First time at this nail salon and they didn't disappoint. It was relatively Busy but I got to sit in a pedicure chair right away. They have great priced packages for their pedicures. I did the $45 one that would cost more like $85 in NY. They had a huge selection of drinks for customers to enjoy during their services. I got a manicure as well which turned out amazing as well. All the staff was very nice and gentle during my services. I would definitely recommend. And will definitely be returning as well. read more

I go to college in Lincoln and I had recently gotten my nails done at a local nail salon and was so happy with how my natural nails looked after they finally came off. I then came here to get a brand new set and let me just say it took over an hour just for her to file and shape my nail. She filed my natural nail down that they were so thin. After my nails came off this last time they were so thin you could see my skin underneath. All I can say is to save your money and go somewhere else because for what I paid my nails did not look great and were lopsided. read more

I went in as a walk-in pedicure around 5pm on a Thursday evening. They got me in with no wait which was awesome. The pedicure lasted about 45 min most of which was massage time and was AMAZING. They do a sugar scrub, hot rocks, oil and lotion. My guy also spent some time on pressure points on the bottom of my feet. I wasn't given options on types of pedicure so I assume it was just the standard but it was exactly the right pedicure for my tired feet. The total was only $30 which in my opinion was a bargain. The space was clean and large enough to feel distant from other patrons. It was calm and relatively quiet in there. I was very pleased with my experience. Next time I'm back in Lincoln I will be visiting again. read more

I used to love coming here, but since the management change it was pretty underwhelming the last time I was in there. The pedicure I got was pretty nice (but I do miss the orange wedge leg massage) but the receptionist kept taking pictures of the man doing my pedicure, I don't think it was of me but it still made me uncomfortable. My manicure wasn't my favorite, the shellac started to peel 2 days after I got them done and I had nail polish left on my skin afterwords; instead of using nail polish remover he used a cuticle cutter to try and lightly cut it off my skin and I was left with some painful cuts. My nails were also not filed and left them jagged at the top. I will probably look for a new salon in the future, just not the same as the previous management. read more

TURNED MY NAILS YELLOW. I used to come to this place and it was great, but they got new management. They made the store look beautiful but apparently the new management doesn't clean their tools! After getting a full set with the old management and needing another, I went back here. When I took my nails off, they were yellow! Gross. Never coming here again. Decided to try a different nail salon, very disappointing. The only time they were nice or smiled is when you walk in and you need to pick what you want done. The lady was very rough doing manicure, kept hitting my hand to keep it where she wanted it. She also could not understand what color I wanted and wasted so much time after I told her she forgot and we had to try find it again. Its so rude how they talk under their breath about the customer. Then even worse was the guy who did my pedicure. He cut my toe nail so that it bled along time. Never said he was sorry! He kept squeezing my toe and blood out and dipping it in water. I kept saying ouch! And he ignored me. I was going to just leave then but it was all so mixed up and undone. My toe still hurts days later to even walk on it. He was so rough! Then on top of that, to pay they repeatedly ask to be paid in cash. I know that running cards charges them but they point to their sign that they give a discount if pay in cash. I said no and they again pointed to sign asking to pay in cash. Are they counting all the cash they are paid with? The main lady seems very shady. Also pressure to tip more. The shellac machines are very dirty and old, layers and layers of old shellac paint on them. I wont be coming back here. read more

I went in to get my dip removed and get a clear coat manicure. I have natural nail length that I have been growing out, after they took the dip off they filed and shaped my nails but completely ruined the shape of my natural nail. All of my nails were different shapes and uneven. The tips were uneven as well as the angles on the same nail; from the outside angle he made a sharp angle all the way from my finger, and from the inside angle he kept it rounded like I had (like I wanted all of them). It will take me at least another two months to grow out my nail to get back to the shape and length I had before going in. I also paid for a full manicure and they didn't even push back my cuticles, put lotion or cuticle oil on my hands/fingers. It took 70 minutes to remove dip nails and put on a clear coat of regular polish. read more

" -10 rating".....I will never go back. I know this is long but read so you don't make same mistake we made.My daughter's and I got manicures and pedicures there a week ago. We have tried several different places over the years , some have been good and some not so much but have never ever called back wanting our money back or even asked for them to fix them. Our experience this time was the worst ever. I do want to say that the guys did a nice job on our pedicures, we were given no choices of what kind to do but what they did was good and after a week they still look nice. The nails are a whole other story, the gal immediately started cutting mine down without asking and they were not super long to begin with, had just gotten thumbs to what I considered perfect length for me and that is the first one she cut off so then after pulling my hand away and asking what are you doing I ended up having to let her cut the rest so they were even. She then could not do a simple flower design on ring finger ( looked like a horrible sad snowflake) without me asking or saying anything the manager had another girl come over to fix. That's how bad it was. It was better but not uniform, one fingers flower is bigger with 5 petals the other is smaller with 6 petals. Within 5 days 3 of 5 nails on left hand were coming up now at a week 2 are starting to come off and will within a day or 2 ( dip has never done that the me so so quickly) I am right handed so it's not like I put extra stress on that hand. My one daughter ended up getting same gal for her nails and wanted some tips added to some nails to even hers out, she did not know how to do that ( isn't that part of their training in school when they get certified) so they switched her out with the gal that had started doing my other daughter nails. So now daughter #2 has her , she proceeds to tear up her cuticles causing them to be red swollen and some even bleed at the business as she is doing them. Their comment given was it will make them stronger and that the more she lets them do her nails the stronger they will get. ( she gets her nails done fairly often so lack of not having them taken care of is not the problem).. sadly this is just the highlights of the problems not all the problems. So after a week and now having mine starting to fall off and my daughter having literal scabs on her cuticles I called back and asked for a refund of just the nails not the pedicures . They refused repeatedly and want me to come let them fix them I told them they will never touch our nails again. I paid over $200 for all 3 of us to get nails and pedicures I was asking only for the refund on the nails, I tried to be nice about it but finally got so frustrated I just hung up rather than argue with him. Not good business customer service in my opinion. read more

I wanted to take off the acrylic ive had for a month and get a matte pink and white nail. When the tech was doing my first pinky the machine was really high and it broke my nail. Bummer. This place is hit or miss. The first two or three times it was great and I had a nice pedicure with the same lady. The last time I went there I had another lady. She was rough and both my toes and hands were bleeding and sore, which has never happened before. I chose to have a manicure too and she shoved a box of nail polish in front of me after wandering away to work on someone else for a bit, and I picked a nail polish, only she didn't tell me that was gel polish and it was a big upcharge. She said she did, but she hardly paid attention to me and kept running about to start other people and talking to her coworkers and mumbling things at me before wandering off again or returning to her conversation with coworkers. I found out the price difference when I got the bigger bill and she was unapologetic and said she told me, but she did not. Shoving a tray of polish in front of me and asking what color I wanted was not explaining. She knew what she was pulling on me. On top of that all the polish peeled off within a week, so it wasn't even as good as a normal manicure. I won't go there again unless my regular lady is there and am looking for someplace else. read more

Today I got a spa pedicure (25$) and a shellac color change (15$). The pedicure lasted about 30 minutes and was very relaxing. They used freshly cut oranges and sugar scrub, warm oil, warm lotion and hot towels before my shellac polish. The lady I had was super nice and made sure everything felt good in the right places. When I got my nails done the lady made sure I was happy with the color before painting. I would highly recommend Husker nails!! read more

Unfriendly nail technicians, no thank you for tip! No offer to do design and they were clearly disgusted when we just wanted to do pedi and mani. Wanted us to get dip or get nails. The hot stone massage was actually warm at best. Water was also lukewarm. Asked that they add hot water and they did...still not very warm. Also the salon needs updating, getting kinda shabby. Okay so I have now been here on 3 different occasions. First time was just for a pedicure, second time was for a fill and pedicure, and my third recently was for fill and new color. My first time for pedicure was the best, second time was good but the employee was not so great. However the guy who did it my second time was not as nice as the first guy. He never checked to see if stones were too hot and burned my foot. He did the same thing with the towel and burnt my calf area. While doing an extra service he kept talking to the ladies in his language then they would look right at me. I find this to be very rude because obviously he was talking about me. I treat everyone with respect and would expect to be treated in the same way. If I ever go back for a pedicure I honestly will not do it if he is the one to do it. His tip went to the lady that did my nails. My nails though were done wonderfully the second and third visit. read more

So I came here and my nails turned out ok but not the best work I have ever seen. I asked for them to paint the bisexual flag on my nails and even showed them the picture of what I wanted. Well they got two of the three colors right but then did the exact opposite of the other color. The middle color is purple and in the photo it was blatantly obvious that it was purple. But instead they put silver. A couple of my acrylics were put on slightly crooked. Not noticeable to everyone else unless they looked hard enough but I noticed. They at one point tried telling me they couldn't do what I asked for but ended up doing something similar. Other than that I have no complaints. Complimentary water or soda offered during my pedi, quality products, amazing massage, and the fact it was the first place I've tried in town that knew how to do a wonderful hot stone massage without burning my feet.
