We were walk ins who were accommodated today. They were very decent about it. We.did have to wait a little but we were serviced. Pro tip: they have a website that has those automated reservations. That no longer works. We were sitting and waiting when three ladies walked in and they had made their reservations with that. Well, that no longer works and they haven't been working for two years. So please don't make your reservations with that. That said, they have a lot of parking lots available outside the nail spa. They have a variety of nail colours, and the styles available. They have two rows set up with massage chairs for pedicures and one side for manicures. They were super gentle. And I had wonderful colours and patterns for my nails done. I love them!!! read more

They did a great job with my dip manicure! My nails looked fantastic and lasted a long time.

My toe nails were a total mess after being painted at this salon. I had to wait for a very long time for service and once it was completed I was not given the opportunity to be placed under a drier. When I reached my vehicle, I looked at my nails and they were a mess! The paint was a complete wreck on my right foot. They look awful. I don't plan on going back and would never recommend this salon. I should have gone back in and asked to have them redone but I needed to take my granddaughters home. read more

Had scheduled appt and was told to come back 2hrs later. I ran some errands and returned to be told still busy, but wanted to service a walk-in party of 4 behind me. I voiced my displeasure. I too am disappointed. Long story short, I'm home with a fabulous paint job but they charged me $6 extra to put diamonds on and DID NOT tell me it would be extra. And, my feet are still rough. Not just even a little bit. Ugh, location is good but I will avoid returning. The true test will be to see how long the paint lasts. Off to give scrub my feet myself after spending $30. :/ read more

I can not stress how much I love this place. I've been to a couple other places around town that are cheaper but they have poor quality and horrible customer service. I always stick to shellac manicure and regular polish pedi and they always do an amazing job! I've had almost everyone work on me at least once and they always understand what I want. I have been coming to the salon for many years now, and recently I've not been very impressed with their service. Today I went in to get an acrylic overlay over my natural nail after the SNS dip powder manicure that I had gotten done recently buy them had shipped within a week. I asked for my nails to be filed round, and received square and was told that they couldn't be done around because my nails were too short. The acrylics that first looks great but once she got to filing some of the edges became rough and not Street. The shellac that she put on afterwards was very streaky and bled into my cuticle in a few areas. After being shown the color swatches, pointing to the one I wanted, and telling her the number, she brought the wrong color TWICE and I ended up setting because I could even remember what I chose in the first place. After I got done there was leftover acrylic on my hands and I have had to pick off and sound that won't come off but I imagine well once I scrub in the shower. I will be looking for a new place. read more

I am new to town. Majesty nails is close to my house so I decided to try it out. I made a 5:30 appointment for my sister and myself. I called around noon to make appointments so we wouldn't have to wait. After waiting 20 minutes after being checked in we were sent to chairs. Another 10 minutes went by and no one came over nor did they fill the basin so we were at least soaking. 30 minutes past our appointment time I asked how much longer it would be as it was already a half an hour past our appointment and was told 5-10 more minutes. It was another 15 minutes until someone came over to my sister and I'm still waiting. I don't mind waiting if I didn't make an appointment, but what's the point in making an appointment if they're going to have you wait 45 minutes? read more

I am super dissapointed with our trip here. We came here for my wedding party. I made reservations. First we had to wait for spaces, even with the reservation. It has been 4 days and multiple people in the party have had nails break. Not doing anything but normal everyday things. One daughters are shaped poorly and it's bubbling? When they called to find out about having it fixed they were rude and refused. Also come to find out we were all overcharged. They upped the price the same amount as what the group discount was. I tried dipped nails a few months back, but was unsuccessful and went back to acrylic nails about 2 months ago. Went in to the salon on Dec. 31 to have my ACRYLIC nails filled and it has been a little over one week and she wanted to charge me for another $50 fill. They didn't even last 7 days and normally I can go 6 weeks and not need a fill. She assumed because I complained to her one time a few months back about dip that I was still doing dip, but she didn't have any of her information correct and she was too rude to care. I got the dip manicure (with Hannah I believe) and she gave me the wrong color. I pointed it out at the end since the colors never look right until they're finished and glossy, and she told me I had told her the wrong color. I found the one I told her and she said "oooohh". They were both #17 but different brands. She asked if I wanted it redone, but I didn't have time to sit there for another hour to redo it, so I asked if I could have a discount and she said no. I asked again at the register and they only gave me $5 off. Five dollars off a $35 manicure that THEY screwed up? What a total rip off. I hate the way this color looks and I wasted my time and money. Been going here for years. Service has gone done over the past year or so. Called today for an appointment. Was given a time of 1:15 for two people. Showed up at 1:15 and they did not have two chairs for our pedis. I was told we would have to come back at 2:00 if we wanted them together. This happened repeatedly. I do not think they understand the concept of "appointments". This is very frustrating to customers that have schedules. I've watched people come in and be told to come back in 20 minutes for a service. When people come back, they don't have space for them as they continually take customers as they arrive and have space. read more

I went in for a pedicure. The lady doing my nails glared at me the whole time, did not speak to me. My nails were not straight across I had uneven color on my big toes and polish on my skin. I will not go back. I do not recommend this place. No wonder it was so easy to get in. read more

Went in today to get dip powder on my nails. They told me it would be half an hour wait before they would get to me- I ended up waiting an hour. When the lady finally came over, she was very rushed and ended up making me bleed three times- one of which was because she shoved the cone shaped drummel head under my nail and stabbed me. After she was finished, I was honestly shocked- she left the hardened excess dip on the sides of all my nails, they're all thick and unevenly shaped, and she added a tip to my pinky nail because it was too short to shape, but left it way longer than all my other nails. I went back to the salon later to ask for my money back and the owner said they have a "no refund," policy. She said she would fix my nails if I sat and waited, but after already being there for an hour and forty minutes I told her just to forget it. After paying them $35 and waiting that long I would've hoped for better customer service. I will not be returning and definitely don't recommend this salon in the slightest. If you want your nails done right, go to Glamour or Rainbow nails. read more
