I have now been seen my Emily twice. She ruined my natural nails to the point where I am bleeding and in pain. The first time I saw her she cut my finger and I let it go because sure we all make mistakes. This time she filed my natural nails down to the nail bed on 3 of my fingers. I can't do anything now for 3-6 months. The salon blamed me for having dip in for too long, which btw was 2 weeks . DO NOT GO HERE!!! They made me pay for a manicure and blamed me instead of recognizing an issue with their staff. Very disappointed and so sad about the damage done to my nails. read more

I got a French manicure for my son's wedding in Seattle 8/2/25. I left the next day and didn't return until 8/18/25. I questioned the manicurist at the time because they looked weird and she assured me it would look better in a few days. When I returned to town I stopped in on 8/19/25 and even tho I showed them how they looked as well as a photo I took on the 8th, they agreed the gal didn't know what she was doing and since I didn't call right away or come in before 2 wk, they couldn't do anything for me. I will never return to this nail salon. My nails look terrible. They look like I have blobs of play doh on my nails. I have grown out my nails for weeks so I could get my natural nails dipped for my nieces wedding. I wanted a nice rounded nail not too long but not too short either. The first thing she did was cut off my nails after I told her not too. once she cut one it was too late. Then she stacked like 4 layers of dip powder and never did smooth it out until I said something and then acted all put out when I told her they were rough. The end of the nails are jagged and uneven. When I went to pay I told the owner that I hated the nails and he said he would have her fix them. I told him I asked her to fixed them and she acted all put out and would prefer her not to touch my nails again. He just told me my total and didn't even offer a discount or anything. I will be going somewhere else tomorrow and having this removed and getting a full set puton so I can have the length I wanted. I will never return or recommend this place to anyone. read more

The owner of this salon lost his MIND on me because I put my very generous (and deserving) tip on my credit card. He was yelling that he wasn't going to pay the technician for a month and asked me "what kind of idiot doesn't carry cash?" the lady behind me was super upset over this also and while I was in complete shock and dispair, she told him she didn't have cash either. He was yelling that he had to pay taxes on card tips and he would refuse to pay the technicians for a month. i slunk out of the shop and started crying. I was there to try and feel better about a super hard appointment I had after - and this embarrassing encounter was horrible. NOBODY HAS to have their nails painted - it's a treat - and should be a happy experience. this was just horrible I will NEVER go back there. read more

I came in based on recommendations for their cleanliness and use of autoclaved tools, which was something impressive for this town. Ultimately I was disappointed. I came in for a full acrylic set - All I asked for was cover pink acrylic with a clear topcoat. No color. Nothing special. I should have ran the moment I had the inkling they use MMA acrylic (google it - it's a monomer liquid some salons use in acrylics because it's cheaper. It's extremely bad for your health and can make your nail separate from your nailbed. EMA is standard). Application was goopy, my cuticles were trashed, the sidewalls of my nails were like ledges and they're lumpy all over because the technician was fighting with a lump of goopy MMA acrylic. 2 weeks later I'm still fighting to file/soak them off. Looks like this is a good place for gel or dip, but don't risk your health for acrylic. read more

This is a wonderful spot to get your nails done! Both my mom and I were very happy with our mani/pedis. The staff is super friendly and the business is very clean. It is also very reasonably priced. For the the spa pedicures (which included stone massage, hot towel, scrub and more) and our manicures was $75 each and that was with shellac for both the mani and pedi. Would definitely recommend if you are in the Lincoln area!! read more

I work full time and my free time is very valuable and why I make appointments. This was close to my work and thought I will save time. I called and the man who answers the phone said yes come in we will get you right in. We'll get there all chairs full. Them rude man informed me to take a seat and wait for next spot. We had pedicures here before our trip to the Dominican Republic and it was a really phenomenal spa experience. Firstly the atmosphere is very relaxing, beautifully decorated, and spacious. We were greeted promptly upon arriving and places prepared for us. The chairs are kept up and look brand new and clean. They recline and have several different massage settings.. Need to get me one of these at home! The foot basins are a beautiful tortoise shell color and water was prepared to a nice temperature. You can select your polish color before sitting down and they have plenty of options to choose from. After you've floated your footsies for a couple minutes they offer you complimentary beverages and you can pick your pedicure package. They have hot stone massages with every option and you can upgrade to paraffin wraps if you enjoy that. Everyone was super friendly and made casual conversation with us. The staff all wore matching aprons giving the business a very cohesive and put together appearance, and adding to the spa atmosphere. The pedicure itself was one of the best. The basins are scrubbed down with antiseptic and all of the instruments are autoclaved like they do in the medical field to prevent spread of microbes. Autoclaving is incredibly rare in nail salons so that was really impressive to me. They were very gentle with trimming and gave a lovely massage that lasted about 20 minutes on top of the actual pedicure time. My footsies were treated with pre warmed lotions and oils, hot stones, heated towels, and even freshly squeezed oranges.. And that was with their most minimal pedicure option! My toes were absolutely in heaven and had a cute little design to sport as well. Price is very affordable especially for the quality. If you're going anywhere else in Lincoln to get your nails did you're doing it wrong ;) read more

Honestly, just so hit or miss. I have had really good pedicures, but I'm always upset about the quality of my manicures. I got one done recently and it was just SO sloppy. I feel like if I'm paying $60 for French tip nails, I shouldn't have white paint remnants all around my nail with skin literally peeling because of the amount of acetone used. It was legitimately painful. I feel ripped off. Which stinks because I always feel very relaxed there! It's a nice looking spot, but not good quality. Won't be going back. read more

I really wanted to like this place but the last two times I went I've been disappointed in the service I'm getting. First they try and up-sale you constantly, in tricky ways. Such as asking if you want a heel solution on you heels that need a typical scrub. When you ask if it's more, it's always more! If you say no...they barely barely scrub your feet. They just mildly rub it over your foot. The massages as so totally weak!! I don't even think they were applying pressure just putting their hand on your foot and moving it up and down. It's barely a massage at all. Then when they cut off my cuticles...on all three visits she made my fingers bleed in multiple places! She didn't say she was sorry or anything! Just put some solution on it which of course burns on an open wound! Then she only put ONE layer of color on my nails for a shellac manicure! Just one! I asked her if one was standard. One nail was jagged, she argued with me when I said the lengths on my right and left hand were uneven, and proceeded not to check the lengths. It doesn't look like I had a professional manicure with the lengths being so uneven. Would not come back. Two stars because they fixed the jagged nail when I returned and asked them to, but I wasn't going to wait for them to correct the entire manicure. Never had a bad experience like this elsewhere. If you're a shellac girl, I would pass. To remove the shellac they file the top of your nail down which makes them thinner and weaker. My normal nail tech soaks the cotton ball, wraps it on the nail, and scrapes it off when it's soaked long enough. I think they just try to get as many people in and out and unfortunately damage the nails to do so. read more

I have been going to Sapa for years and they have typically done a great job. The store is very clean and I felt that they were adhering to health guidelines very well. I asked for a spa pedicure $35 and i really could not tell a difference between that one and the basic $25 one. I was trying to treat myself for a special occasion, but feel that I wasted $10. Next time, I will go with the basic one. I do recommend them, just wish there was a difference in selcection. read more

I used to love Sapa. I went there all the time last year with my friends. We all used to love it. Sadly I will not be returning. The last two visits I have had have been awful. I ask for one thing and they give me the exact opposite even with me showing pictures. I asked for a clear base the last two times with french and they simply won't do it and tell me that they can't, even though my roomate walked out with clear base. The last time I was there I asked them to cut the tips shorter as they were half an inch hanging off my nail bed and they told me they can't which doenst even make sense. Came here with my husband's grandma to have a bit of girls day pampering. The location is Super clean and really relaxing and beautiful! Stations and chairs are really comfortable. I need to come back for a pedicure when I am back in town. The girls did a beautiful job on both of our nails. They were super gentle and it was nice to see clean sterile tools that were opened in a sealed pouch when we sat down. They were even able to fix a nail that was cracked with a powdered treatment They do a warm pack cuticle treatment and it feels wonderful! The prices are super reasonable for the quality you get! And I am especially picky with my nail care places because I have been to bad ones before and this is far from those!! The chrome treatment is beautiful and unique I have already received a ton of compliments! And they also offer the powder dip. DONT BOTHER SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT- they won't honor it. I was part of a bridal party with a scheduled appointment for us to all get mani/pedi before the wedding tomorrow. All but one person was there on time and ready to get started on time. We checked in and waited for at least 15min before they had any seats available -which they were going to give to walk-in clients first rather than our bridal party with an appointment. Yes, the walk-ins were there and had been waiting before we got there but we had a SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT for each of us- which is the entire reason we scheduled an appointment...to reserve our spots for a specific time. I personally drove over an hour to meet at this salon and because they didn't honor our appointment time I was unable to participate in what was supposed to be a relaxing afternoon before I had to hit the road again in order to pick up my child from daycare on time. I am currently 38 weeks pregnant and this was a day of relaxation that we have had scheduled and I have been looking forward to for awhile and had to take off work this afternoon to be able to be part of and even skipped other opportunities to get a much needed pedi/self-care in order to be part of this day. When I asked what our time-line would be after they tried to give the available seats away to the walk-in clients before our bridal party I mentioned that I had to be on the road at a certain time and the guy scoffed and said, "yeah, that's not going to happen" and continued to try to give the available seats to the walk-ins. After some discussion with the man (and some very gracious/understanding walk-in clients) we were able to get the others in our party started before I had to drive all the way back home "undone". The unnecessary stress they caused our poor bride (not to mention my incredibly pregnant self) because of all of this was absolutely unacceptable. read more

Well... sapa nails lost my business. It was a busy Saturday afternoon, and every employee was bust. I get that. But when a customer waits OVER AN HOUR to get seated, that's RIDICULOUS. The manager says "he forgot about me" and "I thought you were done". How about you pay attention to your customers instead of watching the game! I had an appointment at 2:00, I got there at 1:55, and my nail technician didn't get done until 2:45, and I waited an additional 15 min to see if he would even notice me. Finally I said something!
