DO NOT BOOK HERE IF YOU EXPECT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! They will get you in with a promise of all this help and then assign you a planner who doesn't answer for weeks!!!! Then you'll complain and they'll pretend to care again, get you a new planner who also doesn't respond for weeks!!!!! Then when you complain, they tell you to be professional. The staff here SUCKS. Only book if you're fluent in planning weddings or plan to use an outside planner. The venue is beautiful but WORST SERVICE EVER!!! And at about $30K!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. We never felt welcomed, and I will never forget walking in less than a week before my wedding (because my wedding planner changed a week before) and being scanned up and down by my old wedding planner and the management as I said hi and smiled to them, and didn't get a single response or smile in return as a walked by with my new wedding planner who was provided by Ashton Gardens. It is now November, and they still struggle with communication of whether a clothes steamer was left there. It's been over a month since I have reached out, I have reached out three times to a personal number and no response. Just about sums up the communication with said wedding planner for 14 months. The day of was a disaster and yelp would not let me type everything out because it was 'too negative'... when it was the order of events and how many things went wrong. Don't recommend. I was really impressed with the manager -- very helpful, attentive, and on top of everything. A great example of true leadership, not just being a boss. When we all arrived, the banquet setting was breath-taking! From the table decorations to the stage presentation to the entertainment, it felt like we were angels in heaven! A touch of class that was a blessing to share. Just beautiful. Our dinner was delicious, and served hot! The acoustics for music and dancing were perfect. We all had so much fun, and for a very worthy cause!

The servers are dressed in flight attendant uniforms and the decor is all related to a flight to a far away land. We learned from Jennifer, our "attendant," that the flight theme comes from wine flights. The wine bar started in a very small area serving wine flights. They grew to the location they are in now. The aesthetic, the food and the music will make you forget you're in Texas. As soon as we walked in, the owner, Thomas appeared from nowhere greeting us and asking about our day. He took time to listen and introduce himself to us. He escorted us to a quaint area with a love seat and chairs so we could take in the entire restaurant. The setting of the restaurant has tables, couches or loungers and a bar that is both inside and out. We enjoyed a cheese and olive tray which paired perfectly with our wine. I enjoyed a glass of Bilo Idro (similar to a Chenin Blanc) and my husband enjoyed a glass of Clos Pissarra (similar to a red blend). Before we left, Jennifer gave us a taste of her favorite white wine as our parting gift in hopes we will return soon. Listen. When I say we will be back. We will be back. They informed me they were going to an maje paella. I of course replied, 'I'm in!' My wife and kids inside, we were seated in an empty dining room and immediately informed of the number of reservations the restaurant was expecting, followed by a firm notice that our table would need to be turned within an hour and a half. She went on to inform us of how busy they expected to be that day. This was communicated before we were offered a wine menu, water, or any standard welcome. If I were looking to buy in or invest, it would be fine to discuss the ebb and flow of business but we wanted just to try a new place. I understand that reservation management is part of running a successful restaurant, but how that information is delivered matters a great deal. Leading with constraints rather than hospitality sets an uncomfortable tone -- particularly in a room with empty tables. A simple acknowledgment of the time window after seating, paired with the wine list and a warm greeting, would have made the same operational point without making guests feel like an inconvenience. Ultimately, we decided not to disrupt the reservations and spend our day elsewhere. I would encourage management to revisit front-of-house training. The first ninety seconds of a guest's experience shapes the entire meal, and prioritizing efficiency over welcome undermines whatever the kitchen has to offer. My prediction; less than two years this place will be up for lease.

Their website is easy to navigate and allows you to outline what you want them to do and when during your event in timetable fashion. Playlists are also provided but they easily used a Spotify playlist we provided. DJ Joey contacted us by phone in advance to review our outline and obtain context on the general demographics of our guests. He arrived early and after meeting in person again reviewed the timetable for the evening. He flawlessly executed our outline and actually improved it. Bottom line, he had the dance floor full the entire evening. The light show we purchased was crazy good too for the price point ($150). Give this company your close consideration, you won't be sorry. He played songs pre and during our chapel wedding and then transitioned to the lodge for our reception and dance. We also hired Joey K (one of the owners of DJ Brothers) to perform our wedding ceremony. Joey, a Reverend licensed in TX, worked with us to design the personalized ceremony script and delivered it with such reverence and sincerity. We are blessed and forever thankful for the services provided during our wedding day!
