Currently sitting in the parking lot of this nail salon. Save your money and time. When walking in the door I was asked what services I needed. All customary things. I was very clear when I said I need a gel x fill, I want a nude ombre color, and nails to cut shorter, but please keep the almond shape. ​ I received NONE of that but a shorter nail. Acrylic was used to fill the nails even when I told her I need Gel. She said it's all the same. I said the shape is wrong, she said you want something, right, you not want the same thing as before, right. It's okay? She informed me that she couldn't do the color I wanted because it was for dip nails only. Then why hand me the color samples and tell me "to pick a color" if I can't use it. She choose a color. At this point I just wanted to be done and over with this horrible ordeal. Terrible experience. Will not be returning! read more

the man who always works there, threw his things and yelled at me when I said I don't like my nails- I asked to pay a lower price to which he yelled more mind you they had no top coat, empty spots- again he threw his things and all they all acted like it was completely normal. My go to place for a pedicure! All staff has been friendly and I have aways been happy with the services. My only suggestion would be that there is always love music playing and it can be difficult to sit through trying to relax and treat yourself after a breakup or divorce. I have had to hold back tears many times. read more

I am from a small tourist town in Colorado. I am used to paying double what I paid at Lee's for a mediocre gel manicure. My technician was a perfectionist and made sure several times during my appt. that I was satisfied. They looked great! Everytime I come to visit my wondeful home state, I will be back at Lee's! RUN AWAY! This place is so dirty. First, the lady working with me wouldn't show me the menu, just pointed to a $35 manicure and said "this?" I asked to see the menu and chose the basic shellac with 3 min message, which was $10 less. Upon being seated I realized how DIRTY this place is. They clearly aren't doing any basic cleaning like dusting or wiping down counter tops. They did have plexiglass between the 'nail tech' and I, however it was very dirty with splatters and smudges. I was the first customer that day so everything should have been fresh. The tools did come out of a package like they had been sanitized, however, you could clearly see dirt and debris from previous use. The nippers themselves must have been dull because the tech was basically just ripping my cuticles off. Two fingers bled from that. The 'message' was her rubbing an oil labeled cuticle oil on my hand for approx 10 seconds. The person who did the pedicure Ripped off a huge chunk my nail and I was bleeding a lot. She didn't even apologize. On top of all that there was no social distancing, I was seated right next to another client even though we were the only two people in there at the time. Also, The workers were not wearing masks properly. I'm just praying I don't get an infection from this nasty business. read more

Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning to this salon. I think my nails look good, but the service could have been a lot better. The nail tech also cut my cuticle really bad and never apologized or said anything while I continued to bleed.. read more

This wasn't my normal salon and I've never been here before the reviews were a little iffy but I'm actually really happy I stopped in. I get the worst hangnails to where the pain is just unbearable and I need someone to cut my nails for me and I have not really found anybody that can effectively do that it's so painful I can barely handle it I cannot hide my facial expressions but the gal at Lee's was effective it hurt like hell but she seemed to have gotten the hangnail to where I am relieved. I don't even get my toenails done for the looks anymore I get them done just so somebody will get in there and cut my nail correctly. I will probably be back because I feel like she was very gentle knowing that I was in pain but she still made sure that she got all of it. My nails sometimes breaks and she just dug it right out. read more

THIS IS THE WORST PLACE EVER. they don't even deserve one star. i went in two days ago, for a mani/pedi. when the lady started my pedicure immediately she hurt my big toe while using the nail tool to remove the dead skin. i flinched and she apologized hurting me but i didn't think much of it as this has happened before. it's not abnormal to be accidentally hurt during a pedicure. well the next day i woke up, my toe was hurting a little but it looked fine, i wasn't prepared for what was to come. i sit down for work and when as i was getting up to use the restroom the pain that overcame me was unbearable i had to sit back down. i took my sock off and my toe was oozing all kinds of liquids, bleeding through my sock, red inflamed and warm to the touch. i put some neosporin on it and a bandaid to help it hoping it would resolve but it did not. it's day two and it's hasn't gotten any better with medication or soaking in epsom salt so i decided to call back and after telling the lady what was going on she told me "sometimes beauty is pain". no apology, no offer of a service or even a refund. so i asked to speak to the owner or manager, she wasn't available so i asked for a call back. she called me about 30 minutes later and apologized about the situation and told me i was eligible for a refund of half of what i paid. so i went in to get my money but the lady said i never mentioned that i had also gotten a manicure so i only got $20 back because i paid $40 for the pedicure but $100 total . so if you want an infected toe and HORRIBLE customer service go here! they'll definitely make sure you leave unsatisfied and not care for your well being. my best friend owns a salon where i'm from and she offers full refunds and free services for situations like this because it's not only and inconvenience but it's very painful and is disgusting to know that it was caused due to dirty tools and and UNCLEAN environment. i'm currently in my way to urgent care because i'm still in a great deal of pain and this has never happened to me before. save yourself and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. read more

Well I went here like yesterday and I just got a normal pedicure for a wedding I have to go to. The girl I got didn't really talk but I'm pretty shy so I often prefer that. but when she was messaging my legs with the lotion(idk what it's called) she stared at the TV for most of the time. and when she put the hot towels on me, she didn't ask if they were too hot and they were BURNING, ofc they did cool down after a while but I just expect people to ask if somethings too hot before wrapping your feet in it for 5 mins. She also moved my feet while painting my nails in an uncomfortable position and my calves begin cramping, when I moved my feet a little she looked back at me in disgust. but the girl was pretty good, just wish she'd ask if (this) were okay and stuff like that. And I did notice after she painted them, they didn't look to well in my opinion...I've been to tons of nail places and they all vary but this place has got to be one of my least favorites Also the chairs were pretty uncomfortable and the screens they use for the people getting their finger nails on are dirty and smudged. I would say I will never come here again, but this one is like the closest to my house so i have a feeling ill be back. read more

If you're wondering if you should get your nails done here, the answer is no. Went here because it was later in the evening and my salon wasn't open. The nail tech was not friendly and my nails were lumpy and they left residual nail polish from my previous set. The NEXT day, one of my nails broke off, taking my nail and a chunk of my skin with it. I went back to the salon the next day to ask for a refund as I was dissatisfied with my nails, missing one and the rest of my nails had formed cracks, waiting to break off. They gave me "Lee's number" and told me to go to my car and give him a call and there was no inbox to leave a voicemail. When I walked back into the salon and said I couldn't contact Lee the nail tech sat in her chair texting while she was "getting Lee's wife's phone number". After 5 minutes of standing in front of her while she texted on her phone, she gave me another number and told me to call that. I asked what would happen if I could not get a hold of Lee and she responded with "he will get back to you today". 3 hours later he turned his phone back on and texted me back to tell me his salons service was not refundable. I replied to inform him that NOWHERE in his salon does it say they do not do refunds nor did anyone tell me that my payment was not refundable and again asked for my money back. He responded with "it is all I can explain to you". The only option Lee gave me was to come back in "within 3 days" to get my nails redone, but after seeing what their nail techs provide, I don't want them to touch my nails ever again. I'm a manager in retail and I understand customer service and I am a pretty forgiving person. This business has poor communication , they were not willing to work with me and I would not recommend giving this place your business. I'd suggest you go to any other salon in town. read more

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The older gentleman who did my nails today was very standoffish and acted as if he wanted me in and out of my seat as quick as possible, and my nails reflect that. First off when I came into the salon they did not have any clean towels for me to use when washing my hands. Once I was in my seat the man doing my nails did not as what shape I wanted or how long I wanted them, and continued to file all of the length off of my already long nails. After applying the dip power to my nails he then left all of the dried and crusty dip powder underneath my nails. Then when he went to use the drill to file down my nails he cut almost every one of my fingers. Once he was done with the manicure he pulled out his phone, said I was done, and didn't even ask if I like them. Definitely will not come back here again. read more

The person who did my pedicure was not pleasant and needs a tutorial on how to massage feet! I paid for the deluxe which means 7 minutes of massage BUT her massage consisted mostly of rubbing lotion up and down my calf. Plus the shine of my nail polish lasted like a day. I had to put another coat on myself. The whole atmosphere is not pleasant. read more

I came here and the guy did my nail and he was filing my skin not my nails and then he cut me 3 times, and put some weird oil on my cuts and it stung them so bad. Then he proceeded to file on my cuts. To top it all off the stuff they used was clearly used for too long let alone the fact that usually they use new stuff for your nails but they put the old crusty files on my nails. If I could give no star would be better gel polish doesn't stay on u sit forever to dry from a manicure leave nails mess up than they charge $10 to redo joke. Went in for a mani & pedi and the business was busy but I did not wait more than five minutes. I went with shellac manicure and absolutely love the color and how it turned out. I got a pedicure and to my surprise the girl who did my pedi squeezed a orange slice on my legs/toes. Not sure why but I didn't mind. Both the younger girls that worked on me were wonderful very nice, and delightful. Price also wasn't that bad either was reasonably priced. Will return again! read more
