It's been a while since I've gotten a pedicure so I was really excited for this one. Not the best experience. My boyfriend and I had appointments for 4:30 but had to wait at least 20-30 minutes until we were attended to! (They gave us $5 off vouchers for next time to compensate) We both got the deluxe ones. My pedicure was actually not bad overall outside the fact that the lady actually cut my ingrown toenails so deep it started bleeding. There was really a lot of pain and not a good experience. The massage and cream and hot stone part were all really good. Quite a lot of options in terms of nail polish color as well! I don't think my boyfriend had too great an experience either. He had quite a short massage and felt like the lady just rushed through it all. He also had his start later than mine but ended just after I did. Place did have a nice aesthetic, good options for the pedicures, chairs were also massage chairs, so that last was all good. read more

I usually don't write reviews but... We've been coming here for a few years and unfortunately will NOT be returning. Came in for my birthday (with an 10% off coupon for it) and specifically asked for the deluxe pedicure ($40) for the three of us ($120 total). As always they tried to upsell us but we always get the same one. We insisted on the deluxe and then selected from the scent options under the deluxe package. The lady asked if the water was ok, I asked for it to be hotter and she walked away leaving it the same temperature. Got the pedicures, opted for the additional callus removal ($5) just for myself and my daughter asked for French tips ($5). As we were finishing up my daughter asked that she make the tips smaller as they were very thick, she only did one of her toes. Time to pay: she says "50, 55, 60". I ask what the additional charge was for, and she said the CBD oil. We never asked for that package and did not select the scent packet from that package. I explained we asked for the deluxe package. This continues back and forth a bit and the lady who I would guess is the owner said that's okay you don't have to pay the extra. I said okay, and as my toes were drying my fiancé went up to pay. They charged $165 for the service!! I found out after we left. And this was not including the tip. 40+45+45= $130 Minus the 10% coupon just for mine 40+40.50+45= $125.50 I'm not sure how we were charged an additional $39.50 for services we clearly did not request, but this is a horrible way to do business!! We come here because it's close to home, but are more than willing to drive across town to an honest business. read more

I use to love coming to this place. The last few times I've gone here my nails either chip within the first week or break off. They also haven't been removing all the previous dip color off my nails, so my nails end up looking huge and bumpy. read more

AMAZING!! I came in here with botched nails (from Happy Nails on 48th) and she did amazing. She as quick but not rushed, it was gentle and the transformation she did without having to completely do a new set is insane. They were very clean and well kept. They communicate exactly what they are going to do and not make decisions for you. 10/10 recommend!! read more

Unfortunately, my 1 st & 2 visit was outstanding, CBD Pedicure and manicure $110 3rd visit Cat eye pedicure and dip manicure. Looked nice 24 hours polish chipped off$142(include tip and eyebrow wax) I returned for repair was informed I must pay to remove the rest of polish. I decided yet continued to get service because I didn't want to have chip nails and unmatched toe colors. Therefore, I got a mani and pedi and returned two weeks later for a dip (4th visit) sit down soaking to get nails done by Wendy. Nancy owner said your tech left because you wouldn't let her drill polish off and soaking takes to long, you can come back tomorrow. Im suppose to walk out your shop like this??? Yes, come back tomorrow Nancy is smiling like this is ok or normal. I am getting my mind together to understand how can you have a customer you start doing their nails your worker goes home and Im left with no nail care. read more

Whoever did my pedi did an amazing job at the massage besides that everything was so unsanitary & not worth my time or money. My water was burning hot while my friends was too cold for her. After the fact that our feel have been already marinating in the water she gets a bowl & starts mixing our water together I literally had no words. Thankfully we are friends & don't have foot diseases but just really unsanitary & gross when we could have just turned the knob. I got shellac toes which is $15 extra just for them to peel on 3 of my toes. They didn't even out my nails or cut down. Just did the cuticles & quickly filed some nails (which I never seen tools be cleaned or come out of a new bag, So I'm assuming were already used that were in her little caddy in to type of solution). My big toe nails are literally 2 completely different shapes now. Overall not a great experience I've gone here 3 times now & each time is been some sort of inconvenience or plain out waste of my money & time. This is in walking distance of my house so I figured it would be perfect. I would prefer to go across the world as long as it was better service than this place. I went to Heaven nails today needing an acrylic fill. They got me in right away which I appreciated. The nail tech that I had received was honestly very nice, but although that she was friendly you could tell that she was in a giant rush and was just trying to get done with me quickly. I asked to go from black paint to white shellac on my acrylics. She did not seem to notice that there was black surrounding my cuticles and underneath the nail after the white shellac until I asked her to fix it. Earlier in the process I asked her how much it would be for a new full set to make sure they looked nice and she said that they would be $40, I decided to stay with the fill hoping for a little bit of price difference. When we were done they had me use Venmo for payment, and told me my nails would be $43! I asked them why it was so expensive when a full set was only $40 and I had only asked for a fill. They told me that since I have long nails they had to charge me that much even though I asked her to shorten them. I payed and left unpleasantly then decided to later then call back and ask for $10 back because I believe they overcharged me, the manager then told me she would call me back and explain later then hung up. She called back and said she would fix my nails but would not refund any more than $5 after admitting that she only over charged me $5. I told her I was too busy with work and would not be returning and that if she could not refund me at least $10 I would leave a negative review so here we are! The nails are also very thick & different lengths. Would not recommend this place. read more

I have been here twice and I think this is going to be my new nail salon go to. The staff is pleasant and they do a great shellac manicure. My polish stays for a long time (I've had experiences at other lincoln salons where the shellac lasts a week). They don't have a huge range of regular shellac colors, but it's actually kind of refreshing compared to the overwhelming amount of colors at some salons. read more

I used to love going to Heaven Nails and was an every 3-weeks regular for a pedicure. But I'm done. Their success is now their downfall as everything is hurried. My pedi, which used to last about an hour, was 40 minutes tops. The technicians are rushed and it's about turnover. I get it....get em in and get em out. But I make appointments to be spoiled. My family and I like to try different salons around town, this is by far the worst one in Lincoln. Cant even begin to describe how many things went wrong. Moving our seats without letting us know, hurting us trimming nails to the point of bleeding, then not even apologizing but acting like it was our fault, very rude and unprofessional. The manager could tell we weren't happy even without us saying anything and out of blue said they weren't talking about us? We were very confused why she said that, unless they were. My daughters nails were cut at a slant and had glue left on her fingers all over when we left, along with all of us had bubbles or marks left on our nails. None of our nails were done as we requested. We had made an appointment here, but because they were busy they rushed thru us very fast. Great waste of over $100. The manager did offer us a free pedicure in future but we don't want to ever come back. I wonder if my tech was even certified, she did so horrible and manager even said they get a-lot of complaints on her but working on her? Yet, I just had spent my hard earned time and money with her. Heaven nails cut my hands burned my elbows and ruined my shellac manicure. The woman kept on pointing out the fact that i have short nails. She got top coat and base coat all over my fingers and dug her nails into MY nail beds. she used globs of color and didn't even cover my whole nail. she filed my skin instead of my nails. she was rude and unprofessional. I used to love Heaven Nails. I will not be returning. The owner who often yells at her staff and/or rudely reprimands them when they don't do things her way, shocked me today. She actually came over to me and and said they would not take care of my ingrown toenail as they have done for over a year. She said that she would not let her staff do it because..."you are diabetic, we do not want you to get an infection". I was so shocked and did not argue at first, then I became really angry and left after offering to pay and paying for the 5 minute soak. I do not know why she thought that, but I am pretty sure she misconstrued something I said about my ketogenic diet the other day to a fellow patron. Pretty infuriating that she repeatedly said I was diabetic. Guess it's good that they are careful to not give people infections. I went there on a regular basis and the staff were so upset they had been all yelling in the back room about the situation before I paid and left. The staff were good and they really liked me, so the fact that they were upset made me feel better about her bizarre assumption. Maybe fat people who don't eat sugar must be diabetic in her mind. I am disheartened that she assumed anything about me, such a strange, rude thing to experience. read more

She also used paper towels to wipe off wet polish and it left a foggy type of look to my nails. Also after knowing she messed up she still charged me $34. The girls were SO friendly from the moment my daughter and I walked in the door to the moment we walked out! We both had the "Special" Pedicure. Chair massage...heaven! Paraffin wax...heaven! Hot stone massage...heaven! She even painted little coffee cups on my toes, just like I wanted! We can see why this is called Heaven Nails. I was tortured by one of the ladies here and will never return. She used cold water in the foot bath and I asked her "is the water supposed to be cold?". So then she emptied a few bowls full of cold and replaced it with warm. Then she was so rough with my feet that i had to ask her to please be gentle. So then she poked each toe with her nails as she painted my toes. I am not rude to anyone and i believe that each person should be treated with dignity. I will NEVER come back here again.
