We never felt welcomed, and I will never forget walking in less than a week before my wedding (because my wedding planner changed a week before) and being scanned up and down by my old wedding planner and the management as I said hi and smiled to them, and didn't get a single response or smile in return as a walked by with my new wedding planner who was provided by Ashton Gardens. It is now November, and they still struggle with communication of whether a clothes steamer was left there. It's been over a month since I have reached out, I have reached out three times to a personal number and no response. Just about sums up the communication with said wedding planner for 14 months. The day of was a disaster and yelp would not let me type everything out because it was 'too negative'... when it was the order of events and how many things went wrong. Don't recommend. Wish I could turn back the clock:,)

We both ordered iced coffees and really enjoyed them. It's hard for us to find good ice coffee at a restaurant anymore. So that was impressive! The environment is awesome! I love how laid back and chill it is. They have so much to offer for kids and families. It's so nice to see a place like this really bring people together in an age where everyone gets absorbed in their work and phones. This seems like a great venue for a birthday party! My husband and I attended the Josh Abbott Band concert in November and LOVED it!! They did such a great job as a concert venue! It's easily our favorite place to see a show. They had conveniently located pop up bars, good food trucks, and plenty of bathrooms. The area is spacious enough to spread out on the lawn, but it was also easy to be up close to the stage. The owners even hosted a concert after party inside with music and dancing. We had such a good time and can't wait for the next one!

When we all arrived, the banquet setting was breath-taking! From the table decorations to the stage presentation to the entertainment, it felt like we were angels in heaven! A touch of class that was a blessing to share. Just beautiful. Our dinner was delicious, and served hot! The acoustics for music and dancing were perfect. We all had so much fun, and for a very worthy cause!

The olive oil had a flavor that was slightly off, IMO, but the bread was excellent. 4.5-stars. Octopus: Octopus has such a wide range. Sometimes it's unbelievably great and sometimes it's so disappointing. This was the great variety. Well done, party people. 5-stars. Croquettas: I have never seen these made with salmon before, but I'm not complaining. I enjoyed them, despite my wife being really thrown off by the salmon part. I don't think I've ever met a croquetta that I've not liked. 4.5-stars. Paella: When I heard it was only $20, I was really excited. But be warned: this is the smallest portion of paella you'll ever see. And even though they were cooking it fresh on the spot, it was oddly not very hot when it arrived at our table. 3.5-stars. Empanadas: 5-stars for the chimichurri, but 4-stars overall. These were perfectly solid. You do not have one server here - it's a group effort. This is good because you are not ever left unattended to for long, but bad because you're always kind of unsure who to ask for things. A casualty of this arrangement is that they forgot our croquettas, but they were very nice to comp them at the end. I'd happily return again because there are not nearly enough Spanish restaurants in the area and we really enjoyed our visit.

I've been trying to cancel a reservation for the last week and a half and have been unable to reach…read moreanyone at the office. Every time I've called the main number there is either no answer or the call gets transferred to a spanish speaking operator who is in another country. I emailed the business and did receive a response several days later stating that I would get an email to sign a cancellation document, that was on Friday, October 4th, today is Wednesday the 9th and still no response. I've even emailed them twice back since October 4th to follow up about the cancellation document and still have not heard back, Ive also continued to call numerous times and still nothing. The lady who initially signed our contract was Mrs Esmeralda Torres. Apparently she is no longer with the business, she was super helpful and would always be quick to answer the phone or answer any questions. It seems there is currently no one there during normal business hours. I even went to the business in person on Thursday, October 3rd during normal business hours to try and speak with someone but the gate was closed. I did happen to speak with a neighbor who lives next to the business and he informed me that the business was going through either management change or ownership change. I would rate the current status of this business as a 0/5 stars. If you have an event in the near future good luck working with management.

Because Brittney is our only daughter, and we were married 28 years ago, we really had no idea that weddings had changed so much from "way back on the day." It is also very important to mention that Brittney and David's idea for their wedding was not the traditional. Brittney does not like to wear dresses and they chose for the bride to wear boots and jeans because that is where she feels more comfortable. So many people judged her and looked down their noses at her for doing it that way. But, they held strong to what they wanted! Lynne never judged and never made Brittney feel any less a bride and for that, I will always be thankful. The wedding was beautiful! Lynne is a like a magician and made everything so perfect for what The new Mr. and Mrs. Kern had envisioned. The food that the bride and groom chose was a beef tips dish, with garlic mashed potatoes, a salad and veggies. It really was very tasty! The cakes were beautiful and the DJ was everything they could have asked for. He kept people up and dancing and enjoying the party! Thank you Shady Oaks for setting the scene for the first chapter of our daughter and son "in loves" book!
