and sloppy. I called afterward and spoke to another lady who told me I could come back for a free fix. When I returned, the staff rushed through the entire set, leaving acrylic underneath my nails, and overall they still looked terrible. I even offered to come back the next day so they could take more time fixing them, but the lady told me no. For the amount of money I'm paying as a high school student, I expected much better quality and service. I think the salon either needs to hire better nail techs or lower their prices to match the quality they provide.

Pro tip: they have a website that has those automated reservations. That no longer works. We were sitting and waiting when three ladies walked in and they had made their reservations with that. Well, that no longer works and they haven't been working for two years. So please don't make your reservations with that. That said, they have a lot of parking lots available outside the nail spa. They have a variety of nail colours, and the styles available. They have two rows set up with massage chairs for pedicures and one side for manicures. They were super gentle. And I had wonderful colours and patterns for my nails done. I love them!!!

We showed up and were seated quickly and offered drinks. I opted for a Coke Zero. We were given warm neck pillows. That was lovely, but I did get hot quickly. The deluxe pedicure came with a hot stone massage. I cannot remember the girl's name who did my pedicure but it was the worst pedicure I've ever had. I had gel polish on and they cut my toe pretty bad because she ground all the nail polish off instead of soaking it. Then she couldn't understand what I was saying and I kept asking her to cut the corners of my toe nails because they were too sharp and I had to do it myself when I got home. Someone else ended up painting my toe nails. It was odd. My nails were a much better experience. It was with a different girl, also cannot remember her name. I don't think they told us actually. Anyway, I showed her a photo of what I wanted. She soaked my previous dip off and she was able to quickly and accurately do my dip exactly how I wanted them! They turned out beautifully. Since it was Christmas Eve they were giving customers free lotion or cuticle oil, which was a nice touch. They always have a plethora of staff working and even if you don't make an appointment, you can usually just walk-in. Pedicures never feel rushed and they take the time to ensure the services received are quality or if mistakes are made they make sure to correct them. I usually get the herbal pedicure where you pick a scent and includes the hot stone massage. Prices are pretty reasonable and on-par with other places in town ($45-$50).
