My once smooth nail looks like a BMX race track. It's sad because I like coming here, their quality of products hold up great, but I'm not going to have someone I'm paying to do a service to have a stick up their ass the whole time especially not change the way my nails will grow now for a good while. The not so good: my nails are crooked as a dogs hind leg. Part of this might have been my fault walking in at 610p when they closed at 7 but I was assured it would be okay and to pick a dip. By the time I left it was 730 and I was feeling guilty is as guilty gets. In feeling guilty I didn't double check anything until I drove the hour home. Then I really take a long look and see.. well crooked nails. I would go back and ask them to be fixed but with gas prices this dang high, and already spending $48, I'm just gonna chalk it up to a loss.

The length was much shorter than I wanted, and the French tips were uneven and sloppy. I called afterward and spoke to another lady who told me I could come back for a free fix. When I returned, the staff rushed through the entire set, leaving acrylic underneath my nails, and overall they still looked terrible. I even offered to come back the next day so they could take more time fixing them, but the lady told me no. For the amount of money I'm paying as a high school student, I expected much better quality and service. I think the salon either needs to hire better nail techs or lower their prices to match the quality they provide.

I like that I can book online and they take their time to do a full manicure before a fill. Other salons have just slapped on new nails and didn't take care of my cuticles or nails. They are very talented with designs. The booths are cozy and they always have something interesting playing on the TV which helps pass the time. My sets always last around 3 and a half weeks. They also have a 2 week fix period if you break a nail or something chips. 10/10
