Too happy that I chose to go with signature Manor for my traditional Nigerian marriage ceremony…read more I love love love Katherine. She is amazing and does what she can to make her couples feel special. My day was fabulous and so many people were quite surprised we chose this venue for just our traditional marriage... It made them even more excited to see what we booked for our American Wedding! you cannot go wrong with booking here! Super posh and they updated and upgraded their interior so it looks even better than before! Abria is super sweet and has a great temperament. Great group of ladies!

Signnnnnnature Manor!!! OMG, they exceeded our…read moreexpectations. When I tell you the staff went above and beyond. I mean we were speechless. My sister got married here 4 years ago or so but I didn't get a chance to see every little detail when she got married. Now that it was my turn, I was sooooo excited I picked Signature Manor. With full transparency, we visited at least 2 other locations before making our decision and were looking at at least 1 more go consider. Our must haves: 1. Stand alone facility (no crammed in a shopping center) 2. Clean facility 3. Plenty of Parking 4. A place that won't nickel and dime you 5. Great staff to work with ***First Impression: This place was even better than I remembered. They had done a ton of renovations and the place looked good, plenty of Parking and the staff was also so nice and courteous. Can I let you guys in on a secret? We would go to Signature Manor every month (because we chose to make payments) before we knew we could pay online... we didnt read the fine print... Anywho, we just enjoyed going there... Talking to the staff, asking questions... After a while, they were like family!! ***Venue: The venue is a nice stand alone. It is large on the outside and on the inside which is a great use of space. There are restrooms upstairs and downstairs. There is also an additional room upstairs for children or whatever you like. Essentially, the entire venue is yours. We have seen some nightmarish weddings where the guests are in the wrong wedding because they are connected/ joined. Not here!!! The separate Bride and Groom Suites are nice because they are right by the elevator and they have locks on them. Very safe! The ballroom is huge and the foyer area is big enough to host a ceremony or cocktail reception. ***Parking: There was plenty of parking, which wraps around the building. ***Food: The kitchen is super flexible and can accommodate anything. We had an amazing food tasting, where we were able to accommodate even our Vegan guests! The cake was also amazing. Yay Cakes by Gina! ***Staff: So, I must say, I am very detail oriented and thought that they may be a problem, but it was not! We worked with Katherine who helped our vision come to life. We were then assigned Alex as our Coordinator and we worked very well together. She allowed me to be free with my super crazy ideas and executived them perfectly. She gave us her insights on what has not worked well and what has in the past, which was very helpful. I would be remiss if I left our everyone who made our Wedding possible from Alice, who heard all of my stressed out sob stories, Asia who kept the party going with Alex, Ryan who gave us a male's perspective and always knew how to keep the jokes coming to lighten the mood... we even saw Bonnie a few times! Now that is what we call family. And we never saw any attitudes or craziness from the staff no matter how many questions we asked. They were always there to answer and went above and beyond. A++ for Customer Service. And it's not only them, but their vendors too including our Photographer Tomas. He spend so much time with us, getting to know. So personable and friendly. A rare and valued trait for a photographer!!! ***Cleanliness: This place is super clean. The staff is very attentive and didn't allow dirty dishes to remain on the guest tables. The restrooms are even very clean. A+ for sure. In essence, we highly recommend this venue, not just because the venue looks like it should belong in an amazing fairly tale but because they help your fairy tale come true!!!

In response to Tammy W…read more I don't usually respond to reviews, but this one is so misleading I feel like I need to speak up. I was present at the event Tammy W. is referring to, and her review does not reflect what actually happened. She was involved in a serious disruption during the event, which caused a lot of stress for the couple and guests. It's clear that this review is coming from a place of personal frustration rather than an honest assessment of the venue. From what I saw, the venue was clean and well-kept, exactly like the pictures. The bridal suite was private and comfortable, and the staff was professional and attentive throughout. I didn't witness any of the issues she's describing with noise, cleanliness, or parking. In fact, the team went above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly despite the challenging situation. It's upsetting to see someone try to damage a venue's reputation with such an unfair account. If you're considering booking here, I'd strongly encourage visiting in person or speaking with other guests--my experience was truly positive.

The gazebo is dirty and could use a simple power washing. If you're a bride and need your own space don't book this venue, there is one small room and it gets hot or you can use the main house but everyone who needs to use the restroom will walk through your space. They up charge every little add on so be prepared for that as well. Parking is also an issue if you have more than 10 cars. Overall, what could be a descent venue is not what it appears to be.

I told her I was just stopping by because it was near my home and looking. Her response was "whyyy" with food in her teeth. Please work on your customer service and I hope if you are the owner that you are not rude to your staff like this.

We also can't thank our coordinator Stephani enough for such a seamless and beautiful wedding. We both have been beaming and on cloud 9 since then. So many people in our bridal party kept commenting how "awesome your coordinator is! WOW She's on top of it!" And I attribute that to why I was able to enjoy the night as thoroughly as I was. Stephani truly is A+++ at her job. She made us both feel so taken care of and brought items (vases/signs) from her own personal arsenal to enhance our special day. We won't forget Agave or our coordinator- they facilitated so much joy and memories we will always cherish!

They were so accommodating, even when we had to reschedule due to the pandemic. Several things stuck out most to me - 1. They were so flexible with rescheduling. They honored my discounted rate without charging me a rescheduling fee 2. They allowed me to set up the day before the wedding, which wasn't offered with any of the other venues I toured. This was a huge load off my plate for my actual wedding day. Caroline and her son were on-site with me, moving around furniture and making sure the grounds were perfect 3. It rained on my wedding day and they offered to shuttle everyone to and from the building so they didn't get wet (luckily we didn't have to use this) 4. Several items were left behind through all the chaos of the wedding that I didn't realize. Caroline put them all aside for me and was so flexible in scheduling a pick up 5. Caroline was on-site the day of my wedding and took sooo many photos of the event. She sent them to me the day after the wedding and it was so special seeing them while we were waiting for the ones from my photographer to come back Overall, the staff at Ambrosia Crossing was such a joy to work with and we received numerous compliments on the aesthetic of the venue from our guests. We immediately reached out to the venue owner & asked if we could reschedule the wedding for 2021. She agreed in writing, but never sent the updated contract for us to sign. I followed up with her for literally SIX MONTHS asking for the updated contract, but I kept getting the run around. With the deaths in the family & the growing uncertainty, we couldn't afford to continue waiting around for the owner, Caroline, to send us documents that we should've received months prior. After chasing caroline & her team around for six months via email as well as phone calls, I told her that I was no longer interested in having my wedding at the her venue due to the lack of response. Instead of apologizing and refunding my deposit, she forwarded me a FABRICATED EMAIL that she used to pretend that she sent the updated contract already. It was a cheap attempt at fabricating an email & as soon as that happened, I decided that we definitely would not be dealing with them moving forward. I don't trust them, and I don't want anyone else to be taken advantage of in this manner. I hope this review helps other couples in this tough time!
